Just good.

This went just good enough. Nothing go brag about and nothing that I would complain about. I needed a mover and they did what they were hired to do. Move my stuff to my new home.

Professional.

My cousin told me to use United Movers Group if I decided to take the new job because of his past moves with them.

I listened to my family member and boy was I blessed. Not only was I moved at an affordable rate, nothing was damaged or lost.

No worries.

When we were told not to worry I did not totally believe it. The sales man Justin was great and so polite. The knowledge was definitely there. The 4 movers on move day were very professional and helpful. I couldn't be any happier really. That was a good move. You all knowing moving that's for sure.

Move before school starts.

I initially wanted to move in June but the house that we were going to buy didn't pass inspection. Luckily, we found the house that we just moved to in such short notice. I really wanted my kids to be there for their first day of school. It was going to be bad enough that they were going to be the new kids. We booked with United Movers in April for a late June move when the house fell through I though we were going to have to either pay more money or lose the money we put down. When I called they told me it was no big deal and that my move was good for up to one year. I called them a month later to schedule the move on August 9th. They said it was no big deal. I didn't know when we were moving until a couple weeks before so I had to have the movers bring and pack all the boxes. When they got to my house they ended up using 35 more boxes than we estimated. I was nervous because I've never moved before and didn't know what was going to happen. The movers said to not worry about it they think I'll still be at estimate. I was so relieved when they said I might be a little over but nothing substantial and that the move was still the same price. I never realized how stressful moving was until I did it but boy did United make it soooo much easier.

Don't believe those good evaluations!

Pretty sure those are fake! They would promise to come in the morning but arrive in the afternoon, charge you three times the quote, tell you it would cost ten times the promised shipping time and mock you on not carefully reviewing their full-of-loop-holes contract!!

A complete joke.

The estimate they gave us said $4,500 as the cost and two movers came and told us it would go up to $13,000.

They would repeatedly tell you they are movers not brokers but the funny part was their two movers who came to our house didn't even know they were working for "United Movers Group".

I recently moved out of the city ( New York) after graduating college and I needed help moving. I spoke to some other students and they mentioned this company, that many of their parents had heard of/ used. I'm pretty content with their work, they did a good job with the move!
