Please note the positive reviews use similar language. It is bogus. Look them up , they have NO COMPANY License. We were completely conned. They gave us a quote and then doubled it after taking our belongs. They subcontract out to companies in many states which makes it a federal crime but difficult to prosecute. Interstate Commerce Fraud is covered by the FBI plus you can make a civil suit at one of their listed companies in Florida, Illinois, or New Jersey. They broke lamps, dishes, crystal, and they did not have packing materials eg. scratched furniture. They were supposed to put my clothing in wardrobe boxes but instead smashed them into little boxes. They doubled the cost and made us give them check, credit card, and money orders. You cannot contact them once they have your stuff. They will not reassemble furniture as promised in contract. they left items behind at my old address. They all lie.

I started working with United Movers about a month ago for my move to North Carolina and just finished up today. I had to share my experience because I have moved several times and this was certainly a breath of fresh air compared to my last experience. I was very impressed by the commitment of my agent he was very through and precise going through my estimate and we made sure I was not going to pay more when my move was done because that was my last experience. But this time I paid exactly what I was quoted and the movers were extremely professional and took care of my furniture like it was their own. I have no say nothing but good things about this company and hopefully I will never have to move again but if I do this company would be the only call I make.

I can't tell you how delightful our experience was with United Movers Group! My Wife can attest from the Florida side, but the guys here in LA- John, Mark &a Anthony were all professional, upbeat and effective. They hoisted several large pieces through our second floor window with ease and skill making it look effortless. They also were able to maneuver several extremely delicate and fragile items of extreme sentimental value with care which helped us both rest easier knowing the items were in such good hands. When they got to our destination they took extra time to make sure things were placed exactly where we wanted them to minimize any stress for us and make our lives so much easier! So thankful that we found United Movers Group-Would highly recommend them to our friends and family and will use them again in the future if ever needed.

I would like to share my experience about my moving with United, the came at the time of the pickup, were very detailed about the procceess and start working immidietly, took great care for my furnitures, were very efficient on the pickup and the drop off.
As far as pricing I end up paying $100 more couse I added more boxes.
I was very happy with their service, made this stressing day much better!!
I would highly use and recommend them to anyone in the future.

I was first contacted by a polite rep. From United for my move to New Jersey from Florida for my 4 bedroom house. I spoke with a man named Frank who was extremely educated in the moving business. I have never done a long distance move with a moving company before. After being explandied how everything was going to work he took down my inventory and gave me a quote. The quote was a little bit more than my budget so I dicided to shop around a bit, but I was not impressed. The few moving company's I did talk to were not professional and did not have great reviews and didn't offer the amenities I needed. I ended up responding to one of uniteds emails and said I would like to book with them but in a week. They responded promptly and a week later I was booked and gave my deposit they also were able to get me 20% off my original estimate because it was still in the off season! I was very happy but most of all felt save and confident about it all! This company was flawless from start to finish. Truck showed up on schedule date and time movers were friendly and efficient. I didn't have to lift a finger. It was awesome the packed everything tight, believe me I checked! They said they could deliver in 7-10 days and it came on the 8th day. There was no issues no delays. I just want to say thanks for making my move easy and stress free!! The best part knowing my items would be delivered and in one piece and United did that for me!

I hired United Movers Group about 3 months ago for my move to IN and I couldn't of made a better choice. I would with a gentleman named Chris and he was very polite and was always there for me if I had any questions. I have used a moving service in the past for my move to Chicago and it was not the worst but this time I felt extremely comfortable in my choice. When the movers came to my home I had a little more then expected but I had no issue paying the extra few dollars after the way they handled everything. My furniture arrived to my new home the same way it left my old and the men maneuvered everything in without a scratch. I have to say thank you to United Movers and I thank you guys for everything.

I July 2017 I contacted United movers Group for a move from Calif to Idaho. They told me that I must submit a $4900 deposit to schedule the move. They said that the move is completely cancel bowl and the refund for the deposit would be given if the movers canceled. I subsequently canceled the move due to not being able to sell our home.

I have contacted them several times beginning August 16 at which time I canceled the move properly through their website. I never received a refund the first time because they smelled it to the wrong address. They claim they canceled the check in October and issued another went to the proper address. It is now the end of November and I have not seen the check. They claim that they have issued several checks in there then accused me of trying to commit fraud on the company. Walter basically told me today there’s nothing I can do that there’s a check out there and then they’re not going to issue another one. And he believes that I’m trying to commit fraud on the company. They have my $4900. They are not going to give it back.

After reading the reviews I understand now what are evil evil company this is. They operate between the legal cracks extort money from you in the form of a deposit which you should never, never, never, never give to a moving company prior to the move.

They have stolen my money because I’m ignorant of what they are. They are not movers they are brokers. They provide no service in there is no reason to ever, ever, ever use a company like this. These guys have got it figured out how to extort money from people that are uninformed about how moving works.

Any positive reviews are for sure send in by Scheels of the company. This guy Walter is slick I mean really slick and they know how to steal your money and they know they can get away with it. Whatever you do there’s no reason to deal with this company or any like it ever. Once I made my move with the proper company it was smooth as glass.

They have stolen $4900 from me. They claim that they have sent a refund check but they have not and will not provide proof of payment.

You must understand these are evil evil evil evil people waiting to take your money and laughing all the way to the bank.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $14000

All around shocked and still a little shaky. I got an offer to except a new job. I instantly wanted to say yes, but I thought about all that was about to come with accepting the new job.

So the research began. I looked at houses in the area, schools in the area, crime rate in the area, and the final part.. a moving company that could handle a woman like me. I am very to the point and matter of fact.

I spoke to Desiree who made sure I knew what to expect when the move day came. I was fully prepared because of the step by step directions that I received.

On move day everything was wrapped, packed and on the road. A few days later at delivery, it looked like never moved an inch even going all those miles.

The stuff was placed into its new positions and I was thrilled. Shocked that nothing was missing or broken, but I guess you really can’t judge your past experiences with your present actions. Thank you Desiree and I am writing a recommendation letter to the owner about you. :-).

The new everything that I am about to go through is so exciting. New relationship, new job, new house, new friends and neighbors , new world it seems. This is exactly what I needed.

I am so proud of myself that I decided to take my relationship to the next level. Take the new job that I was offered over 2 years ago. Buy a house in an unfamiliar area, city, state, and world pretty much.

I am just happy that I didn’t have to stress about who my movers are. I chose United Movers Group and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you all who assisted.

I am truly blessed to have gotten the opportunity to work with United Movers Group. I know there are many many movers out there and I quickly realize that after asking for quotes online. The thing I like the most about first call relocationswhere is they will work with their own employees and their own and operate their own trucks. The last thing I wanted was a moving broker. They were extremely detailed in their work and they made it a priority to put together an accurate list. Any items I had questions about I send pictures over to make sure we allocated the proper amount of space. Anything that needed special packing I also emailed over pictures as well. Even after we completed our list I had asked my associate they put on a couple hundred extra cubic feet to make sure I did not go over. The movers arrive then I watch them work as they move through my home. They treated all the pieces gently and pack the truck in a way that nothing would be crushed. My list match their list exactly and we still had extra space for my price has dropped beyond that. Their dispatch department called me as the truck was in route to make sure and confirm that somebody would be there to take the delivery. They originally told me 10 to 14 days but the delivery came in nine so I was happy to say I would take it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and they treated me with a higher level of respect and that’s all that I could ask for. So in the end coming on here to write a positive review is the least that I could do. Thank you United Movers Group!

Happy doesn’t describe the feeling we got when our stuff was picked up on time and delivered shortly after.

First phone call, Kyle was polite, patient, and professional. There wasn’t anything that he didn’t cover. That was so reassuring and comfortable. We both knew what was going to happen when move day was going to happen.

Move day.. perfection at its best. All furniture was fragile handled and neatly wrapped and taped up. When the truck was loaded there was no way there was going to be any damage.

Delivery day was flawlessly delivered and setup. We had nothing to complain about and we were so pleased with the companies overall performance.

You’re a great company and stick around this industry please. You really made a difference in us and the price was so fair. Highly recommend United Movers Group.

Let me start by saying united movers group did exactly what they said they were going to do plus more!! I am so pleased with my move. I am to old to pack everything up on my own and they did it for me for a really reasonable price. They are not a contractor, they are the actual movers. I had a past horrible experience with a company, so I was worried about booking a company over the phone. They far exceeded my expectation, I will be using united movers group again in a few months for my daughters move. Steve was my rep and he helped me out a bunch! Thanks again guys!!

Dear interested party, I know exactly what you are going through..trust me I know that moving can be stressful and not to mention,just plain exhausting. I have moved more than ten times thus far. Packing and moving by yourself or even with a significant other is still a process and quite aggravating. When you finally make the decision to hire movers the next time you have a move.. You encounter another problem.. Which company do you choose to use amongst many that are out there when you use your internet search engine.. Now the questions start to arise..Will the movers handle everything with care? will they be trust worthy? Etc. Finally, after research you pick your company. I can assure you, you will not regret choosing United Movers Group. They handled all of my belongings with care and packed everything with diligence and ease. In no time the entire place was packed and ready to move. They were absolutely efficient in moving everything in a timely fashion. They arrived at my new residence in Virginia exactly the time frame they quoted. The movers were friendly and a pleasure to have helping. I definitely recommend using United Movers Group to you dear reader, you will not be disappointed in their service. I must add, I usually do not review a company unless they were awful or unless I had an extremely positive experience, such as this. Moving is a tuff thing to be sprung on someone. When my Job called me and said I needed to relocate to another location headquartered two thousand miles away and I had two weeks to get it done I was pulling my hair out. At the least they said. Don't worry we will pay for everything. So the search begun. Got about three solid quotes. Checked them out on this site as well as mover of the year. United movers group stood out not because they gave me the best price. But because they were so informative and helpful. Actually they were almost the most expensive quote I had gotten. But it was well worth it. After collecting my personal belongings for years I wanted to make sure they got there the way they were picked up. Everything went as planned. The exact thing the salesperson told me would happen. Happened. And if your looking for a good mover. Not a cheap one. Use them. You get what you pay for. And United movers group is premo.

We just moved to Tulsa, OK from KY,A in record time and without any damage and within my budget. So, I am happy like anything. But it was possible only because of our moving company - United Movers Group Before hiring this company, I heard a lot about their service and price from my cousin who used United Movers Group just a month ago. So, I decided on them. After the initial discussion with their sales rep, I was almost sure that they knew what to do and what not. The onsite estimate was very reasonable and precise, paper work was done in no time, follow up was done properly, packing, loading, moving and unloading went without a hitch and finally the price stayed within my reach. I would love to use United Movers Group whenever I need any moving assistance in future.

Needed a mover to move out of me Kentucky. Searched around and found United movers group. They were based out of Chicago Illinois. They sent a truck and crew and really did a good job making me feel comfortable to let a company take everything I own and put it in a truck and deliver it. I really liked how everything went. And would suggest getting a quote form them and seeing if they can do a good job for you too. I usually do the move myself and just rent a truck. This time I decided to go with a professional mover and I was happy I did. If you need a good mover out the mid west use them. The salesperson was informative. And helped me with packing tips. I'm glad I listened to them. The trucks were pretty much brand new and impressed me. Thanks again United movers group for making my move go smooth. I'm glad I searched other companies reputation because I probably wouldn't have such a good experience. When the truck came to deliver and the truck doors opened everything was perfect.

I got United movers group recommended from a co worker and I sure made the right decision to move with them. Everything was absolutely flawless and painless. They shrink wrapped my furniture and delivered it to my new apartment. I was communicating with the sales rep throughout the whole time and he made it so much easier and reassuring for me. Moving is stressful as it is but with United movers group you will have a great experience. They are professionals who know what they are doing and they work with you every step of the way.
