Happy with our move.

Hired you guys to move me from Long Island NY. to Coral Springs Fl,
Good experience overall they made the whole process simple and everything went off with out a hitch packing was great, delivery was quick, the guys were great very helpful and really worked hard, the only reason I took one star away was they were a little late on the pick up but they kept in communication with me they were supposed to be there between 9 and 10 am but the driver called me at 8:30 and said that he was running a bit behind they ended up getting started at 10:30 but totally made up for it by working hard and and doing a thorough job I was very impressed I would definitely recommend them communication was always there through the process.

Good Service.

I never write review neither good or bad but this time I was really worried and was surprised of the results. They came in a very timely manner and we're experienced in packing effectively and rapidly which was very good since my wife was by herself. I was initially told my stuff would arrive from 7-10 business days and it was received in 4 days. Follow up calls and making sure things are going smoothly along the way was very nice as well.
I'd like to thank Charles specifically for his professional attitude and the help he gave and most importantly his honesty from the beginning about pricing and not changing it after.
Overall, I do recommend this company to anyone. My move was from Connecticut to Texas for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Great job.

Usually I do not write reviews, but this time I wanted to do it since I was very happy that I chose them. Mr. Charles Miller my representative was very knowledgeable and made the whole process a breeze. From the first call until my stuff was delivered in Pompano Beach he always kept in touch with me as promised We moved from Denver CO to Pompano Beach Fl. I had a 3 bed room house that the guys helped us to move. We opted for the full packing service. We were quoted for $8200 which was within my budget and since we had absolutely no time to pack , It was the best option. Michael, and his crew were very friendly and hard working guys. Everything was packed with care. As a result the only piece of furniture that was slightly damaged was one desk although I knew it probably wouldn't make the trip because it was particle board and old, other than that every thing made it here fine. We received delivery in a little over a week which was very important for us because kids were starting their school after a winter brake and I was starting my new job. I ended up paying $9100 since we had more boxes than we thought we would have. To sum it up, I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a stress free move and a fair price. My family wants to thank 24/7 Logistic Services and of course Mr. Miller for helping this move a great one!

Great job guys!!

I recently had to arrange for a complicated move with 1 stop at pick up and more than 1 drop off.

I called to get a quote and Bill the guy who was helping me was so friendly and assured me that they would be able to handle my move without a problem. The rate we got from 24/7 Logistic Services movers was significantly more reasonable than competitors for the job I was trying to accomplish.

The move was scheduled for the morning (no time actually specified) and I was kind of waiting around hoping they'd call at 8ish, but they actually called when they were about 45 minutes away and arrived closer to 10. Waiting for a call was the worst part, but that was more due to my own moving stress.

Once they arrived, in walk these three super tall, skinny guys. They were so incredibly nice and professional, and relieved so much of the moving stress I had. They also made moving one of my items - a gun safe tall heavy as F - look super easy. Two guys easily rolled it out of my house. They were very polite and careful with my belongings. At delivery there were another crew who also did not let the company down. They unloaded things to each designated drop off location. I ordered some food for them but they were done before it was delivered to the last drop off location. Will definitely give 24/7 Logistic Services a call for the next move and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs help moving across the country.

Liars over $3,000 in damage and want to settle for $30.00.

If I was able to give it a zero I would. I moved from PA to Florida. At first the crew that picked up my property were great. They packed and wrapped everything up nicely. When I arrived in Florida I called and within 2ndays they delivered. Sounds g old so far right? Well it get really bad. At first when they delivered my property there was only 2 guys and they were really lazy. They took breaks after every item they brung in, not that big of a deal to me. Then while they were bringing stuff in and running right into the doors and walls. After they were done unloading they refused to assemble what they had disassembled before hand. I had to call the company who called them and then the workers gave me an attitude and said why did you call, we don’t have to put it back together. Whatever not that big of a deal. What’s the worst of all Is that when I was unpacking we noticed our brand new 70 in tv had a hole in it and some broken glass and chairs. The couches had rat feces on then and boxes had been chewed through. I called made a claim and today I recevied an email saying that they are closeting the claim because they have reached a settlement of 30.00 yes thatsbright $30.00. The tv alone was over $1,500 and the couches were $1,800. Needles to say I told them to shove that $30 where it fits. I regret ever trusting a so called great and cristian ran company. They told me trust me we are good at what we do and we are good religious people. I hope that they get what they deserve and I can’t believe how companies like this get away with crimes like this. Stay away from these people no matter how good the make it sound.. I was really hopeing to give them a great review because Charles seemed to me like a great guy but unfortunately it was all a scam. I hate when I have to stop trusting people because of people like this.

We offer our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience that our customer may have experienced. We would never intentionally want our customers to be less than satisfied with our services.

Movers Taking Breaks / Took Long Time to Unload: Movers work all kinds of crazy hours to try to meet the various scheduling requests of our customers. They work in all conditions, even in inclement weather. The carry heavy items up/down stairs, long distances, even when they are very exhausted. Unfortunately, sometimes it is just difficult to complete a job without taking the necessary time to rest before carrying the next item from the tractor trailer to its destination. While taking many breaks may prolong the pickup or the delivery we certainly encourage our movers to take the time necessary to regroup before carrying the next item. This insures our movers are not going to lose their grip on any of our customers’ personal items and cause damage. Further, we do not want our movers to risk their health just to speed up the delivery. Last, movers do not get paid by the hour for long distance moves (which is beneficial for customers) so it does not benefit our movers to waste time. Therefore, it is difficult to think our movers would want to waste their time as it costs them money.

Reassemble: The movers arrived and they were barely unloading when the customer called the office concerned about reassembly of their items. It is customary for our movers to unload completely and then assemble any items which may need it.

Damaged Walls/Doors: When the customer notified us that they had any damages we immediately referred him to file a claim with our 3rd party claims company CSI. The customer did so. However, the customer did not file for any damages to their walls or doors. This complaint is the first we heard about any damage to walls or doors.

Rodents: This is the very first time we have ever had anyone make any accusations such as this. We have workers who are in the warehouse all day (who have not seen any evidence of such rodents) and we have utilized this same storage for a very long time. In fact, before we used it, there was another mover who used it. We checked with them after the customer’s statement of finding rat feces, and they were just as surprised as we are. Never has any of our customers reported that they have experienced this situation, nor have our workers ever seen any signs whatsoever of any rodents.

Further, while the customer stated that they received their sofa with rat feces within it, they did not provide any photographs to substantiate such allegations for their claim nor did they provide us with any evidence at all to prove this. However, since our customer states that this is indeed what they experienced, we are going to have our professional exterminator come in to investigate and make sure there are not any problems. Better to be safe than sorry! Evidence of such conditions or not, we will take every precaution!!

Damaged TV and Table: We will take responsibility for any damages which are a direct result of our services. Unfortunately, the stacking of these items in the tractor trailer was not strong enough to endure the shifting of the weight as the tractor trailer traveled on its route. You must understand there are potholes, road construction, regular crazy traffic, sharp turns, etc which will cause the shipment to naturally settle and sometimes shift more than we anticipate. Unfortunately, the customer’s TV and table were affected. For this, we sincerely apologize and advise that we will work harder to secure all future shipments.

Claim/Compensation Amount: We would like inform you that Claims Service International (CSI) is not an insurance company and the customer’s claim filed is not an insurance claim. CSI is a 3rd party claims company. Any liability for loss, damage, delay, payment of claim, any/all portions of move or claim are solely ours alone; there is no insurance company involved. We are responsible for all compensation due from claims. The compensation rate depends upon the Valuation Protection (valuation is a level of liability) which is selected and signed for BY THE CUSTOMER the day of the move. We offer customers 2 Valuation Protection options that are required by Federal Regulations. There is the Full Replacement Valuation Protection (FVP) which is selected and paid for the day of the move. We also offer the Released Liability Valuation Protection of $0.60 per pound per article which is provided free of charge. The customer elected to waive the Full Replacement Value Valuation Protection and enjoy the lower rates for their move. Therefore, our liability in case of negligence is limited to $0.60 cents per pound per article as dictated on the governing Bill of Lading, signed and agreed upon by the customer. It is not based upon replacement value or repair costs, it is based upon the weight of the item multiplied by $0.60 per pound per article. Their TV and their table were both approved for their claim. They were based on the American Moving and Storage Association’s Standard Weight Guide (the average weight of the item) multiplied by $0.60 per pound per article. The information about Valuation Protection is provided in the Original Estimate, the Bill of Lading, as well as it is discussed. The customer had much time to research, ask questions, and make an informed decision about their valuation protection. The settlement offered is based on our our legal liability. We cannot be blamed for the customer’s choices. We ask that our customer reflects upon all the facts of the situation and will recognize we did not purposely damage their items, we offered compensation to the customer based on our legal liability. We are investigating the situations which the customer claims occurred and are taking every action necessary to insure there are not now and will never be any infestation. While we would also appreciate any photographic evidence that the customer may have taken at the time of delivery (or close thereto) to verify the accusations are factual since our searches since receiving this complaint have shown up with no evidence of rodents at all.

We regret that the customer felt the need to file this negative review. We trust that the above explanations enable them to better understand our position on these matters.

Great service.

I hired 24/7 logistic services to move my house from plantation FL to Boston MA I would like to thank them for a great experience I received several estimates from different companies most of which really tried to pressure me to book them. My rep Charles was great and he stood out from the rest he really took the time to make sure we covered all the pieces going for the move and he also made sure if there were additional packing for my frajile pieces that I was covered. He really made sure the estimate was as close as possible to the actual cost. I was called 2 weeks before to see if there were any changes to my inventory and we updated the box count to match what the count was. The guys showed up early these guys were great very professional and the got right to work. They were very careful and they worked straight through. Delivery was quick my stuff got to Mass in 4 days. When my items arrived the guys set everything back up for me. Everything was packed so well my items all arrived. I was very impressed with the communication through out the process. I thought my price was more than fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing care and respect during move NY to FL.

I have never felt so compelled to write a review! I anxiously moved from NY to Florida and this company took care of me and my belongings like I was a VIP! The movers themselves were so kind and patient (rarely found with the movers I’ve had in the past) and CAREFUL—everything went so smoothly I just can’t believe it!! I felt treated like family!

1st time using movers.

I found 24/7 logistics when searching for a moving company. We have never used one before but decided to this time moving long distance. Of course once I put my email address and phone number on a moving referral site, it started going crazy! Charles Miller sent me 1 email and called me 1 time. The rest were ridiculous! I called Charles back and he was so nice! Very informative and very helpful answering any questions I had(which was A LOT!). He was not pushy like the others I had previously spoke with, which made it even better. When I told him I needed to talk to my husband, he was happy to email me the information and even set a time to call me back that worked for me. He did not harass me, push me, continue to email me or anything else. He let me have the time I asked for and then called me at the time set. And honestly, that is the main reason I chose 24/7. Prices were pretty comparable but their customer service was by far the best!

In the couple months leading up to the move, anytime I called Charles, he would always call me back and was always helpful and never made me feel like I was annoying him (even though I am sure I was! lol) Having never used movers before, I was having some serious anxiety since so many people always want to post the negative but are not as quick to post the positive. When we first called, I was not 100% sure on what all we would be taking to be able to get an accurate price so we did a guesstimate and said that a week or 2 before the move, I would call back with a more accurate count. When I called back the week before the move, our cubic ft went up (which we knew it had) but the surprise I got was when Charles told me that because I called and told him honestly about the change, I got an even better rate than I did when I first called! I did not expect that at all but was very grateful!

The only frustration I had through out this whole process (which was mostly due to our situation and the time frame that we had) was I thought they were going to be there on the 1st day we picked but they ended up being there on our backup day and they did not communicate as much as the delivery guys on their time frame. In their defense, by this point, I was just ready for this move to be over so I did not have much patience. Once they got there and got started, they worked extremely hard and fast!! We tried to have all the boxes and everything together for them. And what took us what seemed like forever to pack and stack, they had wrapped, loaded up and strapped in, in no time flat! When he did his initial walk-through, I had a moment of almost freak out because he had to give me a "worst case scenario" and the first thing that came to my head is all the negative things I read from other companies, ("great, this is where they are going to over charge me and add hidden fees etc! great now what?!") But in the end, it was not the "worst case scenario" but what we had already figured out the week before.

Next was delivery. I was getting worried about time because I knew within 4 days of us getting to MI, my husband would be leaving town for work and I was worried our stuff wouldn't be there in time. But after making sure they knew that, they said they would do their best and they did! Arturo and Andrew were absolutely AMAZING!! They communicated via text and phone calls the day before and delivery day every 100 miles! They were here in the time frame they gave and even though it was a little rainy and cold, worked like well oiled machines!! They had amazing personalities, moved everything to the desired rooms and even corrected me when I almost sent something to the wrong room! That shows how much they were paying attention! I can't say enough good things about Arturo and Andrew!! Although I have no intention of ever moving again, lol, if I did, I would definitely use 24/7 for our move and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for movers!! Thank you 24/7 logistics for making our move from FL to MI quick and painless! I am forever grateful! You guys are THE BEST! Definitely worth every penny!!

My long distance move.

I moved from Pennsylvania to Colorado and spent a lot of time researching moving companies. There were so many with some reviews that made me very nervous. I honestly prayed to find a company that I could trust. I read the reviews on 24/7 Logistics Services and there gave them a call. Charles Miller was the first person I spoke too. He sent me their license and credentialing so I would know that they were a legitimate movie company. He explained all the fees and sen t. me the Binding Moving Estimate which I signed electronically. I had several questions during the months I was preparing to move and Charles was very prompt at returning my calls. The 2 men who came to move me on August 1 were very professional. I liked the process of how they tagged all my boxes. They were very diligent in bubble wrapping items and then wrapping all furniture.I had many fragile items. As the date approached for my items to be delivered I called for updates and the person who responded quickly to my calls was always friendly and professional. They arrived in Colorado early in the am as they had told me. The 2 men who delivered my belongings were very kind and professional. They completely unloaded and put my furniture together in about 4 hours. There were no broken items and I am very thankful for the care this company took of me and my belongings. I would highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable too. There were no hidden fees when my belongings were delivered.
