Great Company!

Great movers that really get the job done! I was worried because they seem to be a new company, but the logistics in place are top notch. I was in touch wit my point of contact Bob throughout the whole move. My paintings were handled with great care like I requested. Overall a great experience, and for a low price too!

Excellent!

Very good movers that know what they are doing. These experts made sure all of my things were packed securely for the long distance move. All in all, it was my first moving experience and they did everything I asked them do. The price was decent so no complaints on that end!

Moving across the country is complex and not easy. I don't know how these guys did it but moving with them was FLAWLESS. From the pick up to delivery, we had no issues whatsoever. I thought this would be a headache, but it turned out to be a great experience and I learned alot about the process!

Horrible service.

They lied about when they were going to pick up our belongings. They lied about when they were going to deliver our belongings. They were rude on the call. They said management would call us and that never happened. We are in a new part of the country without our belongings for almost a week and they said it would be another week.

My move was super successful and i'm very happy with what US Household did. They are experts at what they do and I really appreciate all of the efforts. Going above and beyond for the client is seldom seen these days, but US Household did that for me. When the estimate came out higher than expected, they worked with me on the price.
