US Household Moving & Storage

I’m not even going to deal with these scammers myself. I’m contacting a lawyer tomorrow to handle it! Moving across country is stressful enough without fast talking, scamming , company who doesn’t ever tell you they are just brokers that are selling your move to whoever will buy it. They quote so low, I wasn’t an idiot when the actual cost was over twice the quote I was not surprised. I told him my belongings were in a 10x13 storage and he quoted me a price for 57 boxes, no furniture. Really ? You think a 10x13 storage unit of belongings is going to be the same as 57 boxes ? The movers damaged something in almost every single box I packed . Despite the hundreds of dollars and hours I spent using bubble wrap and paper to carefully pack my things and write fragile on every surface of the fragile boxes. I. Bought about 25 plastic bins as well and half of them are cracked, and torn because they were filled with clothes and they put heavy boxes and items on top of them. They should be ashamed! I’m going to post everything I can everywhere I can to let people know to ask . Are you a broker fir the move ? Or are you the mover !!

They found the best movers for us to use, and it saved us a lot of money. Best of all, these guys are professionals at their craft and have excellent customer service. I enjoy working with a company that will always pick up the phone at and the text you back if need to be. I recommend working with Mark who has been very compliant with all of my requests.

It's important to manage your expectations, and if you have an unrealistic ones, then of course you will be disappointed. Do you want it to save money and have a quick turnaround time with our move, and that's exactly what we got. Best of all our things arrived safely and without any issues.

I know that we had a lot of special requests, which made or move a little annoying. However, these guys stepped up to the challenge and fulfilled all of my expectations. They are professionals every step of the way and understand how to execute a successful move. If you are looking for a reputable home mover then I wouldn't look no further than us household moving. From the price to the professionalism nothing was subpar and they tied all knots with good customer service:-).

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Do not trust Chris P, John, Tyler or anyone there. They took our deposit LIED to us about being a broker until they had to tell us because they sent our contract to the carrier instead of us. The carrier they sent our contract to has an F RATING BY THE BBB! They spoke about 20+ years in moving and 5-star reviews, but when I asked about the ratings and the fact that they have only had their property broker license since July 2019 they got mean and condescending. Don't trust this company with your money or your belongings!!

I had a very bad experience with US household Moving & Storage. They called me many times before booking. They provided the estimate for 1928 and asked me to pay the deposit amount of $650, and then later they increased the estimate to 2500 and asked me to pay additional 400$. Then they transferred my order to USA logistics moving company, and they raised my order amount to 3500$, and upon delivery they charged me another 500$ for shuttle service. Once they picked up your items, they won't give respect to you. If you ask for their additional charges, they will simply threaten you by saying they will place your items in auction company. While booking, they promised me that my moving cost will be $1928 , finally I ended up with paying 4000$. And they are not professionals. They won't update you about the pick up time and delivery time. Their pickup time is morning 11 am, but they came at midnight. They promised that items will be delivered within 3 - 5 days. But they took 4 weeks. It is a scam. Please don't use this company.

I moved to the other side of the coast which is a total life changer for me. I'm happy I did it with US household moving because they made the whole experience very pleasant and satisfying. In the end, there were no problems and they arrived right on time and delivered my things like they were supposed to. The final price ended up being a little more than the estimate because there was more square footage than I anticipated. Thank you for all of your efforts in this!!

We have a very big house, so wanted to use a company we could fully trust with belongings (there are alot of them!) US household moving and storage in fort lauderdale had great reviews so we gave them a try. Also a friend of mine recommended them that they find the best movers and coordinate the whole thing. The price is reasonable and actually lower than other places we got an estimate from. They delivered all of our things within 4 weeks and not one item was damaged. I'm very happy with how they run their operation, so I recommend US Household Moving without hesitation.

Worst experience of my life. US Households is a terrible company with terrible customer service. They are a broker and sell your information to hustlers. I gave the company plenty of notice and what day I need to be out of rental. They didn't show. They sent a different company the day AFTER I was supposed to be out. At 8 PM at night. Then they tried to upcharge me 2,500 dollars more than original estimate AFTER my things were loaded on the truck. I refused their new estimate and told them to call US Households. It was late and no one answered. My things were already on truck, they refused to take them back off and kept trying to force me to sign their new revised estimate. We ended up taking our whole life off the truck ourselves in middle of the night and placing our belongings in the street. Items were damaged due to hostile situation. Police were called. The next day we got a Penske rental and moved our belongings ourselves across country. Had to leave a vehicle behind. Customer service blocked me and wont let me talk to a supervisor. They have not answered my emails. Also refusing to give deposit back, because I wouldn't agree to inflated estimate! They are scam artists! Do Not use this company.

If you don't know who to call, give US household moving a call and you'll save a lot of money on your move like I did. I was very skeptical at first as I always am but for no good reason. These guys have good customer service and are honest people that will do their best to fulfill their promises. I recommend to read all the fine print so there are no surprises for you. After we went over the move exactly my mind was quickly at ease. I know exactly what to expect and all promises were fulfilled, even ahead of schedule.

Deeply professional company and overall experience. They have been able to completely and utterly satisfy my family during this moving experience. Nothing has been unaccounted for. Their approach has been hands on, communicative and transparent, which has made us feel comfortable and inclined to believe that we're dealing with a group of professional, experienced movers. Based on their actions, we have no reason to believe that they are highly experienced and in it for more than just the money. Well done on this move.

Our move was complex because we had many moving partsa and ALOT of stuff for a three bedroom home. I have expensive muscial equipment that needed to be changed with urgent care and US Household Moving did not disappoint in this regard. First of all, they gave us a fair shake with a reasonable price and assured the safey of our belongings.

After the delivery once ive checked all the stuff I must say that they really did keep their word. For me, a word is bond so they have five stars in my book. I would use them for another move for sure!

If you ever see an advertisement for US Household Moving & Storage, DO NOT HIRE THEM. They just bilked us out of $1700. They are not movers, they are moving brokers and have a very crafty system to underbid the job and then jack up the price 2 days before the job when it's too late to hire someone else, I even taped them on the phone saying they would not honor the contract. If you call a mover and they don't do an onsite inspection before they quote the job - DON'T HIRE THEM. Lesson learned the hard way.

Hands down, worst company ever. First we were told we'd get our stuff within 1-4 days, ended up being almost 2 weeks. Then the driver they sent was unable to drive his truck in to our parking lot so we had to pay to rent a truck for them to unload our things into and then they left, leaving us responsible to take it into our apartment. They also charged us more than $1500 than the original quote even though we had less than what I had told then we had. Not to mention, the things they packed (and they claim responsibly for) showed up damaged.. and of course we did not get a refund for any damages either.
Do not use them. We learned it's best to hire the moving companies directly, as this company simply makes phone calls to local moving companies and doesn't help their customers at all regarding any issues.

I'm excited to start our new life in Florida and I am thankful for us household moving because they did a really good job.
