I would encourage you to have the money to be able to hire a lawyer prior to using this company.

In 2018, I moved from Phoenix to Cleveland, OH. I utilized a different moving company. I chose to use AAA this time because I the time frame I had to move, they were first company was unavailable. So I was well aware of how the process should work.

When I called they gave me a reasonable quote and I decided to move forward. A week later, after the down payment, the payment tripled. The representative stated that the prices would change with the less amount of services I utilized. (Be mindful, that my things were already organized in a storage unit from another professional moving company.) On move day, although the services changed, the price never did.

Here's why I wish I could have hired a lawyer:

1.) I was charged for services that were never used. Furthermore, they never measured the actual square footage I was being charged for.

2.) The moving company they actually contracted broke a sign in the storage facility that I was responsible for paying for.

3.) They broke the contract by delivering my things early. Consequently, I had to acquire another storage unit in Phoenix and a moving company to move things into my apartment.

4.) I contacted the initial broker about my move MULTIPLE times and never received any answers.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1600

Moving from OK to CT. I was surprised at how low the original quote was from Ashley Dones (2,700) so I went over the inventory multiple times. She assured me everything was correct and this included the full service of bringing supplies, packing, loading, and unloading. Had an inventory review today (48hrs before) with Cory and found out the price was so low because Ashley quoted it horribly incorrect. Her "full service" doesn't include supplies or packing, just loading and unloading. On top of that she put in everything as "small" under the inventory despite my detailed description of everything. Lastly, she only included small boxes that wouldn't have even come close to covering my 1600 sq ft home. The price after correcting her adjustments and including the actual full service was over $6,000. Luckily, Cory in finance was able to work out the best possible deal so I could barely afford it at $4,800. Ashley lied and then blocked her phone when I tried to confront her. Cory realized I had been backed into a corner with no options and helped the best he could. And this is all BEFORE the actual moving process, so if you are considering using AAA Moving Group, I would look at other options.

I couldn't have chosen a worse company. This is my third long-distance move, and I've never experienced anything so unprofessional. The sales agent had excellent customer service, but once I booked my move everything changed. They were unresponsive to calls or voicemails, misrepresented the delivery time (they said 6-12 days..it took 25), accepted no responsibility (they called me back one time and got my voicemail, then suggested I be more available), provided me with no notice when my stuff finally arrived, and several items, including large padded furniture, were broken into several pieces. They also charged me $500 more than originally quoted, added extra fees on delivery which they said were included (elevator fee?!), and said they only accepted certified check but then refused to take it at delivery. I had to borrow $400 from a friend because the ATM wouldn't let me take out the full amount for COD. The movers themselves were aggressive, unprofessional, and careless with my possessions.

Please beware. Everything they said on the phone was lies. The quote doubled. They told me we would have our things in a few days and our belongings would remain on one truck. The movers told me my stuff would be moved to a warehouse before potentially being on at least 2 more trucks to be delivered to me. Weeks later I am still waiting on my stuff and I have no idea where it is.

The guy who “sold” us on everything, who claimed to be a part of the entire process has been no where to be found.

I am personally sickened by how unscrupulous this business is and that I fell for their lies.

It’s not very often that I find people who are truly praiseworthy. But AAA Moving Group deserves every bit of the praise I’m about to write down for them. The movers were efficient and the customer service was very friendly. I was also impressed by how punctual these guys were. They arrived on time and finished the job really fast. They delivered everything in great condition and maintained the schedule as well. There were no extra costs added to the final bill. I have garnered a lot of genuine respect for these movers without whom my move wouldn’t have been possible.

I found this mover online. I was skeptical hiring them but the experience of my move was pretty much fine. I made an online reservation seven days ahead on schedule. The foremen came to my house, looked around for what to move and quoted the cost to move all items of house hold along with some large boxes at competitive price. When their team came to pick up my belongings, they were very fast to work. I was quite unable to arise any question on their professionalism. I will easily believe them on my next move if anything happens in short time!

I was quite shocked after I was laid off from work but that’s life I suppose. I decided to move back home and take a break from the big city. However, working in the big city made me buy a lot of belongings that I just couldn’t leave behind. After much research I hired AAA Moving Group, who are pretty well known locally. I have to admit, I was quite skeptical because I heard so much negative things about moving companies. But these men were very skilled and experienced. They knew exactly how to pack and securely load everything onto the vans. They even helped me sort out the furniture I wasn’t going to take with me. I think they definitely deserve a good recommendation.

I used this moving company again for my second move because of my great experience with the previous one. It’s a great team work. They came quickly and worked faster than expected. They were efficient and fast in wrapping and loading also. AAA Moving Group made my move so painless and simple. It was an easy going trip. Good driver. Nothing was damaged. Finished all work timely. So my move was remarkable. They kept good communication with their customer. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I have rarely seen such hardworking men before in my life. The movers from AAA Moving Group were just unbelievable. They showed up early on the moving day and got to work immediately. Their packing skills were seriously out of this world. Every single piece was packed so delicately. The moving process went without any issues. The delivery was made right on time. I really have come to expect perfection from AAA Moving Group. If they deliver anything less than that, I would be quite disappointed.

I am SO pleased with how everything went. Moving cross country is stressful enough; needless to say they were also moving my piano which made me very nervous at first! The piano showed up incredible and even held its tune!! A serious Godsend, I worked so hard to find a decent company. AAA Moving Group went above and beyond. I have already referred the company to many friends. I liked the professional demeanor of the movers. I also really appreciated the customer service. When I called everyone was very nice, not pushy and it really felt as if I was calling a smaller office. A bit odd here this next comment but it was a pleasant surprise: I also got the feeling that everyone there knows each other and gets along pretty well.

Just by looking at the guys that work for this moving company, you may be skeptical about their service. Their appearance is just like any other mover in America but, I was pleasingly astonished when I watch them pack and move my belongings. The excellent moving service of AAA Moving Group from packing, moving to unpacking made me really glad. The manner of these movers makes them the best among other moving companies in the country. I am thankful for the service. My move was wonderful and enjoyable owing to the speed the guys from this company move my belongings. The movers were able to reach my new destination before me despite the fact that they carried heavy items on their trucks. The most interesting of al is that nothing was damaged in my belongings. For that I give them my two thumbs up.

I am rating AAA Moving Group at 5 stars as I am convinced it is the best moving company. I booked them to relocate my business of heavy containers last month. Their trucks together with five great guys arrived quite early on time. They did so much more than just the bare minimum. They were throughout friendly and engaging. They were conscientious about their work. They were very eager to see to it that my needs were fully met. Even during the initial booking phases, their manager was very friendly and had all the information required hence completed the booking with one easy call. These guys were exceptionally good movers and my family and I had a great time moving with them. The guys were of great help to us. They helped us pack the remaining items and even offered to offload and unpack at the new place. There are very few movers who would offer such a service and this company are certainly one of them. If anyone ever asks me about movers, I am definitely going to recommend this highly reliable company.

This was a two day pack and move with AAA Moving Group. Arriving early on the first day, the small team of 2 managed to expertly pack almost the entire apartment's worth of furniture and goods by mid-afternoon. On day two the guys again turned up slightly early and had everything in the truck by the end of lunchtime, and our apt was on the 6th floor! They were friendly, professional and efficient, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have booked such a great moving team. Moving is always stressful, but made a lot less-so with AAA Moving Group. We highly recommend them!

AAA Moving Group is phenomenal. They did an exceptional job at moving my family's heirlooms. Working with them and all employees are super convenient. Their website is very useful in helping you through your moving needs. All employees respond in a very professional manor. This company is full of total professionals. They know exactly how to protect your furniture and tape, blanket, or strap down your belongings to move them as quickly and safely as possible. There is no bad! Highly recommend them to everyone looking for a great company.

Everyone from AAA Moving Group and the sales rep at the office coordinated the move were extremely friendly, pleasant, and professional. The foreman and his helpers were very polite and professional. They loaded my items very carefully and fast. On delivery day my shipment arrived on time and in a good condition. The movers helped me to organize my furniture with no extra charge. The move was completed without a glitch. I would recommend AAA Moving Group and use them on my next move.

The service received from AAA Moving Group has been both professional and friendly. They have answered any inquiries we may have promptly and informatively. The guys who did the packing on the day were also friendly, considerate and nothing was too much trouble. On such a stressful day this was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their excellent service thus far however I am confident that the same level of service will continue once our belongings arrive here.

Although I was moving with AAA Moving Group a couple of years ago I felt the urge to leave the review only now because I’m planning to contact them again.

Back then they organized all logistical aspects of my cross-country move smoothly and diligently.

Their packing skills were amazing and it was obvious that they had years of experience in the moving industry.

Exactly the kind of movers I needed!

Considering my previous experience which was satisfactory, I will be contacting these amazing guys for my upcoming move to set a convenient moving date.
