I was talking with the truck driver, while the crew was packing which was nice and that's what he told me, this company was a completely nightmare, 2 days late to pick up. And then the charged me triple!, yes triple!! Be very careful with [NAME EDIT] or [NAME EDIT] she is the worse. They sound so nice on the phone and they would do whatever to get your money! I showed the quote which was very accurate, and compared to other 2 companies. They stay in your home for 2 hours or more talking to people over the phone, and they say they trying to get the best deal for you, because the quote isn't accurate. I finished paying triple of the price because I was with my 5 year old daughter and a plane to catch. When the delivered.. things were broken, and they didn't assemble all like they promised. You can pay 20% less with a very good company like mayflower! If you already gave the deposit is even better to loose it before going on with this company. Believe me!

I was nervous about the move but I had a great experience that I wanted to share. This company definitely worked hard to really show me the hard working experience at this carrier. They proved from start to finish on the job. The company was very affordable on the price and being able to know I was able to trust the moving carrier for the first time moving was a big step because I didn't know where this could go. Knowing that I made that big step it was great that I made it with Superior moving company. Overall I rate this company an A+ 5 stars, I had no complaints and the sales specialist gave me a great quote. He also answered all of my questions and cleared all of my doubts. He made me safe and assured everything would go as planned. Overall great experience and highly recommend this to readers and family and friends. I'll be a returning customer . If you are moving I definitely recommend this company as you can tell everything went great with my move!

Very thankful to be working with such a accredited business bureau overall definitely a company I will highly recommend to anyone else again for a great moving company definitely will be a returning customer with in the near future everything went well as far has no damages no broken items the movers motivated each other to get the job done which I love to because I needed to get moved out as soon as possible and I appreciate all the hard work overall definitely a five star rating company.

It wasn't easy making sure that I was selecting the right movers because I know things goes bad in moves and I personally wanted to do it my self with a bunch of people but I realized that it was too big of a move to do with unexperienced people and I just decided to go with a company luckily I found a recommended movers and the service was truly outstanding not every moving company is perfect but I defiantly made a good decision thank you guys so much me and my wife were very pleased.

DO NOT USE THEM. They are the worst. I was quoted 4 different prices and by the time they were at my house it tripled. I was also told a specific date and it's over a week later and they keep pushing the date back. Tu is right THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE. Not only that they have the WORST customer service. I was belittled and mocked by their so-called customer service manager. I cannot stress this enough - do NOT use them under any circumstances. I could've had dogs pack up my stuff and drive it to a different state and it would've been faster and cheaper.

I engaged United Movers Group to help me relocate from Seattle, WA to San Jose, CA. They provided an estimate (~$4k) of the move cost to me via phone, after going thru a detailed survey of items in the house. They secured a $1,400 deposit, gave me an estimated pick-up time/date and an estimated delivery time/date. The movers showed up a day late. The day of the move, the physical movers contacted me and told me that they would arrive at 11am. Corp office told me 3-4pm, which was approximately when they showed up. They showed with two men to pack my 3-bedroom house, and ended up finishing at approximately 2am. According to the movers, they were understaffed and not aware of the size of the job, so they had a 3rd person come mid-way to help. Thru-out the packing process, the team spent significant amount of time on the phone and smoking cigarettes. Myself and my father helped them pack to speed the process. They did not have enough, or the right size, of boxes to complete the job, so I had to dump/transport many items myself. The movers also damaged my house significantly (wall impacted & light fixtures broken). At 2am, the three movers came and rewrote the invoice, more than doubling the original cost of the estimate. This was a huge surprise, as they gave me no indication that I was going over and the inventory was accurate. I felt I had no recourse, at 2am in the morning with their truck closed containing my valuables and no ability to audit the space taken, and my deposit was non-refundable. I felt extorted to sign the new contract. My calls to UMG for clarification of price/delivery date were not returned for two days. I was finally told that the delivery would happen two days after the original est. I was able to speak to a manager, who quite rudely told me that I had signed the contract (under duress) and that he would not discuss price. In fact, he threatened more charges.

After arrival, I found many of my items were damaged. I am thankful the move is over with, but it was a terrible experience. Price ended up at nearly 9,000, more than double the initial estimate and significantly higher than all other estimates.
