First of all, I rarely take the time to write a recommendation. This is the exception. Of note, this is the second time I contracted with United American moving and storage. The first was in 2014 when they emptied an entire temporary Charter School; provided safe storage for four months; then placed everything into a newly constructed educational campus in central Florida. The second time was personal. A two day process to move my family to central Florida in 2020: 1. Collect Residential Furniture and Office with accompanying equipment from multiple locations in south Florida then; 2. Transport and place in central florida. Crews with multiple trucks were punctual and professional. They were diligent in the task and please with their overall performance. I highly recommend United American moving and storage for your moving and logistical needs

From start to finish this company was a class act. We have moved 9 or 10 times in the last 15 years all over the country and United American, moving and storage does things right. From our initial conversation with the owners all the way through job completion we were very impressed. We received pre- move tips, expert consultation to protect our floors, notifications, timeframe communication, etc. all prior to the job which has never happened before. Upon completion they asked for feedback and the crew was top notch. If you are reading this don't waste your time shopping, hire them.

United American moving and storage has consistently provided excellent service for my last two moves. Their care for my belongings was exceptional. Throughout my years of working overseas, I utilized their storage services, periodically accessing and returning items as I traveled between posts. However, as I recently relocated back to the US permanently, I decided to move everything out of storage.

Their responsiveness has always been impressive. Whenever I requested access to my storage crates for retrieval or sorting, they accommodated my needs, scheduling appointments at my convenience. When the time came to fully close out the storage service, the process was efficient and without significant delays. I was highly satisfied with the entire close-out procedure. Billing has never been a concern, and they promptly addressed any questions or inquiries I had. Their well-functioning processes, supported by a user-friendly app, added to the overall positive experience.

In the instances where I encountered a minor issue with the app, a simple phone call to their customer support resolved the matter swiftly. I appreciate the tools and technologies they employ, as they enhance the overall moving and storage experience.

I recently had to move my belongings to NE and I was really worried about the whole process. The weather forecast predicted heavy rain for the day of my move, and I was really concerned about my belongings getting damaged in the rain. I had also heard horror stories about moving companies, and I was worried about the company I had chosen.

To make matters worse, the last time I moved, I had a really bad experience with the moving company. The manager was unprofessional, and the movers were careless with my belongings. So, needless to say, I was really worried about this move.

When the moving day arrived, it was raining heavily, and I was worried about the movers canceling on me, but they showed up right on time. They were very professional and courteous from the get-go. They took extra care to wrap my belongings in plastic to protect them from the rain and were very careful with the boxes during the move.

I was really impressed with their professionalism and dedication to their work. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they were very respectful of my belongings. They even helped me set up my furniture in my new home.

Overall, I was really impressed with this moving company. They completely changed my view on movers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional moving company. They truly exceeded my expectations, especially given the weather conditions. I used United American moving and storage to move our family into a new home CA to TX They were the most professional, courteous and friendly movers I have ever used. They went above and beyond helping us get everything where it needed to be placed, even if things needed to be adjusted or relocated to a different room in the new house.

Also they were pleased to help make sure everything was perfect before they completed the job, which was also finished quicker than I anticipated. The owner who worked just as hard as his employees in the organization and packing and then with the unloading and placement also set us up with the pool service he personally used which saved us $.

I would highly recommend them!

I had such a nice experience with my movers I felt it was necessary to share. Being skeptical of movers is something I feel everyone goes through so when I was choosing my mover I wanted to meet with someone face to face before I signed up. Charlie did a video conference and had me do a walk through. He had his sales department contact me to go over the move details. The estimator was so nice on the phone giving me all the details and they were very reasonably priced. Then the crew

came out on the day of the move with a foreman to oversee everything. His estimate was mostly accurate except some of the packing material That he estimated but they used a bit more. The delivery was also very nice, clean, and quick.

I felt compelled to relate my United American moving and storage encounter. I was so worried because you hear all these horror stories about going with moving brokers, this company advise me the only work with three major carriers nationwide. Something in my gut instinct told me to trust these people, and to go with them. So that’s why I’m here today with this review! Since I've been in the moving business for a while, I must state that this business is at the real deal!!! I appreciate how simple you made my relocation! From delivery to packaging, they handled everything. They even assisted me in unpacking my items and setting up all my furniture room by room, one at a time. they arrived on time and safely! I'm incredibly appreciative of the assistance they gave! If you’re looking at this, you’re obviously considering making a long distance move. Do as I did give him a chance hear them out and go with your gut instinct. This company will do right by you.!!!

The United American moving and storage crew unloaded everything with the same care and precision with which they had packaged it when we got to my new house. They even assisted me in unpacking some of my more delicate possessions, including my beloved lamp and my grandmother's dinnerware. Overall, my move experience was the best I could have hoped for. The team made the process much faster and simpler than I could have ever envisioned, even though it was worrisome and exhausting. I heartily urge anyone looking for a move firm to use them.
