AAA Moving Group

More than a month ago we booked movers to move us from California to Arizona. We interviewed several companies and my wife was assured that there would be no issues, it wouldn’t be canceled, etc. we were told our move date would be July 16 or 17 as a backup. It is currently the 15th. Our entire house is packed, even our kitchen. We were told by the moving company that they wouldn’t be here until next Wednesday. We are supposed to be out tomorrow, the new owners are going to be here Monday with their moving truck. My wife asks the moving company why they wouldn’t have checked all of this sooner and she was told “that’s not her job”.

My wife went around and around with your company telling them(AAA) that nothing bad better happen and that we were quoted a cheaper rate, well your salesperson went on and on about how we better be careful with some of these other companies, a lot of times they don’t follow through. We have called twice now, the broker tells us it’s not their fault and the trucking company said it’s not theirs.

What I know is I have a house full of stuff in boxes, no way to cook our food, or even eat it. The customer service from the trucking company is not great. We had to call them the day before our move was scheduled,at5pm, because nobody had reached out to us yet. We had a bad feeling when that happened that it wasn’t a good sign. I don’t know how this is going to end, but we will see.

I liked AAA Moving customer service. Their coordinator who assisted me when I purchased their service was excellent - very clear and very concise. My experience with their moving consultant was very good as well. The crew during the move was very productive, relentless, and very organized. They were on time. They gave me a 30-minute window and they respected it. It was done 30 minutes before and though I did not pay attention to that, they deducted it from the cost. The paperwork was also swift, accurate, and very satisfying. It was a perfect crew and I would definitely recommend them.

We were relocating after retiring. We have never had someone move us before. We contacted a number of moving companies, but even though it was a little more expensive than the other companies, I felt that it was the right decision because they move a lot of military families. I didn't know the protocol in a move such as this, but they came in and knew exactly what to do. They were on time and got right to business. Every piece of furniture and box was tagged and accounted. When they arrived at the final location, they put the items where I needed them. They worked very hard, and I was comfortable they took care of my items as well as they could be taken care of. Very satisfied with the move.

I have relocated multiple times over the last few years and AAA Moving Group is always my go to moving company. I am constantly on the move and I appreciate a company who is flexible when it comes to my busy life. They are friendly and take pride in the work that they do. While relocating, they are prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything is completed and moved. I am a cautious person when it comes to having unknown people in my personal space, but with AAA Moving Group, there were no awkward feelings or wariness. The movers were professional and answered all of my questions. If you are looking for professional movers, this is the company to use!

Last week we used AAA Moving Group and had a team of four guys, led by Oscar, and everything went so smoothly. They were all so friendly and nice and even though it was 95 degrees and sunny outside they were moving so quickly and got the job done much faster than we thought was possible. Any furniture that they had to take apart for the move they correctly put back together at the end and put it in the rooms we requested in the new place. Very impressed. Would definitely use this company again.

I was super busy the week of finals, which just so happened to also be the week my lease was up. I knew I wouldn't have time to do the move myself and after calling around I decided AAA Moving Group would be the best option. The representative was extremely understanding and nice, and made the setup process so easy. I let the guys in and by the time I had run to the store and back they had the whole truck loaded with my one bedroom apartment! My stuff got to Texas not only in one piece but completely undamaged and in less time than I thought it would! The men were extremely courteous and conscientious throughout the whole thing. I will definitely be using AAA Moving Group for all my moves from here on out.

This company has certainly been such a great convenience for me. I am a frequent relocation because of business opportunities and the last company that I contact for assistance with relocating completely damaged many of my items and I had to pursue legal actions as a result. I was a little skeptical about getting any other company to assist me, but I knew that I would have eventually reach out to a service. My uncle referred me to AAA Moving Group because he used their services in the past with great success. Their servicemen arrived to my area on time and the delivery was smooth sailing. I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance with relocating.

I hired AAA Moving Group for my move from one side of the U.S to the other. This being a long distance move, I had a number of questions I needed answered before I felt comfortable to proceed. All of my concerns were addressed, quote pricing, schedule availability, and caution against property damage. The rep gave a very accommodating quote, the manager verified the quote, and when the day of the move came, the movers were very careful with my items. I would use AAA Moving Group again and plan to.

My friend referred to me to the services of AAA Moving Group. He worked at this organization. So he would be advised to learning about their administration, costs, time table and so forth. I got three proficient works. First time I utilized them couple of years prior and still it is my best moving organization. The last move was so well organized and performed much to my appreciation. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! When this company contacted me, I spoke with Justin. He was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I asked him about the poor reviews on BBB and he stated that the BBB is a pay to play and they were not participating. He had me look on google and I found good reviews and because Justin was communicating with me sometimes at 9:00 pm because that was when I had a question I felt good about them. As soon as I made my $800 deposit, Justin was gone. I got an email welcoming me with 2 new points of contact in October. I did not hear from them again until about a week before my move. They called to tell me when the movers would be there and I asked when someone would contact me about my updated moving list so I could have an accurate quote. Andrew said about 3 days before my move someone would call. Well the night before my move I still did not get a call and I tried reaching someone. I got ahold of Maggie and she told me her boss Katie or Kristin (I can't remember her name but it began with a K) would call me that night. They stated that the person that usually handles this had a death in the family so they were short staffed but that Katie/Kristin (whatever) was a supervisor and would call me that night. I got no call and the movers arrived the next morning at 9. He was telling me I was going to pay a lot more because I had more than what was on the initial list. I kept calling AAA and finally reached someone who paged Katie/Kristen. She finally called when half of my things were loaded and was mad because they aren't supposed to load without a new quote. She asked to speak with him, they yelled back and forth and the mover gave me back my phone. She did nothing but piss him off. Now this company does not tell you the name of the moving company they will send. But if you google Moving Solutions Van Lines you will see that AAA uses them often, knowing that the company is awful and a nightmare to deal with. I believe they are the same company with different names. I will post my review of my ordeal with that company on their site, you can see the hell I went through there. Long story short, they were no help, I moved 11/28/20 and did not get my things until 1/17/20. Stay far away from this company if you want an stress free move.

This was the worst experience for me from the sales team to the customer service team. It began with a quote from Jeff. It sounded to good too be true. Turns out it was too good to be true. A couple weeks later I was contacted by another member of the sales team and I found that my initial quote was raised by close to 2000 dollars. I believed the increase was necessary and was told that if needed they would reduce the estimate due to the shipment estimate.

I began the process of getting rid of lots of personal belongings in order to reduce the cost of my shipment. I let the sales team know and provided pictures as well as made phone calls describing what I had gotten rid of. I sent email besides made phone calls. At this point the sales team began to avoid my calls. I was never given a refund. Also spoke to Sean in sales. Initially he said i should contact him and he would work on giving me a refund. When I reached out to him after my items had been delivered, he was unavailable to take my call and never returned my call.

Regarding the customer service team, they had multiple people answering my concerns and I found myself having to repeat over and over. It seemed there was not communication or good records kept between them of my conversations.

Regarding dispatch, I arrived in Boise from Colorado expecting my shipment on December 6th. It didn't arrive until a month later. I was without my personal belongs for over a month. Customer service blamed me and said I should have been overseeing my delivery.

This company is very disorganized and incompetent in every way imaginable. It was a complete nightmare for me.

When my things finally arrived, I found several belongings damaged. Including my grand piano.

One of the crew on the delivery truck broke the glass on my lamp right before my very own eyes.

To add to the nightmare, the mover dropped my piano on his hand and crushed his hand as well as damaged my piano. I had even hired professional piano movers to assist the trucking company and had told the trucking company not to unload my piano.

When I notified customer service of the accident they made light of the entire accident.

I highly recommend you use another company if you want to avoid additional stress in your move.

Unquestionably a top quality moving organization and I don't think I'll be utilizing any others as a part without bounds. They gave the minimum upsetting move I've ever had, and that is astounding since I've just had in-state moves some time recently! Arrived securely in Florida with not a solitary scratch on anything. Quote was sensible and worth each penny. Never had mover laborers deal with my our belonging and also these fellows did, astonishing hard working attitude for movers. My life partner and I had been arranging this move for some time however weren't certain what organization we could trust with our chaos of a flat, yet AAA Moving Group truly ran well beyond with their work. To a great degree fulfilled and would recommend to anybody.

This company does not work for you. I needed my stuff pick up on the Mar 29th and they said they will be there on Mar 30th. Around mid day on the 30th they called to see if we still needed the 30 days free storage we signed up. We said yes and why are we asking this now and where is the movers? They messed up and would get back with us later. Around mid afternoon they got back with us and had movers coming from another state and would be there later in the evening. We had to accept this because we had to be out of house by the 31st. The movers got there around 9pm and took a look at what had to be loaded and raised the price by $3,500.00. The movers loaded our stuff on the 31st and gave us their contact info so we could let them know when and where to deliver our stuff. We called the movers and gave them our address and date we wanted our stuff. They quoted it could be up to 21 days after we contact them to delivery our stuff. I called Triple A and talked with them and gave them our address and date. They said it was out of their hands. We finally got our stuff a week after our date we asked for. I asked the supervisor at Triple A for some of my money back from their screw up and they refused to make it right. Contact the Attorney General in Florida and they are looking into the matter.

The agent Cory Rasmussen left my vehicle off of the quote & the pick up list. I called him back and he laughed at the incident, which is no laughing matter. He became argumentative & I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was transfer to Bill Jones..after entering my vehicle on the pick up list & charging me more money.. they still displayed a lack of inconsistency..& my furniture was never picked up Friday June 28,2019.. as scheduled..
They didn’t offer any assistance or discount for the inconvenience..they drop me & refunded me my money.. this is a horrible company with unprofessional employees. Bad service!!
