It was my first time hiring moving company and I LOVED IT! Their customer service was good. Our stuff arrived safely on time. We had some heavy furniture, but employers never complained. Also, they moved our stuffs to the place we wanted to have. When they deliver our stuff, semi-truck was not be able to come around our house since road was narrow, so they even moved our stuff from Semi to smaller truck and delivered to us. They tagged number for every boxes and furniture we have and when they arrived our new house they checked if we got everything we sent. Moving from state to state would be much harder without AAA Moving Group. I appreciate with their service.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5000

The team was great. They were diligent in their work, and helped us to complete our move in a short time frame. They were careful and delicate with our things that could easily be damaged. I am so pleased to find our belongings without extra markups and scratches. Would recommend their services. The movers themselves were great, they worked diligently to get the tasks done quickly. The truck driver although friendly had some mechanical problems with the truck which caused it to leak oil on both driveways even though we put cardboard boxes and other materials on the cement to try and stop it. He was apologetic for it, though. Highly recommended.

If I could review without star, that's how I would rate them. STAY AWAY from this company. Ashley called me several times and every single thing she says is just for you to sign up with them and she is done. No more contact after the first payment. I spoke to a couple of movers and based on my dates, this was the only one available.I went with them and negotiated a price within my budget to move my furniture and everything from a typical 1 bed apartment.I listed out all my things and she said that doesn't need more than 2000 pounds in the truck.No mention of cubic sq ft or how it works at all. I clearly told her that I had a lot of stuff and nearly 30 boxes - she said (I quote) "YOU COULD FIT AN ELEPHANT IN THERE WITH 2000 POUNDS". Also, you will not understand anything she says as she talks so fast intentionally just so that you don't understand. After painful conversations and getting a quote (not having an option), I confirmed and she sent me an email that went to SPAM folder. She processed payment and told me they will be there on data asked and I had insurance that covers upto 10000$ worth. I offered to purchase additional insurance and she advised, pushed not to. So, I went ahead thinking there is insurance worth 10,000 in there and remember no WRITTEN NOTHING in email or mail. I confirmed after telling her that I have tickets for me, my friend and my pup in cargo for the next day(monday) and waiting is not an option. She said they will be there on Sunday as discussed and assured everything.
Next steps: Someone is supposed to call you and confirm pick up a day before (saturday). No calls. They were supposed to pick it up on Sunday, so I start calling them every 30 minutes on Saturday starting 10 am. Noone calls back until 8.30 pm to tell me that they always get a 2 day window and for them it is Monday as it is the second day. This lady who called me was yelling at me and hung up. I called her back several times and she didn't answer! I had to cancel my flight, my pup cargo shipment and my friends ticket - losing all that money. I waited whole day Sunday and nobody showed up or called me. Monday I get a call saying the movers will be there at 11 am. Waited for whole day and nobody showed up until 9.40 pm at night.

This driver was walking inside my house like he was assessing my things to figure out how to rip me off more and constantly told me that I had 286 cubic ft and it will only fit half of my things. I called these ladies and they kept telling me to listen to what he says. WTF. At this point I just wanted all my stuff and get gone. He charged me extra 500$ to take an area rug and a large dresser. After all this [EDIT], he asks me shamelessly to tip him and the other guys. When I ignored what he said, he said better tip if you want your stuff in good condition or guarantee that it will arrive." I ended up just paying as I just wanted my things taken care of. I did tell them to be very careful with the TV as my TV was worth 1000$+ for a 65 inch P series VIZIO smart tv. The only thing they packed was TV and they said they will. Packaging looked good to me.
SILENCE 5 days. I calld and this lady told me not to call as they have 14 days to delvr.I stil cald and on 13 day, she told me its on way and driver will cal a day bfr arrivl. He cald me 5 hrs bfr arrival, told me he wil arrive at 12 on 14 day. He arrived at 6.45 pm! Also, calls me and tells me that they will need 300$ from me as they cannot come inside apt gate with their truck. I had to convince them to try and got in easy. This is a RIPOFF and Do NOT fall for it! They will ask you to pay for anything. They unloaded and last came the TV - by this time, my dresser drawer was broken, coffee table drawer was broken. They unwrapped it and said "Why would they do that?" and looked at each other and said everything is here, pls call claims and ran as if they were afraid of something. I had already paid and tipped.
I know that they broke my TV intentionally.

This company is not only unethical, but they well infringe on your firs amendment right of free speech! They caused me nothing but headaches and massive amount of money. Sure, they finaly refunded me after threatening them with the BBB, Florida Attorney General, the national complain board, and the Department of Transportation. They then tried to get me to remove my original review by saying they would only release my refund if I removed my review. So I did so I could atleast get a SMALL FRACTION of what it actually cost me due to their incompetence. Also, I have done a lot of research on this company and found out some shocking things. You can tell they put fake reviews up since they have reviews for people moving to Alaska, but if you call the company right now and ask if they move people to Alaska or ever have they will say no. This company is truly run by crooks.

This company is simply awesome. Everyone was professional, friendly, and the pricing was clear from the beginning they were no surprises. Honestly, they made the move hassle free. We were moving a 2-bedroom apartment on the third floor to a new house. The guys had no complaints and we're upbeat throughout the process. They were also careful and conscious about where they were placing items at the new house. My wife and I were so happy about their service and we highly recommend them!

Selected AAA to move daughter's belonging from WV to Tuscon,AZ. When company can to pick up it was another company, Way To Go, Inc. on 8/16/19. Told 1st delivery date 8/21/19, did not delivered until 9/10/19 by another company Gilal. Once boxes arrived one was missing with a flat screen TV and 2 framed college diplomas. Been calling every company and getting the run around. Told everyone the TV is not as important as the 2 framed diplomas that's all we want. Would not recommand any of these companies.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $2099

One of the main reasons I went with this company is because of their flat-rate fee as opposed to hourly pricing. The quote they gave me and the final bill were the same with no hidden fees or charges. All companies were willing to pack and unpack our entire offices, but AAA Moving Group was up for the challenge and gave me an excellent price. Overall, they got the job done fast and nothing was damaged. We would definitely use AAA Moving Group again and recommend them highly.

I'll start off by being honest, I didn't actually use them. Overall, the situation was very offputting. I originally applied for a quote and received a text from person A stating to call and they would personally help me. So I did. First interesting thing.. Person B answered. I say person B because it was neither the same name, nor gender of the text I received. Oh well, maybe she was busy. Second thing, after multiple times of correcting my name, I was still called the wrong name the entire process.. Anyway, So after giving my information, I was quoted a price. Person B was very nice and helpful. I said "thank you, i'm getting quotes elsewhere too, and I'd be in touch if I chose to book." About a week goes by, I receive a text from B stating that if I were to book by such and such date, I would receive 60% percent off. I called to inquire. Well, the text was misleading. It wasn't 60% off my quote, more like 60% off the "original" which was only like $100 less than my original quote. Not worth it when I took into consideration how early they wanted to get my stuff vs when I was actually moving. I was hesitant and he could tell. B then started to go on about how they do a price match guarantee for 4 star companies or better. I was like okay, sounds lovely. BUT then it got weird. "We don't go by BBB reviews though. They're fraudulent, pay for their reviews, AND they work with ISIS." I was flabbergasted. What a weird thing to say.. B was also VERY pushy wanting me to book TODAY. Stating that if I waited even a day, the price would be way higher (even though I only wanted to wait 3 days) I said I appreciate your concern but *I* would call THEM back. I then proceeded to receive 2 calls, each at 7am on different days. That's not professional in my book. After looking at their reviews overall, I found it interesting that the majority of their reviews are either 1 star or 5 star. Very few in between and ALL negative reviews were about the same things. Missing items, unable to reach support after taking deposit, price increases, and taking way longer to deliver items than told. Very scary. Overall, I chose not to book. Please trust your gut with things.

I hired this company in July to help relocate my family from Detroit to Houston and it's been hell.They started out being helpful and responsive however since I paid them a deposit of over $1000 and they picked up my belongings on July 25th The company had been unresponsive in fact I've had to tracked them down several times.Fast forward to September 9th and 4 payments of $950 I have just recieved half of my belongings with majority damaged and broken and I'm still having to call and harass them about when I can expect my other shipment or if they even have them.Not to mention any compensation from me having to have my family stay in a hotel for a month because I didn't have of my belongings that were guaranteed to be delivered to me by August 5th. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

My husband and I were so happy with AAA Moving Group. I did my My Moving Reviews research, and this caught my attention with positive and detailed feedback from other reviewers.

From the initial booking via phone to the final hour of unpacking, we were pleased with the services. We've moved before but never needed movers until now.

The movers arrived promptly. There was no slacking from this moving crew. They worked hard with great attention to detail. They were also very nice. They carefully packed everything with nothing broken. I would definitely use AAA Moving Group again.

Save your self time money and the loss of the irreplaceable!

Things to know

1) You are not working with AAA moving group they will not help you and they are contracting out the moving services to another company. This fact will be understated when they are trying to sell you on their moving services but will miraculously be overstated once your items are delivered late, they can't find them, additional charges are added for "truck fees" and your things are lost!

2) there is NO expedited shipping they will charge you a $300 fee for 14 day guaranteed delivery. The catch this is 14 business days so your thing will still just arrive in 21 to 31 days!

They were awful every step of this process I meet with difficulty uncertainty and complete inconvenience. Their customer service although surface level polite was meet with an attitude of I'm sorry but its not our problem nor is it our fault. Oh and oh well you signed the contract. I specifically asked if 14 day delivery was 14 day or 14 business days and emphasized when booking, that I need a real date of estimated delivery so I could plan accordingly. They Lied gave me a fake date and I was stuck with an empty apartment, air mattress and very little clothing. 14 days tuned into 14 business days meet with an apology and a guarantee that I would receive a refund. However miraculously the day my items were delivered I was told on the spot that if I did not pay $300, the exact same cost of the early delivery, a fee added for "special truck" being used then they would take my stuff away and put it in a storage unit! The special truck a $20 U-Haul truck they had to use because my street would not fit a 18' wheeler. The kicker is I live on a major street in downtown LA where there was plenty of space to fit an 18' Wheeler! Also I watched and listen to the delivery driver call two other customers and pull the same stunt, not only apologizing for being late but stating that they would have to pay $300 more out the blue in order to receive their things that day! SCAME!! But the worst part of this story They lost 4 boxes and refuse to acknowledge my lost items! AAA Moving group (Meghan Blackwell) stated that she would send me a claims form to fill out. Instead I received an email for the contacted moving company! I called back and was told I would have to go through them to file a claim. My biggest issue is the consistent lies I was feed to pacify me! If AAA would have been honest I would have been better prepared to deal with everything but they lied, made promise they would easily break or deny in the next conversation and then ended with oh well its not our fault you shoes us!

Save yourself the time, money and emotional distress and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I moved from a bachelor apartment on a second floor, walk up to a bachelor apartment on the main floor of a building fairly close. I had a grandfathers clock, which they put a cover over then wrapped in plastic to protect it. The two guys were very respectful, very good!! They made a very stressful situation very easy. Wonderful experience, great price! We highly recommend AAA Moving Group for your moving needs. The 2 movers who came to help us were very polite, courteous, professional, and treated our belongings like they were their own. They even helped us take apart and rebuild large furniture pieces. Thank you AAA Moving Group, we will definitely be using your services again for future moves!!

I compared a bunch of local moving companies online and ended up going with AAA Moving Group, and was absolutely impressed. The ladies on the phone had those fun-sounding friendly attitudes that made me feel good about booking with them, then the movers were very friendly, efficient, careful and professional. They even called to ask if I wanted them to come early - awesome. The whole experience was easy and seamless and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them next time. Thanks!

Moved from Ohio to Florida. Claimed weight was nearly 7000 lbs for a small 1000 sq. ft. house (no furniture). Originally estimated around 3000 lbs. They lost over $6500 worth of stereo and music gear (drum and sound equipment). I was told $140/mo. storage fee but was charged $450/mo.! After pickup, customer service was incredibly rude. When I asked them to explain the obvious price jump, I was hung up on 3 times by their "Customer Care Specialists". And to top it all off, the cost/RANSOM I had to pay was nearly $7k. I am currently looking into legal action. PS - Notice the reviews are either best ever, or worst ever? I wonder who actually wrote the positive reviews.

AAA Moving Group is very professional, friendly and patient. Everything was treated with care and they were efficient. Highly recommend for moving within NY Area at a competitive price without sacrificing quality of move! Eric and John, both helped us move to our new place and everything was A+. The move duration was in line with their estimate and they were super careful with helping a lot of our fragile stuff. Everything from their arrival to after the move went perfect! They did the old bait and switch on us. Salesman (DL) promised a price and said that he was going to mark certain sizes on the estimate that were less than what we told him we were moving. We reviewed the estimate and questioned what he had put. He assured us it was fine he was going to put this to get the lower price locked in but there was room on the truck and this was a good deal for him because he had a truck moving in same time so he was willing to offer the lower price blah blah blah. They were supposed to call 3 days in advance of the move to confirm details..they called the day before and went over what we would be moving which was actually much less than what we had originally told the sales rep as we decided to leave a few things. They marked the price up $600 and hid behind some fine print on the contract which indeed we had signed under false pre-tenses. We asked to speak with sales rep so he could explain himself, they refused. We asked for them to refund the deposit and we would find another way to move, they refused. They said we were stuck with being out the deposit or having to pay an additional $600 on top of the quoted price to move less than what we originally said we were moving. We were very polite and simply wanted what was agreed on or to get out of the deal and get our deposit back. They refused to work with us and said we had signed the contract and they would not refund the deposit. The salesman was being a salesman and said whatever he had to to get the contract signed while knowing this would happen. The customer service on the back-end said too bad you have too pay more now and were very rude. I recommend taking your business elsewhere and save yourself some time and money.

We were worried about our move because they were calling for thunderstorms that evening. In our experience we have had lots of encounters with the rain when moving. Much of our belongings have gotten ruined. We didn’t need to worry about that this time around though. But the 3 moving men sent by AAA Moving Group Experts to assist us for the relocation were simply fast and efficient and had all of our belongings safely in our home before we thought possible. I can’t gather enough words to describe their level of integrity, but I wish them that they keep up the good work.

AAA Moving Group were the best ever. They were actually a pleasure to talk to when they came to get my items as well as the phone conversations that I had. Adam and Jake were my favorite. Not only were they hard-working but they were also focused and hilarious. I laughed the entire time while they were moving my items. It really prompted me to go out of my way to recommend this company. Everything else went great but I just wanted to point out the things that made this company stand out from many others that I had come in contact with.

I would give ZERO stars if I Could. They lied and basically entrapped me. The quote they gave me ended up being $1200 more when the movers showed up. I was already packed and was told if I didn't pay I was out all my money. The customer service manager Kaitlynn was downright disgustingly rude and condescending to work with. Still waiting to be refunded for the $200 in damages I had to pay my apartment building for all of the damage they did moving my stuff out of it. Worst unprofessional bunch of people I have ever worked with. Please RUNNN!! Do not even consider using this company! Oh and they told me my move was so short I would have my stuff within 3 days..my stuff came 12 days later.
