Absolutely NEVER USE this moving broker, they will damage and lose your items. They will overcharge you and nickle and dime you in every way. They will promise your delivery by a certain date and then make excuses for it being delayed.

Here’s how they work, first they have a salesman give you a low rate and promise you everything, then they will have their “logistics guy” call you 3 days in advance. He will then tell you that your items are bigger than the sales guy sold you room for. Then on the day of pickup and loading they will have the driver “review your load.” He will then claim some items are bigger than the logistics guy sold you space for. They will charge you more on load. Then comes delivery, at least a few days late, if you’re lucky, mine was 1 week late. Once they unload your boxes they will be smashed, broken, retapped, and missing. Everything about this moving service is unprofessional and shady. Just pay the money for the real and professional movers not this company!

I was deliberately low-balled an estimated square feet for my move. I was told that even though everyone's items are shaped differently they would add extra room, for an up-charge of 2 thousand dollars, to make sure everything fit. One third of my belongings did not fit. I had no choice but to leave 1/3 of my house on the curb. My things were stored almost three weeks at an undisclosed location where they were ruined, gone through, and left.

Sunday, July 27th I received a text from the driver saying he would be here the next day and would text me an ETA in the morning. I took the day off of work.

I checked in at 9am, no response. 11am, no response. Finally around noon I called customer service, and then he let me know it would be MIDNIGHT. He changed it to early the next morning, but I had moved all meetings to Tuesday morning due to HIM SAYING he would be here Monday. I said noon is the earliest. At 11am I texted and he said he was 3 hours away. At 2pm, when he said he would be arriving, he sent a GPS pic saying he was ANOTHER 3 HOURS AWAY.

At this point I called customer service to start the complaint process.

The GPS picture he sent said his arrival is 445pm. He did not show up until 6:40pm.

On arrival boxes and plastic bins were demolished and unusable. Furniture that was packed up is missing screws and parts. Shattered glass, dishes, BBQ table bent and will not roll, water stains on couch and the fabric is loose and ruined one bin of items never made it. INSIDE of my bins I found things from other people, they were not my belongings. It's obvious my bins and boxes were looked through because everything was shifted, especially when other people's things are inside.

This was the plan all along. Tell customers the smallest size with the best price. Then, when they get there, nothing fits. Here is a list of items that didn't fit:

1 Dresser

1 desk

2 patio chairs

2 barbells

1 squat rack

1 sandbag

6 kettlebells

8 dumbbells

200 lbs of bumper plates.

Even the man that was hired locally to help said they have anawful reputation as a company and are known to rip people off and ruin all of their stuff.

They completely took advantage of me, like I am sure they've done with hundreds of other people. Nobody is this awful at their job. I took 12 hours of work off because of the inability to do thier job.
