The worst company I've ever had business with. Disorganized, unprofessional, untruthful, late and not a company I'd ever recommend to anyone to use. In fact, STAY AWAY ! The prices are completely misleading and in my case went up almost 4000 dollars than what we had planned. Countless, unreturned phone calls, 2 week delivery turned into almost a two month wait and a whole lot of damaged things. There were times that they had absolutely NO IDEA where our life's belongings were whatsoever. Please heed this warning and DO NOT CALL OR EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS BUSINESS. SHOULD BE CALLED TRIPLE F MOVING GROUP and hopefully will be after I do everything in my power to alert the general public.

Very rarely can any person say they had a good move. AAA Moving Group did a great job with mine, seriously. I read a ridiculous amount of bad reviews and wanted to share my good experience. I typically do not do this. I don't know if I should go into detail or just keep in simple.

The quote was mediocre and within my price range. At my pick up location the movers told me each part of the move. Also, they explained how their blankets would protect everything.

The delivery took all of a few days and the same moving crew unloaded. It honestly looked like it hadn't moved on the truck at all. I had one scratch on my dresser, I was able to get it out.

The first moving company that AAA sent was a disaster, after several phone calls to AAA they assured me they would satisfy me and would send me a top notch mover. I gave them the benefit of my doubts and when they sent John from On Point Movers, he restored my faith. John and his crew did an amazing job and was the quintessential moving professionals that I could only hope for. They carefully wrapped and loaded all my belongings and delivered them unscathed to my new home. Request John and On Point Movers and you too can have an amazing experience.

I was definitely not looking forward to moving back to North York after school. Though, I did not really have a choice. Luckily, I came across the AAA Moving Group. As soon as I went on their site they pushed me to call their customer line. They guy who helped me was really nice and professional. On moving day, they arrived on time and started working efficiently.

The delivery took a lot longer than I would have liked, but I was able to stay with my friends for a while. They did keep calling me and letting me know the projected date.

I was recommended to use AAA Moving Group Storage by my step-father. He recently used them for his big move and had no issues. Since I was moving for work, I needed it to go well and also to my standards. I still had to work during the whole move, even without a secure place to stay.

Everything went very smooth which was surprising because moving is already stressful. Everything showed up on time and nothing was damaged or missing. I could have asked for anything better!

AAA Moving Group were the best ever. They were actually a pleasure to talk to when they came to get my items as well as the phone conversations that I had. Harold David and Mark were my favorite. Not only were they hard-working but they were also focused and hilarious. I laughed the entire time while they were moving my items. It really prompted me to go out of my way to recommend this company. Everything else went great but I just wanted to point out the things that made this company stand out from many others that I had come in contact with.

I moved from NYC to Deerfield, FL. I signed a BINDING contact with AAA moving group, LLC over the phone and internet to move my furniture & other stuff. All documents were signed online. They told me they are family own business. I signed the contact on 07/20/2020 & they supposed to pick up on 07/22/20 (kept a reserved day on 07/23/20). But they didn’t arrived on those two days. They came on 07/24/20 while I was at work. The primary estimate was 351 cubic feet & total cost was $ 1700.81. The final estimate was 483 cubic feet (3381 lbs.), which costs $2490.01. Before final estimate, I gave them actual measurement of all my stuff & they converted it to cubic feet. Beginning of the contact, they told me the price wouldn’t go much higher than initial estimate. After final estimate, I took some items out. And it became 427 cubic feet, cost $ 1400. I call them & they told me that it isn’t a problem- their drivers will take care of it. When their drivers came during the day after reserved day my wife was at home. I had work at that day. They told me that it isn’t a problem- as long as an adult is at home, everything should be fine. But after picking up our stuff on their truck, they told my wife it is 640 cubic feet & total cost is $ 3546. We had no idea how initial 351 Cu Ft (& final 427 cu ft.) became 640 cubic feet. It is actually double than initial estimate. As per BINDING contact, the price shouldn’t be double. As we have a 3 years old kid, we wanted our stuff on August 02, 2020. We arrived in Florida on August 01. But they didn’t deliver our stuff until September 02. We slept on floor for month & half. They scheduled about 15times to deliver, but never showed up. The AAA group keep telling me that it is no long on their control. It is up to Moving Solutions Van Lines Inc. They subcontracted our stuff to Moving Solutions without our consent. Finally, Moving solution delivered our stuff on Sep 02, 2020. I asked both of them to adjust the price as it was overcharged. They told me they wouldn’t deliver it if I don’t pay full amount & I have to make another appointment to get it with additional $500. Really BAD experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!

My move with AAA Moving Group started great. The movers seemed knowledgeable and competent to get the job done in an efficient and professional manner. They handled all my belongings with the utmost care. The reason why I hired movers was that I had a lot of fragile and delicate items and I was very happy that all of them survived the move. My household belongings were taken care of and transported safely. Although my move was complicated they were very positive and polite. Without a doubt, I will be contacting them again for my next household move. Can’t wait to tell other people how amazing my experience with them was.

AAA Moving Group team was outstanding. They were more efficient than I even expected and completed everything in an efficient and professional manner.

Everything was quick and super easy with them.

My items were properly taken care of, nothing went wrong. Considering the workload, they charged me a fair and honest price. I also contacted other moving companies and requested several quotes, but only AAA Moving Group seemed appropriate for the job. And in fact, they were up to the task. I can say that they’ve deserved my trust and respect. Without a doubt, I will be contacting them again for my next household move.

I am constantly on the move and I appreciate a company who is flexible when it comes to my busy life. They are friendly and take pride in the work that they do. I am a cautious person when it comes to having unknown people in my personal space, but with AAA Moving Group, there were no awkward feelings or wariness. Last week we used AAA Moving Group and had a team of four guys, led by Oscar, and everything went so smoothly. They were all so friendly and nice and even though it was 95 degrees and sunny outside they were moving so quickly and got the job done much faster than we thought was possible. Any furniture that they had to take apart for the move they correctly put back together at the end and put it in the rooms we requested in the new place. Very impressed. Would definitely use this company again.

I was super busy the week of finals, which just so happened to also be the week my lease was up. I knew I wouldn't have time to do the move myself and after calling around I decided AAA Moving Group would be the best option. The representative was extremely understanding and nice, and made the setup process so easy. I let the guys in and by the time I had run to the store and back they had the whole truck loaded with my one bedroom apartment! My stuff got to Texas not only in one piece but completely undamaged and in less time than I thought it would! The men were extremely courteous and conscientious throughout the whole thing. I will definitely be using AAA Moving Group for all my moves from here on out.

This company has certainly been such a great convenience for me. I am a frequent relocation because of business opportunities and the last company that I contact for assistance with relocating completely damaged many of my items and I had to pursue legal actions as a result. I was a little skeptical about getting any other company to assist me, but I knew that I would have eventually reach out to a service. My uncle referred me to AAA Moving Group because he used their services in the past with great success. Their servicemen arrived to my area on time and the delivery was smooth sailing. I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance with relocating.

All of my concerns were addressed, quote pricing, schedule availability, and caution against property damage. The rep gave a very accommodating quote, the manager verified the quote, and when the day of the move came, the movers were very careful with my items. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! When this company contacted me, I spoke with Justin. He was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I asked him about the poor reviews on BBB and he stated that the BBB is a pay to play and they were not participating. He had me look on google and I found good reviews and because Justin was communicating with me sometimes at 9:00 pm because that was when I had a question I felt good about them. As soon as I made my $800 deposit, Justin was gone. I got an email welcoming me with 2 new points of contact in October. I did not hear from them again until about a week before my move. They called to tell me when the movers would be there and I asked when someone would contact me about my updated moving list so I could have an accurate quote. Andrew said about 3 days before my move someone would call. Well the night before my move I still did not get a call and I tried reaching someone. I got ahold of Maggie and she told me her boss Katie or Kristin (I can't remember her name but it began with a K) would call me that night. They stated that the person that usually handles this had a death in the family so they were short staffed but that Katie/Kristin (whatever) was a supervisor and would call me that night. I got no call and the movers arrived the next morning at 9. He was telling me I was going to pay a lot more because I had more than what was on the initial list. I kept calling AAA and finally reached someone who paged Katie/Kristen. She finally called when half of my things were loaded and was mad because they aren't supposed to load without a new quote. She asked to speak with him, they yelled back and forth and the mover gave me back my phone. She did nothing but piss him off. Now this company does not tell you the name of the moving company they will send. But if you google Moving Solutions Van Lines you will see that AAA uses them often, knowing that the company is awful and a nightmare to deal with. I believe they are the same company with different names. I will post my review of my ordeal with that company on their site, you can see the hell I went through there. Long story short, they were no help, I moved 11/28/20 and did not get my things until 1/17/20. Stay far away from this company if you want an stress free move.

This was the worst experience for me from the sales team to the customer service team. It began with a quote from Jeff. It sounded to good too be true. Turns out it was too good to be true. A couple weeks later I was contacted by another member of the sales team and I found that my initial quote was raised by close to 2000 dollars. I believed the increase was necessary and was told that if needed they would reduce the estimate due to the shipment estimate.

I began the process of getting rid of lots of personal belongings in order to reduce the cost of my shipment. I let the sales team know and provided pictures as well as made phone calls describing what I had gotten rid of. I sent email besides made phone calls. At this point the sales team began to avoid my calls. I was never given a refund. Also spoke to Sean in sales. Initially he said i should contact him and he would work on giving me a refund. When I reached out to him after my items had been delivered, he was unavailable to take my call and never returned my call.

Regarding the customer service team, they had multiple people answering my concerns and I found myself having to repeat over and over. It seemed there was not communication or good records kept between them of my conversations.

Regarding dispatch, I arrived in Boise from Colorado expecting my shipment on December 6th. It didn't arrive until a month later. I was without my personal belongs for over a month. Customer service blamed me and said I should have been overseeing my delivery.

This company is very disorganized and incompetent in every way imaginable. It was a complete nightmare for me.

When my things finally arrived, I found several belongings damaged. Including my grand piano.

One of the crew on the delivery truck broke the glass on my lamp right before my very own eyes.

To add to the nightmare, the mover dropped my piano on his hand and crushed his hand as well as damaged my piano. I had even hired professional piano movers to assist the trucking company and had told the trucking company not to unload my piano.

When I notified customer service of the accident they made light of the entire accident.

I highly recommend you use another company if you want to avoid additional stress in your move.

They gave the minimum upsetting move I've ever had, and that is astounding since I've just had in-state moves some time recently! Arrived securely in Florida with not a solitary scratch on anything. Quote was sensible and worth each penny. Never had mover laborers deal with my our belonging and also these fellows did, astonishing hard working attitude for movers. My life partner and I had been arranging this move for some time however weren't certain what organization we could trust with our chaos of a flat, yet AAA Moving Group truly ran well beyond with their work. To a great degree fulfilled and would recommend to anybody.

We used AAA Moving Group on 1/21/21 and they were fantastic! The crew was quick and all furniture, wall, doors were very well protected. I even forgot the eggs in the fridge and not one egg was broken when they put the fridge in the new house! We are completely unpacked and not one thing is broken, scratched, or damaged. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you so much! This company is not like any of the other companies I researched when finding a mover.
