Frank Evans is the biggest fake person I have ever dealt with. This office LIES for each other, don't return calls or emails. Frank told me DONT WORRY IF HE DOESNT EMAIL YOU, WORRY IF HE STOPS ANSWERING THE PHONE.
That very day he stopped. Coworkers said he had a family emergency for 5 days and when I did reach him he said he took a vacation. THEY LIE!! Sarah2@unitedmoversgroup.com is a shark. Cold soul..both are unethical beyond belief. Price went from $1690 to $2500 after talking them back down from $3400. STAY AWAY!! When they offloaded they put someone elses stuff in the yard in a down pour of rain. Didnt cover it right away either.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! DISHONEST THROUGH AND THROUGH! Both of them!NO EXAGGERATION! !BEWARE!

So thankful that I came across this company. I hired United Movers group for a full-service start to finish move. I did not want a pack of single box and I did not want to touch a single box, and boy did they deliver. My initial quotes as I was told was a binding not to exceed ceiling price, and the price actually did lower just a little bit from the initial quote. What a pleasant surprise on moving day that I was called in advance and had time to be sure that I was home. They told me the transit time would be 5 days, and to my surprise it was actually 5 days. I was referred to this company by an associate who would actually made this move before me and had nothing but impeccable things to say. The movers were kind and courteous, customer service answered numerous questions for me, and my representative Frank Evans was with me from start to finish. I Would absolutely recommend United Movers Group to any and all of my associates, friends and family!! Thank you United Movers Group!!

Great amazing movers that made everything correctly. I couldn't believe how good of a job this company did. I appreciate the service they provided me with. I just wanted to take the time to write this moving review for this company. All of my possessions were treated with care and everything went well in this move. I'm just glad I found this moving company because everything fell into place and everything worked out fine. I just want to take the time to write this because the cells are present. United movers group it's such a good job on my move giving them short notice I was a little iffy I'll picking a moving company over the phone. This was not my first long-distance moves I've had a terrible experience in the past with the broker after seeing they own and operate their own trucks registered with the DOT I was reassured that there would be a reparable company and help me a My Move. Jason was my rep and he was very helpful he was with me from start to finish the gentleman came in and wrapped all my standard furniture and then also wrapped my tv's for free!! Great job guys!! The movers were very professional, and helpfu.

Let me start by saying united movers group did exactly what they said they were going to do plus more!! I am so pleased with my move. I am to old to pack everything up on my own and they did it for me for a really reasonable price. They are not a contractor, they are the actual movers. I had a past horrible experience with a company, so I was worried about booking a company over the phone. They far exceeded my expectation, I will be using united movers group again in a few months for my daughters move. Steve was my rep and he helped me out a bunch! Thanks again guys!!

Dear interested party, I know exactly what you are going through..trust me I know that moving can be stressful and not to mention,just plain exhausting. I have moved more than ten times thus far. Packing and moving by yourself or even with a significant other is still a process and quite aggravating. When you finally make the decision to hire movers the next time you have a move.. You encounter another problem.. Which company do you choose to use amongst many that are out there when you use your internet search engine.. Now the questions start to arise..Will the movers handle everything with care? will they be trust worthy? Etc. Finally, after research you pick your company. I can assure you, you will not regret choosing United Movers Group. They handled all of my belongings with care and packed everything with diligence and ease. In no time the entire place was packed and ready to move. They were absolutely efficient in moving everything in a timely fashion. They arrived at my new residence in Virginia exactly the time frame they quoted. The movers were friendly and a pleasure to have helping. I definitely recommend using United Movers Group to you dear reader, you will not be disappointed in their service. I must add, I usually do not review a company unless they were awful or unless I had an extremely positive experience, such as this. Moving is a tuff thing to be sprung on someone. When my Job called me and said I needed to relocate to another location headquartered two thousand miles away and I had two weeks to get it done I was pulling my hair out. At the least they said. Don't worry we will pay for everything. So the search begun. Got about three solid quotes. Checked them out on this site as well as mover of the year. United movers group stood out not because they gave me the best price. But because they were so informative and helpful. Actually they were almost the most expensive quote I had gotten. But it was well worth it. After collecting my personal belongings for years I wanted to make sure they got there the way they were picked up. Everything went as planned. The exact thing the salesperson told me would happen. Happened. And if your looking for a good mover. Not a cheap one. Use them. You get what you pay for. And United movers group is premo.

We just moved to Tulsa, OK from KY,A in record time and without any damage and within my budget. So, I am happy like anything. But it was possible only because of our moving company - United Movers Group Before hiring this company, I heard a lot about their service and price from my cousin who used United Movers Group just a month ago. So, I decided on them. After the initial discussion with their sales rep, I was almost sure that they knew what to do and what not. The onsite estimate was very reasonable and precise, paper work was done in no time, follow up was done properly, packing, loading, moving and unloading went without a hitch and finally the price stayed within my reach. I would love to use United Movers Group whenever I need any moving assistance in future.

Needed a mover to move out of me Kentucky. Searched around and found United movers group. They were based out of Chicago Illinois. They sent a truck and crew and really did a good job making me feel comfortable to let a company take everything I own and put it in a truck and deliver it. I really liked how everything went. And would suggest getting a quote form them and seeing if they can do a good job for you too. I usually do the move myself and just rent a truck. This time I decided to go with a professional mover and I was happy I did. If you need a good mover out the mid west use them. The salesperson was informative. And helped me with packing tips. I'm glad I listened to them. The trucks were pretty much brand new and impressed me. Thanks again United movers group for making my move go smooth. I'm glad I searched other companies reputation because I probably wouldn't have such a good experience. When the truck came to deliver and the truck doors opened everything was perfect.

I needed to relocate to New Jersey for work. I was stressed out looking for a suitable moving company that would work with my budget. I got United movers group recommended from a co worker and I sure made the right decision to move with them. Everything was absolutely flawless and painless. They shrink wrapped my furniture and delivered it to my new apartment. I was communicating with the sales rep throughout the whole time and he made it so much easier and reassuring for me. Moving is stressful as it is but with United movers group you will have a great experience. They are professionals who know what they are doing and they work with you every step of the way. I am so thankful to all of the employees that helped me feel less anxious and making this move worth every penny.

My job was relocating me from Illinois to Massachusetts. I needed a mover last min. I did some research and found United movers group. They were based out of Chicago. The salesperson was really helpful and went over every detail. He went into tips on packing and even assisted me on irs tax deductions for getting tax credit for this move. On moving the crew and foreman were great. They took all my belongings and wrapped them up really well. They treated my belongings like it was their own. They packed the truck really professionally and sectioned it off. I was very impressed with the professionalism. When the truck came to my new home in Massachusetts the items were exactly the way they were in Chicago. They placed everything in the right rooms and put everything back together. They cleaned up all the trash. I would definitely use United movers group again. I'm glad I choose them. Quick delivery time and great job. Thanks again !

In all honesty, I can't give this company more than one star. My move from Seattle to Pittsburgh was nothing but one nightmare after another. They were 3 days late picking up my goods and I was informed that the delivery date would be between 12 to 21 days, maximum. It took 7 weeks (52 days). After numerous calls to the Florida office (talking to a different person each time) and getting no results, I was able to contact the driver on March 14 (20 days into my move) and was told by him that the truck slid into a ditch to avoid an accident in Utah on March 7 and they were trying to get the truck back on the road.On March 20, I was advised by a company representative that the truck was in Iowa and would be in Pittsburgh by March 23/24 and if it didn't show up I was to call back. It never showed up, I called, and was told that the truck was in Iowa and on its way. I was finally told by the dispatching supervisor in Florida that I was calling too much and he was considering it harassment. I called again on March 29 and was informed that the truck was having computer problems and that the engine kept shutting off. It was now in Gary, Indiana.I then starting calling the person who originally picked up my furniture in Seattle. He would not answer his phone, had no voice mail, and would only answer me through texts when I pleaded with him. On April 12 I received the phone number of the "new" driver and started communication with him. He answered his phone and used texts also. He guaranteed to be in Pittsburgh by April 15. He was there and he delivered all my furniture when he said he would. He does not work for United Movers Group. When I talked with him he told me he picked up my goods in California on April 10/11 and drove straight to Pittsburgh, ariving April 15. In my opinion, this explains why the United Movers Group gave me so many different explanations. This company never calls you when they say they would, they never follow through on anything they say and they definitly have no empathy for the customer. Also, imagine paying for food and lodging (which is approximately $100 per day) for 52 days ($5200) instead of 21 days ($2100). To add to my frustration, my wife's cremated remains were on that truck and, in my opinion, they showed no compassion for the stress and anxiety I was going through. The only reason I am giving them one star is because they did reduce my final bill by $300. Please do not use United Movers Group. They have offices in Aventura, FL and Niles, IL.

I have moved 5 times in the past. The moving experiences have always been bad to a nightmare. I have had movers not show up, things missing and prices jump up at the end. United Movers Group was my first move that went smoothly and was a wonderful experience. They were wonderful to work with Eric who coordinated my move, to the drivers and crew who packed me up. I was so nervous to move yet again due to the past and they made this move a piece of cake. Also for the kicker they took money OFF at the end. I will NEVER use another company thank you United Movers you guys are the best.

Stay away! This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. First, you place your order with a list of items you will be moving which is very standard. Then they load the truck at your house to then take it to a warehouse to sit until someone decides to load another truck with several other peoples belongings. At this point, no one can give you an eta on your stuff and forget about calling the office. You will get the pleasure of speaking to Walter, who is the office manager, who can not give you any information on your order and is completely condescending. The owner must not care about his business to have someone like this as a manager. OH and that's another thing! You can't speak to the owner regarding Walters unprofessionalism and how he treats the customers. I can guarantee you that every review that has a 5-star rating is written by the company. I'd give this company and Walter a negative 5-star ratting. I plan on contacting BBB as well.

Pickup was good, but delivery was a disaster. 16 days in and I have not received my household good. Pickup 11 Dec 2016 and it's 30 Dec 2016. This company has loss or stolen my goods and they (Frank and Joshua) refuse my calls, I have to call on someone else phone number to get them. Once they no it's me they send me to an answer machine to leave a message. After many call some operator inform me that my goods where in storage waiting delivery. It this point I believe my good are gone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They are sharks and cheats. I was going to use them but a few things were sketchy, not returning emails or phone calls promptly. Made me nervous so within 24 hours, I sent an email to Jonathan Bailey, a Senior Moving Consultant, stating I was putting a stop payment on the weird check they had me sign. Told them I needed to do more homework and I was unsure. The company tried to cash the check after being told it was stopped. My bank notified me when the stopped check came in. I received a voice mail from United Movers Group, the finance department, after the check was refused by the bank, but never returned it. There was no communication with the company after this. I thought that was the end of the association. But then I find out they changed the number on the check and cashed it anyway. Because they lied and changed the check number they got the money and never did the job. Another company was hired instead of United Movers Group. There was never any communication after the check was stopped, how dare they just change the check number and steal the money.
