X Van Lines LLC

When you are tasked with moving an entire corporate office the stakes are incredibly high because any delays or damages directly impact business operations and cost the company money. Because I was in charge of our corporate relocation I did a massive amount of research on moving reviews before finally hiring X Van Lines. I read through countless testimonials and compared several commercial movers to ensure I was making the right choice for our team.

The planning phase was detailed, honestly more detailed than I expected. Their coordinator walked me through exactly how the logistics would work, from elevator reservations to labeling systems and which departments would be packed first. It meant a few long calls and lots of emails back and forth, but looking back that extra time upfront is probably why the actual move went so smoothly.

On moving day the crew arrived early and immediately got to work disassembling huge conference tables, modular desks, and safely wrapping dozens of expensive computer monitors. They labeled every single box and coordinated the loading process so that unloading at the new commercial space was completely seamless. Our employees were able to return to work by the beginning of the week without missing a single beat.

Thanks again to the entire team for executing such a massive project with real professionalism. If you need a reliable commercial mover for a full office relocation, they are absolutely worth considering.

Gary, Wesley, and Brandon did an amazing job wrapping furniture and loading our boxes for our move. We have a 3+ bedroom house and were worried about fitting all of our stuff onto the 26’ moving truck - you can see by the pictures how much space we had left over! Pure Tetris genius. Plus you can see how secure our stuff is for the trip and how much care they took with our bikes, etc. Very professional, great guys, worked fast and efficiently, knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend.

One of the most terrifying things about hiring movers is the horror stories you hear about companies holding your furniture hostage until you pay outrageous hidden fees. I was incredibly anxious about this so I specifically looked for a company that offered clear, binding‑style estimates and flat pricing.

We hired X Van Lines to move my entire family and there were absolutely no hidden surprises when it came time to pay the final bill. When we started the process their estimator took a very detailed inventory of our home, room by room, and asked alot of follow‑up questions. It took a bit longer than I expected to go through every last item, but it made me feel like they actually understood what we owned instead of just guessing.

Moving a large family means you have an endless amount of beds, dressers, toys, and garage equipment, so locking in that flat price gave us a huge amount of peace of mind. On moving day the crew just put their heads down and worked. They never complained about the heavy lifting or tried to claim that our couches were larger than expected to squeeze more money out of us.

At delivery the final invoice matched our original quote down to the exact amount. It is so rare to find that level of financial transparency in this industry, and it made a very big move feel controlled and fair from start to finish.

These guys were incredible. We had three guys help us with our in-city move and they totally exceeded our expectations. They arrived promptly, were very professional when signing the paperwork (one page) and immediately started working on loading the truck. Once they started working they didn't stop and were efficient, careful, and, well motivated! Keenan and his team made our move as easy as possible and we have been recommending X Van Lines LLC to our friends ever since. Great workers, great company KEEP IT UP!

I highly recommend X Van Lines for any interstate relocation you might be planning because they truly know how to handle delicate items over huge distances. Moving across multiple state lines is incredibly stressful because your belongings spend days bouncing around inside a truck on the highway. My biggest fear was my dining room set because I own massive heavy glass tables that are incredibly fragile and very expensive.

The packing crew that showed up immediately recognized my concern and assured me they had specific protocols for fragile glass. I watched as they wrapped my glass tables in thick moving blankets, secured them with layers of bubble wrap, and then built custom cardboard crates around them right there in my living room. It took some extra time to get all the layers and crates just right, so loading wasnt the fastest part of the day, but seeing how carefully they did it actually made me feel alot calmer about the long drive ahead.

When the truck finally arrived at our new house several states away I held my breath as they unloaded the custom crates. They carefully unwrapped all the layers and I am thrilled to report that everything arrived safely without a single scratch or chip. The dedication to protecting my property during such a massive journey was incredibly impressive.

After that experience, I will recommend their services to all my friends and family, especially anyone with fragile or high‑value furniture they are scared to move.

Wow, what a professional team of movers. Just got done with a 12 hour move, and it was fast paced! I want to thank Oleg, Alex, and Artyom for their hard work. It was not an easy move, and they did not complain once. In addition, they were very fair about the hours they charged, I was nervous about hidden fees and there were absolutely NONE. Very transparent, very honest. Glad I don’t have to move for a while, but next time I do or anyone I know does, I would HIGHLY recommend this company

The team was punctual, efficient, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. They moved everything quickly without sacrificing care or attention to detail.

What really stood out was their professionalism—despite it pouring rain the entire time, they didn’t slow down or let it impact the quality of their work. They were also very mindful of our property and made sure our landscaping stayed completely intact throughout the move, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.

Everything took a few hours and it gave my partner and I the space to take care of other last minute tasks before we left.

We were quoted a three-week delivery time period and I was pleasantly surprised that our stuff arrived at the earliest delivery date they'd provided, just three days after the packing. We had everything put in a storage unit and they scan and check every box to ensure all the items made it.

Overall, can't recommend Roadway enough, especially for long-distance moves! So much less stressful than doing it yourself and worth the money.

They did an absolutely phenomenal job, I couldn't have asked for better. I've had many bad moving experiences in the past but Divine Moving and Storage blew all the other companies I've used out of the water. They were very kind and efficient at loading and unloading. All of my belongings were in just the shape that they were before. I completely recommend this company to anyone considering moving in NYC. Fast, orderly, and perfect! I look forward to getting their help again next time I move.

I had extremely large and very heavy display cases delivered to my store — each one weighing well over 300–400 pounds. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The gentlemen were professional, careful, and handled everything A to Z. They wrapped and protected each piece, delivered everything safely, unwrapped the cases, and set them up exactly where needed.

They were very caring and gentle with my items despite the size and weight, which really impressed me. I am very happy with the company and their service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.

The whole experience with X Van Lines LLC was perfect from start to finish. Ruby answered the phone and helped me get exactly what I needed and got me on the schedule quickly. She followed up a few days prior to the move to ensure I was ready. The guys who did my move were kind, professional and fun to work with. They did give me a card with their names on it so I could remember but I did move and it is gone. They were great though! See the in the photos! I will definitely use X Van Lines LLC again!
