I would like to share my review of the moving service I received when relocating from Florida to Pennsylvania. I decided to hire this company to assist with loading my storage unit in Florida, as I was already in Pennsylvania and had specific deadlines and timeframes to consider. To ensure everything went smoothly, I flew into Daytona Beach airport, and the driver even called to confirm the timing of my flight. When I arrived at the storage unit, the driver and the team arrived promptly, just five minutes later. They took great care in wrapping all my furniture with blue blankets and improving the arrangement of my boxes. In around two hours, they completed the task and departed. I was impressed by their dedication to ensuring the safety of my belongings, as they packed the truck meticulously.

It took them four days to transport everything back to Pennsylvania, which pleasantly surprised me with its efficiency. Upon arriving at my new home in PA, they went above and beyond by reassembling my furniture for me. They also took the time to bring my labeled boxes and bins into their respective rooms. I hadn't expected such comprehensive assistance, especially since my furniture was already disassembled when we placed it in storage back in Florida. However, the movers understood my need for help, particularly when it came to assembling bunk beds from Amazon for my kids' room. I will definitely recommend this moving company to all my friends and family. I sincerely thank the team for providing me with such a positive moving experience.

He gave me a fixed, guaranteed price for my move and explained the whole process in a way that was easy to understand.

When moving day arrived, I met Mo, who is hands down one of the hardest workers I've ever seen. He led a team of five movers who worked quickly and diligently. Three days later, my belongings arrived in perfect condition! They even set up my new home and put my beds back together. It's like I never moved at all, but I did! They were punctual, expertly positioned the truck for optimal efficiency at our apartment complex, and never wasted any time. Given the challenges of moving within an apartment complex, they had to occasionally block other vehicles. However, whenever another resident needed access, they swiftly moved the truck and repositioned it within just 5 minutes. Mark and his crew were absolutely fantastic! They got us moved out of a one-bedroom second floor apartment and moved into a third floor two-bedroom apartment in just a couple of hours. They were incredibly professional, careful, and attentive with everything they moved. They were also very friendly and willing to do whatever they could to make the move easier on us. My partner and I will absolutely not only use United American Moving again, but if possible, we would love have Mark and his crew again the next time we move.

I needed to have a couple large items moved locally, a large 361-pound gun safe and a family heirloom hope chest. I was looking to have them moved within a couple days from the date I called. I worked with Matt at United American Moving. I called on a Saturday and he was able to get my move scheduled for the next day and work within the budget I had planned. When they arrived, they were very efficient and timely in moving the items from the house to the truck and getting them to their final destination. They handled my items with care and made sure all items were placed as I requested. I would highly recommend United American Moving Movers. Thank you!

Wow,☺ I've been in the military for over 25 years and have moved more than 15 times, but let me tell you, United American moving and storage blew me away! I never expected such an incredible moving experience! These folks went above and beyond to ensure our furniture was moved and placed in our new home without a scratch. Throughout the long day of moving, we all worked together like a well-oiled machine, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed getting to know the movers personally. When I looked at the final result, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride. This was hands down the best moving company experience I've ever had. The team's professionalism, dedication, and commitment to making us happy were absolutely outstanding. Dan from United American moving and Storage took a job from us picking up our house stuff on 5/22/2023 and we had delivery estimate given for August 3 2023 . Its been more than a month now our stuffs are not with us. They handed a job to a company called Care Free Movers now upon contacting no one from United American Moving and Storage or Care Free Movers are responding my call. Every day we hear that our stuffs is in IOWA . We now felt like we have been as a part of scam where they took money from us and as well as our stuff and there is not sign of items being delivered. We have been sleeping in floor for a month with small kids . This move has give us so much stress and i feel so much depressed. Don't know where to go and what to do. They were responding my text until last week and they said that cant get hold of the company they assigned my job and who has a possession of all items and i am trying to call them and message them every movement but no response.

These guys will lie and misrepresent themselves than low ball an estimate to get you in. Then after the cancellation period will jack it up and brow beat you. I refused to add any more and was handed off to another moving company who showed up 2 days late after I flew to NV to meet them causing me to cancel 2 flights. They would not give me an estimated delivery date and now 17 days after pick up I'm being contacted by a 3rd company telling me they just received my items in Idaho and still will not give me a delivery day. My temp housing here expires this weekend. I still have to go back to NV, rent a truck and move the rest of my stuff because of these liars.
