The worst company I've ever had business with. Disorganized, unprofessional, untruthful, late and not a company I'd ever recommend to anyone to use. In fact, STAY AWAY ! The prices are completely misleading and in my case went up almost 4000 dollars than what we had planned. Countless, unreturned phone calls, 2 week delivery turned into almost a two month wait and a whole lot of damaged things. There were times that they had absolutely NO IDEA where our life's belongings were whatsoever. Please heed this warning and DO NOT CALL OR EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS BUSINESS. SHOULD BE CALLED TRIPLE F MOVING GROUP and hopefully will be after I do everything in my power to alert the general public.

I was recommended to use AAA Moving Group Storage by my step-father. He recently used them for his big move and had no issues. Since I was moving for work, I needed it to go well and also to my standards. I still had to work during the whole move, even without a secure place to stay.

Everything went very smooth which was surprising because moving is already stressful. Everything showed up on time and nothing was damaged or missing. I could have asked for anything better!

AAA Moving Group were the best ever. They were actually a pleasure to talk to when they came to get my items as well as the phone conversations that I had. Harold David and Mark were my favorite. Not only were they hard-working but they were also focused and hilarious. I laughed the entire time while they were moving my items. It really prompted me to go out of my way to recommend this company. Everything else went great but I just wanted to point out the things that made this company stand out from many others that I had come in contact with.

Very rarely can any person say they had a good move. AAA Moving Group did a great job with mine, seriously. I read a ridiculous amount of bad reviews and wanted to share my good experience. I typically do not do this. I don't know if I should go into detail or just keep in simple.

The quote was mediocre and within my price range. At my pick up location the movers told me each part of the move. Also, they explained how their blankets would protect everything.

The delivery took all of a few days and the same moving crew unloaded. It honestly looked like it hadn't moved on the truck at all. I had one scratch on my dresser, I was able to get it out.

The first moving company that AAA sent was a disaster, after several phone calls to AAA they assured me they would satisfy me and would send me a top notch mover. I gave them the benefit of my doubts and when they sent John from On Point Movers, he restored my faith. John and his crew did an amazing job and was the quintessential moving professionals that I could only hope for. They carefully wrapped and loaded all my belongings and delivered them unscathed to my new home. Request John and On Point Movers and you too can have an amazing experience.

I was definitely not looking forward to moving back to North York after school. Though, I did not really have a choice. Luckily, I came across the AAA Moving Group. As soon as I went on their site they pushed me to call their customer line. They guy who helped me was really nice and professional. On moving day, they arrived on time and started working efficiently.

The delivery took a lot longer than I would have liked, but I was able to stay with my friends for a while. They did keep calling me and letting me know the projected date.

I moved from NYC to Deerfield, FL. I signed a BINDING contact with AAA moving group, LLC over the phone and internet to move my furniture & other stuff. All documents were signed online. They told me they are family own business. I signed the contact on 07/20/2020 & they supposed to pick up on 07/22/20 (kept a reserved day on 07/23/20). But they didn’t arrived on those two days. They came on 07/24/20 while I was at work. The primary estimate was 351 cubic feet & total cost was $ 1700.81. The final estimate was 483 cubic feet (3381 lbs.), which costs $2490.01. Before final estimate, I gave them actual measurement of all my stuff & they converted it to cubic feet. Beginning of the contact, they told me the price wouldn’t go much higher than initial estimate. After final estimate, I took some items out. And it became 427 cubic feet, cost $ 1400. I call them & they told me that it isn’t a problem- their drivers will take care of it. When their drivers came during the day after reserved day my wife was at home. I had work at that day. They told me that it isn’t a problem- as long as an adult is at home, everything should be fine. But after picking up our stuff on their truck, they told my wife it is 640 cubic feet & total cost is $ 3546. We had no idea how initial 351 Cu Ft (& final 427 cu ft.) became 640 cubic feet. It is actually double than initial estimate. As per BINDING contact, the price shouldn’t be double. As we have a 3 years old kid, we wanted our stuff on August 02, 2020. We arrived in Florida on August 01. But they didn’t deliver our stuff until September 02. We slept on floor for month & half. They scheduled about 15times to deliver, but never showed up. The AAA group keep telling me that it is no long on their control. It is up to Moving Solutions Van Lines Inc. They subcontracted our stuff to Moving Solutions without our consent. Finally, Moving solution delivered our stuff on Sep 02, 2020. I asked both of them to adjust the price as it was overcharged. They told me they wouldn’t deliver it if I don’t pay full amount & I have to make another appointment to get it with additional $500. Really BAD experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!

My move with AAA Moving Group started great. The movers seemed knowledgeable and competent to get the job done in an efficient and professional manner. They handled all my belongings with the utmost care. The reason why I hired movers was that I had a lot of fragile and delicate items and I was very happy that all of them survived the move. My household belongings were taken care of and transported safely. Although my move was complicated they were very positive and polite. Without a doubt, I will be contacting them again for my next household move. Can’t wait to tell other people how amazing my experience with them was.

AAA Moving Group team was outstanding. They were more efficient than I even expected and completed everything in an efficient and professional manner.

Everything was quick and super easy with them.

My items were properly taken care of, nothing went wrong. Considering the workload, they charged me a fair and honest price. I also contacted other moving companies and requested several quotes, but only AAA Moving Group seemed appropriate for the job. And in fact, they were up to the task. I can say that they’ve deserved my trust and respect. Without a doubt, I will be contacting them again for my next household move.

We used AAA Moving Group on 1/21/21 and they were fantastic! The crew was quick and all furniture, wall, doors were very well protected. I even forgot the eggs in the fridge and not one egg was broken when they put the fridge in the new house! We are completely unpacked and not one thing is broken, scratched, or damaged. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you so much! This company is not like any of the other companies I researched when finding a mover.

DO NOT USE!! This company fails to tell you they are a broker. They hired a moving carrier for our move that had their license revoked before they picked up our goods. It’s been 105 days and still have not received my entire 3 bedroom household belongings. Channel 3 aired my story. Do not use - they won’t answer their phones/ the owner Kaitlyn says she will call back and doesn’t. AAA will not help us get this carrier they hired for our move to get us our things. 105 days still waiting and wondering where are things are. DO NOT HIRE!!!

After researching movers in our area I chose AAA Moving Group because of their positive reviews. They did not disappoint. My movers arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work. I was very impressed with how quickly and carefully they moved furniture and positioned it for me. They do have a three hour minimum, and they did finish ahead of schedule but it was all still worth it. My husband and I could not have done it ourselves. Also they took great care not to mark the walls which had just been freely painted and lifted furniture so that the new floors were not scratched. Excellent job.

By far the absolute worst moving experience I’ve ever had to deal with. The company did not call and did not show up on scheduled pickup day or delivery day. 3 days late to pickup my belongings and still have not delivered my belongings to my new place. I was charged DOUBLE what Ashley quoted me. Instead of paying $3300 I am now paying over SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS. The moving company keeps pointing their fingers at the movers and vice versa. No one is communicating and no one is taking the blame. I’m having. To constantly do their job for them and coordinate with the movers and company and find out why they don’t know where my belongings are or where the movers are. This is insane. I could have sold all my belonging and bought everything new for $6k. Now my attorney has to get involved. Do not use this company. They are unethical, unprofessional, and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and financial burden.

I had a great experience with AAA Moving Group from my first phone call with them until the move was complete. I didn't think it would be possible for their movers to compare to their customer service over the phone, but then the movers arrived on my moving day, and they were wonderful too. They were friendly, kind, they made sure that the condo had documented damage done in the hallway before we started to move, to make sure I would get my deposit back after the move, and they were all-around great. They were fast, very careful, and in good moods throughout the move. I was very happy with their service, and will definitely use them the next time I move. The price was also better than most of the other companies I had researched before choosing AAA Moving Group, and all of the expenses were laid out in advance very clearly, with no surprises, which I really appreciated.

Outstanding customer service each and every time we spoke to AAA Moving Group. The guys were great, worked like an unstoppable force but the weather (hottest day in September) and my stuff couldn’t stand in their way. I have worked in moving, cleaning and other labor intensive business and have seen people work hard but these guys from AAA Moving Group worked harder and smarter. I only worked with one crew for the move and they were the best crew. Showed up on time. Done earlier than estimated. No hidden costs, no funny business. Nothing broken. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I hope AAA Moving Group is available to move me again.

Recently moved out of my condo and hired AAA Moving Group to assist me with moving a lot of larger stuff to storage. It was a bit of a last minute booking due to the elevators in my building but their office was happy to work with me to get a booking ready. My movers on the day of and they did a great job. They arrived with their truck on time and were very friendly. They got to work quick and were very careful with my stuff. Payment was easy and in line with the original quote. Overall experience was very satisfactory and I would recommend them.

These positive reviews are a LIE! I was called ON my MOVING DAY and told there was no truck for me despite giving them $1,000 for a deposit weeks prior to my move date (I did get my deposit back). I ended up having to leave ALL of my belongings in a friends garage 3,000 miles away from my new home because they could not find a "carrier" in my area. The amount of stress I have experienced because of this company is off the charts. DO NOT be fooled. Find anther company that is actually recognized by the BBB and won't lie to you in order to make a buck.
