  They are hands down the best movers in town, price, professionalism and work ethic. We stopped here to get some quotes from guys looking for work, they said $2800 for loading and unloading furniture. These guys did the work at half the cost and they wrap everything to protect your furniture. We even tipped the guys extra because of how hard they worked and how fast they did their job.

  Everyone at AAA Moving worked hard to make our move painless and seamless. Moving leader was especially helpful by answering all of my questions and keeping in close contact throughout the time. They did a wonderful job loading and unloading our possessions and arrived at our destination quickly. They were polite and helpful!

  We were relocating after retiring. We have never had someone move us before. We contacted a number of moving companies, but even though it was a little more expensive than the other companies, I felt that it was the right decision because they move a lot of military families. I didn't know the protocol in a move such as this, but they came in and knew exactly what to do. They were on time and got right to business. Every piece of furniture and box was tagged and accounted. When they arrived at the final location, they put the items where I needed them. They worked very hard, and I was comfortable they took care of my items as well as they could be taken care of. Very satisfied with the move.

  AAA Moving contacted us right away. The movers was very nice and helpful. Also, Shari, at the office was very kind and helpful. His team of movers were awesome! They were friendly, and very professional. They took great care of all of our belongings. Moving is stressful, and using this company will put your mind at ease.

  I liked AAA Moving customer service. Their coordinator who assisted me when I purchased their service was excellent - very clear and very concise. My experience with their moving consultant was very good as well. The crew during the move was very productive, relentless, and very organized. They were on time. They gave me a 30-minute window and they respected it. It was done 30 minutes before and though I did not pay attention to that, they deducted it from the cost. The paperwork was also swift, accurate, and very satisfying. It was a perfect crew and I would definitely recommend them.

  These people are not really movers. They are BROKERS. The price they quote you WILL NOT be the same as the actual moving company charges. They said someone would come out and confirm the quote. THEY DID NOT. We tried to contact them but could not contact them until the day before our moving day. On moving day this company said someone was on the way. Long story we were charged $4000 more!

  Terrible service. Would not respond in a timely manner. Most times took over 2 weeks after I would leave multiple messages. They subcontract the move out to lowest priced mover. After going over my inventory twice with sales person, when movers showed up they loaded 1/4 of what was quoted and company did not take any responsibility for mistake other than we told them wrong. We told moving company to only pack what was quoted and it was 1/4 of inventory on quoted list. Later found out movers did not even fill truck up to allowed square foot allowed and would not reimburse me for their mistake. Ended up loading a 101"x26' enclosed trailer packed from nose of trailer to rear that was already quoted to be picked up by moving company. Original cost was $4800. Ended up paying over $13,000 for total move. Response I got from moving company was "What does it mater the cost, you have to move it any ways." When movers showed up with few things they held it ransom. I paid upfront like asked asked so no money was needed when they dropped off my stuff. They made me pay again. They also made me sign a document saying that I looked at my belongings and were ok before they would unlock truck for…

  I would give ZERO stars if I Could. They lied and basically entrapped me. The quote they gave me ended up being $1200 more when the movers showed up. I was already packed and was told if I didn't pay I was out all my money. The customer service manager Kaitlynn was downright disgustingly rude and condescending to work with. Still waiting to be refunded for the $200 in damages I had to pay my apartment building for all of the damage they did moving my stuff out of it. Worst unprofessional bunch of people I have ever worked with. Please RUNNN!! Do not even consider using this company! Oh and they told me my move was so short I would have my stuff within 3 days..my stuff came 12 days later.

  HORRIBLE experience.
  
  Most of my items arrived damaged, broken and they lost a $1750 electric guitar. The biggest issue I have with this company, is how poorly my items were handled and the lack of care from customer service. They lost an extremely important electric guitar, and most of my items/furniture arrived damaged and broken. That includes bookcases, two end tables, a desk, dishes, picture frames, vases and decorative pieces. Customer service when contacted several times about these issues, not only seemed not to care, but didn't even offer apologies or any type of resolution. This is unacceptable. The movers who finally delivered my items were incredibly unprofessional. They stacked boxes marked fragile at the bottom of several boxes of larger/heavier books, and they kept asking about the price/cost of items, like how much my paddle board costs and how much the apartment cost that I was renting and what the value of other things I own was. It was very strange. Not only did they make no real attempt to find things that were missing, but they unloaded other people's items/boxes with my stuff, that I discovered as I was unpacking. That makes me wonder who else has gotten my items! When I asked…
