Management clearly trains them well

Balcony access was the only option—and somehow, they made it work. Ropes, pads, angles—all perfect. OH MY GOD they were efficient! No broken items, no broken rules. Management clearly trains them well. A high-pressure job, flawlessly done. Hats off to every one of them.
