Please listen to me when I tell you that you should RUN AS FAST as you can away from this company.

Not only were our movers 3 hours late, they took over 7 hours to empty a less than house that was already ALMOST empty.

Despite giving them an itemized list from which we received a quote, once they packed up the truck they let us know that they would be charging us double.

They are charging for 1600 sq feet on the truck, despite the fact that the totality of space in our ( again, nearly empty ) house was just over 1,600 feet.

Heed my advice and stay away if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $12500

Nothing but 5 stars for a company that always comes through for us. We have been using them for years now and can’t imagine having to rely on others. The team almost seems like family because they are so friendly and courteous. I had used other movers in the past who did a reasonable job but never were able to connect with us as people, too. United Nation Van Lines is a premium option, though. You won’t get bargain basement prices. However, you will get speed, security, safety and a guarantee of a reliable team on the ground and in their office. Recommended.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7900

Loved the United Nation Van Lines service, absolutely spot on with everything they did. The workers arrived on time with a nice, clean vehicle, and all the right gear to lift heavy things safely and easily. They started on the job once I gave them the instructions of what to move and where it was to go in my new house in Miami,FL. After that, I just hanged back and they took care of business. Very professional, exceedingly polite, and thoroughly knowledgeable about their work. Basically, a really efficient team of movers who deserve 5 stars. I would use them again.

What a horror story. Cannot imagine a move that could be worse. Roland the recruiter was full of misinformation and C.S. Staffer Tina was not empathetic and in turn was full of excuses and putting the blame on us. Movers were here on June 10th for pick up and as of this date of 7/20/21, over a month later, I was just told ALL of our belongings would be here in over a week or so. None of this was made clear to my husband and the delivery date waiting period was minimized to get us to sign on and make the down payment. Our belongings are held hostage in Sacramento CA and we await their delivery. We are living on blow up beds and Good Will household goods.

When they first picked up our load they misjudged our belongings and we waited 5 hours for them to pick up a bigger truck causing us to have to reschedule hotel stays. No communication from them unless we called them and most times would not answer or return our calls of concern. My husband is a Vietnam combat veteran and proved to be too much for him. He was admitted to the VETERANS ADMINISTRATION with a stress related reaction to all of the uncertainty and non communication from customer service. Customer Service person, Tina nor anyone else would give us a status of our belongings. This is an egregious event to expect any customer to tolerate. We are in our new home and over one month later we still have not received our belongings. These movers will not make an adjustment for a lower estimate for the many errors that were made. We still will have paid over $18,000 for a move and over one month later have not received our items.

I am really happy that all my things were delivered without damage and on time. The movers were real experts at packing things so they wouldn’t be damaged, and that’s not an easy thing to do when you have credenzas and sofas in the older styles with flared legs and lots of curves. But these guys have a system for everything and handled all that bulky furniture with what seemed like ease to me. Still, they worked up quite a sweat working at their pace. I am happy with the price I paid, too. I would use them again.

This was my first time hiring a moving company. I am happy to report that it went off without a hitch. The movers were very nice people. More importantly, they know their job. Even more importantly, they listened to instructions and did things how I asked. I am very happy with the move itself. I also want to praise the office team for being so patient with my requests and for attending to all my queries. They are the actual reason I chose to hire United Nation Van Lines in the first place. Based on this move, I would hire this company again.

I recommend United Nation Van Lines for big moves just as they were recommended to me. This company has a way of doing things that lets them complete big jobs quickly while somehow also not breaking or losing anything along the way. The best part is that they manage to do all this without breaking the bank. I cannot find anything to fault with their service, start to end. Their office manager was superb in his coordination of our move. Each of the three movers give it their all, huffing and puffing away to get it done quickly but also done right. Will use again.

Movers were so good that I had to write a review, something that I usually avoid. Part of the reason is that they have good equipment, which is either very new or very well maintained. Either way, that applies also to their vehicles – all sparkly and clean, cargo bay included. Their approach to work is ‘go non-stop until it’s all done’. They had my 3-bedroom house packed and ready to go within a few hours between the three of them. We just got the delivery and have unpacked – everything’s there, all intact. I would hire them again.

The movers were punctual and called before they arrived to give us a heads up. When they started, they were like demons, just packing and carrying away almost without rest. I actually felt bad for having so many heavy things! While they were fast, they were also careful, and asked us about fragile items and how we wanted them handled instead of just rushing to finish the job. My husband and I were both very impressed with their stellar work ethic. This may be the first pro movers we have used but I am pretty sure they are among the best.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6380

Had we been told that they have no control of the delivery date and will obviously only ship when they can find a profitable matching load or two to add to the truck, we would have at least rented a small truck to drive ourselves with enough of the important things we need to have while we wait in the empty new house.

This was a $12,000 move from CA to FL and we are now 2 weeks and 5 days and our stuff is still in CA and they will not tell us when they can ship.

I'm now convinced this is nothing more than a few people working in an office and jobbing out all of the work to other firms.

Stay the hell away from this firm.....I am dealing with the CA consumer Protection agency now and hope they set them straight or put them out of business.
