Fully deserving of 5 stars. I have used many movers in my life and none of those companies can hold a candle to United Nation Van Lines. I hired them to move my daughter from Virginia to New York for college. Naturally, there wasn’t a lot of stuff that had to be transported but the service quality still shone through with how well the movers performed their work. The men were neatly attired and well spoken, which makes a huge difference when you handing over your personal possessions to strangers. My daughter informs me her things were delivered in good condition and on time.

United Nation Van Lines was recommended to me by a friend because I myself was clueless about pro movers. Fortunately, his recommendation turned out to be spot on. United Nation Van Lines was literally perfect in every way, managing to handle all the major moving stuff but also capable of sorting out the minor issues that arose along the way. Things like our narrow cul-de-sac driveway being too small and then some furniture being too large for the life in our new apartment building in Los Angeles. No matter the bump, the movers managed to find a solution and get it all done on time. Perfect!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3600

The good things about this company are they picked up when they said they would, and the drivers called a day ahead to arrange delivery. In between the time of pickup (2-18-21 and a split pickup of 2-22-21) I was not able to get a straight answer from the “customer service” person regarding delivery. There were items left behind and of course some things were damaged upon delivery. I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor but never did. The arbitration company listed in the contract DOES NOT service this mover, so technically there is no recourse. It took 19 days to get the initial delivery, and 2 weeks after that for the split delivery. The cost increased an additional $3000 from estimate to delivery apparently due to weight. The customer service person told me I owed more for the split delivery until I told her I had a receipt that I was paid in full. Sketchy... those are my facts. You be the judge.

If only I had known about United Nation Van Lines in the past, I could have saved myself so much headache and money. This company mages to somehow combine the best service with completely reasonable prices. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to make an assessment, send us an accurate quote, and then book us into their schedule. The admin side of things is really amazing. The movers are just as good, though. If anything, they make the admin team play to catch up. As you can probably tell by now, I recommend this moving company highly.

No moving company has ever been able to handle a move for us as well as United Nation Van Lines managed to. They were simply brilliant in everything they did, right from the planning stage where they assessed what we needed to the actual delivery where all our boxes arrived safe and sound. I have to admit that it was a real welcome change from all the other times that we have hired movers. This level of professionalism and competence gives the confidence to hire pro movers again next time. We moved to Georgia from Ohio, 4-bedroom house.

Our real estate agent recommended United Nation Van Lines to us. We trusted their word since they obviously see these guys’ work often and that trust paid off. The movers we had were young and physically fit. They made short work of our 3 bedroom house in Arizona, getting it packed and loaded in a few hours. It was good to see that their truck was as clean on the inside as it was outside. Delivery went off seamlessly, too. I have seen some complaints about their pricing but I feel it’s pretty reasonable given the great work they do.

A great job handled well by a professional and reliable moving company. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because I skipped on writing a review after I used them last year, even though they did just as good. With two good moves in a row, I made it a point to let the world know how good they are. They employ experienced and courteous movers, as well as a proficient customer service team. One side handles all the admin and the other excels at just moving things quickly. I recommend them highly.

Please listen to me when I tell you that you should RUN AS FAST as you can away from this company.

Not only were our movers 3 hours late, they took over 7 hours to empty a less than house that was already ALMOST empty.

Despite giving them an itemized list from which we received a quote, once they packed up the truck they let us know that they would be charging us double.

They are charging for 1600 sq feet on the truck, despite the fact that the totality of space in our ( again, nearly empty ) house was just over 1,600 feet.

Heed my advice and stay away if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Nothing but 5 stars for a company that always comes through for us. We have been using them for years now and can’t imagine having to rely on others. The team almost seems like family because they are so friendly and courteous. I had used other movers in the past who did a reasonable job but never were able to connect with us as people, too. United Nation Van Lines is a premium option, though. You won’t get bargain basement prices. However, you will get speed, security, safety and a guarantee of a reliable team on the ground and in their office. Recommended.

Loved the United Nation Van Lines service, absolutely spot on with everything they did. The workers arrived on time with a nice, clean vehicle, and all the right gear to lift heavy things safely and easily. They started on the job once I gave them the instructions of what to move and where it was to go in my new house in Miami,FL. After that, I just hanged back and they took care of business. Very professional, exceedingly polite, and thoroughly knowledgeable about their work. Basically, a really efficient team of movers who deserve 5 stars. I would use them again.

What a horror story. Cannot imagine a move that could be worse. Roland the recruiter was full of misinformation and C.S. Staffer Tina was not empathetic and in turn was full of excuses and putting the blame on us. Movers were here on June 10th for pick up and as of this date of 7/20/21, over a month later, I was just told ALL of our belongings would be here in over a week or so. None of this was made clear to my husband and the delivery date waiting period was minimized to get us to sign on and make the down payment. Our belongings are held hostage in Sacramento CA and we await their delivery. We are living on blow up beds and Good Will household goods.

When they first picked up our load they misjudged our belongings and we waited 5 hours for them to pick up a bigger truck causing us to have to reschedule hotel stays. No communication from them unless we called them and most times would not answer or return our calls of concern. My husband is a Vietnam combat veteran and proved to be too much for him. He was admitted to the VETERANS ADMINISTRATION with a stress related reaction to all of the uncertainty and non communication from customer service. Customer Service person, Tina nor anyone else would give us a status of our belongings. This is an egregious event to expect any customer to tolerate. We are in our new home and over one month later we still have not received our belongings. These movers will not make an adjustment for a lower estimate for the many errors that were made. We still will have paid over $18,000 for a move and over one month later have not received our items.

I am really happy that all my things were delivered without damage and on time. The movers were real experts at packing things so they wouldn’t be damaged, and that’s not an easy thing to do when you have credenzas and sofas in the older styles with flared legs and lots of curves. But these guys have a system for everything and handled all that bulky furniture with what seemed like ease to me. Still, they worked up quite a sweat working at their pace. I am happy with the price I paid, too. I would use them again.

This was my first time hiring a moving company. I am happy to report that it went off without a hitch. The movers were very nice people. More importantly, they know their job. Even more importantly, they listened to instructions and did things how I asked. I am very happy with the move itself. I also want to praise the office team for being so patient with my requests and for attending to all my queries. They are the actual reason I chose to hire United Nation Van Lines in the first place. Based on this move, I would hire this company again.

5 stars for a very good job done by United Nation Van Lines. I have used several moving companies to shift some of my medical consultancy employees interstate over the past year. All of the ones who were assisted by United Nation Van Lines reported excellent experiences while few of the others did. This feedback reflected what they thought of the reliability, speed and trustworthiness. I will continue to move my people around with the help of United Nation Van Lines. Good job.

I recommend United Nation Van Lines for big moves just as they were recommended to me. This company has a way of doing things that lets them complete big jobs quickly while somehow also not breaking or losing anything along the way. The best part is that they manage to do all this without breaking the bank. I cannot find anything to fault with their service, start to end. Their office manager was superb in his coordination of our move. Each of the three movers give it their all, huffing and puffing away to get it done quickly but also done right. Will use again.

Movers were so good that I had to write a review, something that I usually avoid. Part of the reason is that they have good equipment, which is either very new or very well maintained. Either way, that applies also to their vehicles – all sparkly and clean, cargo bay included. Their approach to work is ‘go non-stop until it’s all done’. They had my 3-bedroom house packed and ready to go within a few hours between the three of them. We just got the delivery and have unpacked – everything’s there, all intact. I would hire them again.

The movers were punctual and called before they arrived to give us a heads up. When they started, they were like demons, just packing and carrying away almost without rest. I actually felt bad for having so many heavy things! While they were fast, they were also careful, and asked us about fragile items and how we wanted them handled instead of just rushing to finish the job. My husband and I were both very impressed with their stellar work ethic. This may be the first pro movers we have used but I am pretty sure they are among the best.

Had we been told that they have no control of the delivery date and will obviously only ship when they can find a profitable matching load or two to add to the truck, we would have at least rented a small truck to drive ourselves with enough of the important things we need to have while we wait in the empty new house.

This was a $12,000 move from CA to FL and we are now 2 weeks and 5 days and our stuff is still in CA and they will not tell us when they can ship.

I'm now convinced this is nothing more than a few people working in an office and jobbing out all of the work to other firms.

Stay the hell away from this firm.....I am dealing with the CA consumer Protection agency now and hope they set them straight or put them out of business.

This is truly a scam and a nightmare of a move! Do not, I repeat, do not use this company. It started right after I gave them the first $2,000. They came in a rented beat up truck, were unprofessional and they considered boxing my art work by just taping it together. Then they put it in a warehouse in Portland and my things didn't arrive in California for a month. Every time I called, I got voice mail and no return calls.. When I did I was hung up on. I'm a widowed senior and it was the worse experience in my life. Many of my things were broken that I have cherished for decades. When they finally decided to deliver my things, they gave me two hours notice that they were coming. I said I wanted to see my things and they wouldn't open the truck until I payed. I could have hired a couple guys and rented a Uhaul with better results. I thought it was the "old" United Van Lines from my youth but this is a total, unprofessional group. I will not call them a company. I can't believe that some people gave them a good review. I hope this doesn't happen to you but use another mover. I actually had three men friends call to help me as they saw my caller ID and wouldn't answer. I have been in the business world my whole career and never have I experience such a dreadful experience. I say again, " Do not use this mover" !!

This was almost a review that United Nation Van Lines did not get – we had already booked another moving company but then had to change move dates. That company was not able to accommodate us at the last minute but United Nation Van Lines managed to pull through to find us a spot. I have to say that they did a very impressive job considering how little time we gave them. The movers were so good at their work. Just loading box after box almost like machines. We paid a bit more than the usual rate because of the last minute thing but it was completely worth it.

We chose to use pro movers this time because our house in Kansas was an architectural nightmare for moving big items like refrigerators and clothes driers. Then, there was the circular staircase from the second floor which made it impossible to move furniture ourselves. The United Nation Van Lines moving men spent some time figuring out how they would do the move then hoisted most of the big stuff off the upstairs balcony instead. Thinking out of the box helps! Besides being moving wizards, they were also nice guys who we got on well with. I am glad I hired United Nation Van Lines.

Highly recommended to me and now I am highly recommending to you! I was a complete moving novice before this and the real estate agent who sold my old place in Colorado suggested that we try United Nation Van Lines when we moved to California. Obviously, being in the realty game meant that he knows who the better players are in this industry, too. That was proven when we shared the price we paid with our new neighbors – they were shocked that they had paid so much more for similar moves. They were also impressed by how quickly the men managed to get us unloaded, unpacked and all moved in. Great experience and we’re very thankful to United Nation Van Lines!

I’m not the type of person who leaves reviews but this was a special case. My dad hired United Nation Van Lines to move him from a multistory housing complex to a one-floor elderly-friendly home. I was there on moving day to supervise and was very impressed by the movers. They were very considerate, including with answering my dad’s thousand questions. Their work is simply impeccable. Very fast, very orderly, and very careful. I haven’t hired movers myself before but if I had to I would definitely call United Nation Van Lines. A very deserving 5 stars from me and my dad.

United Nation Van Lines made my recent move to Texas the best that I have ever had. They were very fast and careful, knew the best ways to carry things without damaging them and were a courteous bunch of guys. We had no issues with timing since they always arrived early for both loading and unloading, and were also finished ahead of time in both cases. I have used many moving companies but this is undoubtedly the best one of them all. I hope to use them again soon. 5 stars from me for everyone involved.
