We recently used United American Moving And Storage for a move from Palm Harbor to Naples.

The communication with Danny and Katelyn from the beginning was amazing. We spoke and went through a very detailed inventory process over the phone. This was refreshing since we didn't want to have a middle man/sales rep come into our home and try to sell us moving services. Within 1 hour after hanging up the phone, the owner had a very detailed estimate in my inbox. He even provided me with a few money saving options which I decided against, I chose to have them do it all. The pricing was competitive, the service sounded fantastic, we saw hundreds of 5-star reviews online and we decided to hire them. This was a decent sized job, 2 trucks moving a 2900 sq ft home and they knocked it out of the park. The team of 6 was amazing, polite and very hard working. They protected our furniture and were cautious in both of our homes. This was the best moving experience we have ever had after using 7+ companies over the past 30 years. We are loving life in Naples now, thank you United American Moving And Storage

We were really disappointed with our first experience from a different moving company after they moved only half of our furniture & our belongings, we had to wait 3 weeks before they even contacted us again. We reached out to United American, moving and storage, we located what warehouse the first company brought our belongings to. United American moving and storage arrived two days later ALMOST got in a scuffle, even with the previous moving company, However, they achieve their goal and safely loaded everything onto the truck. They repacked some boxes because the first company was a bunch of basement movers, and didn’t properly wrap or take care of everything, also, we had damaged boxes. The previous company supposedly sent

professional movers showed up and acted like we owed them something or were working for them instead of them working for us. But after my experience with United American moving and storage, I’ve gained back trust from the moving industry as not everyone is alike. These guys handled everything smoothly and professionally.

I wish I read some of the other reviews before doing business with United American Moving and Storage. they are 100% a scam company. I saw they replied to some of the reviews saying that the reviewer weren’t clients or whatever, so in case that happens here, I definitely am reviewing the correct company and I was an actual client. I’ll lay out my entire experience so hopefully someone doesn’t get scammed in the same way they got me. I was planning a move from Idaho to Tennessee. I made the mistake if filling out something online to get a quote from companies. I was overwhelmed with all the people that reached out. I was getting very expensive quotes and so we decided we will do it ourself. then a guy named Jason from United American moving and Storage left me a voicemail saying they have a truck that is already going to be in Idaho delivering a military guy’s belongings and then the truck would be heading back to Florida. rather than go back empty they could deliver my stuff to Tennessee on the way for a much cheaper price than anyone else. he did the math on what it would cost me to do it myself and then said he would have to check with his supervisor to see if they could do it for around the same price. we went through my entire inventory and he gave me a price that was almost what it would cost for me to rent a uhaul and do it all myself. sounded like a good deal so I took him up on it. then a couple weeks before the move another person from the company emailed asking for measurement of everything not in a box as well as the total number of boxes. I spent a long time trying to be as accurate and diligent as I could. when I gave the numbers about a week before delivery, she said it was now going to be over twice the price. they said I had more than originally estimated. I don’t know how they were that far off so we negotiated on the price a bit and they were able to bring it down some more. surely since I gave them all my measurements, this would be the accurate final price. they estimated 1400 cubic feet. fast forward to moving day. first, they came the day after the day I requested and the driver said he would be there in the morning but it wasn’t until the afternoon. curious, as they said the truck was already going to be in the area delivering the military guy, but the truck driver said they had come from Seattle. so that was another red flag. they had a 2000 cubic feet truck, so surely enough room for the 1400 cubic feet of stuff that Roxy had said I had. nope! truck completely full with about $1000 worth of belongings that would not fit on the truck. I literally had to throw some stuff away and give the rest to my neighbors because we were leaving the next morning and had no other option. and the cost was now almost $9K more than what Jason originally quoted!!! and you don’t know that until everything is loaded up and on the truck. so at this point there is no option. I called, I emailed 3 different people from the company, and to no surprise I received no answers or responses. completely ghosted me and now I was stuck with this crappy moving company that had my stuff and was terrible at communication. I told them that we were closing on my house in 7 days and that would be the first delivery date. they called me 2 days later and said they would be delivering it the next day. I said that’s impossible because I don’t own the house yet. they got mad and said I told them I wanted it delivered right away, which was never said to anyone. there were several other communication issues and it was an all around awful experience. I could keep going but hopefully you get the point by now. Do not, by any means, do business with this company. they are scam artists.

I can’t tell you how stressful this moving process has been with us being a military family. We’ve moved five times in the past seven years. But we were getting prices so high and low ones were just companies that had horrible reviews. Until we find united American, and Daniel made the process very simple and insured us that we’re in great hands, and that everything will go smooth. He even gave us a lot of knowledge that even us as moving as much as we have didn’t have before that made this move a lot easier. Our move was from Texas to California. Hopefully it is our last one but things to united American moving and storage and their family owned company. They made this the best move by far we’ve ever made definitely worth the money if you’re trying to have a stress-free move. ??

Everyone, start to finish was great to work with! I started working with a phone call about our downsizing move. danny was most helpful in providing me with a quote, (that was accurate when the move was completed) and continued to work with me up through the day of our move. They packed some fragile items and kept the move going swiftly and safely! I can’t compliment all of these movers enough! Thank you United American, moving and storage for a great experience during such a hectic time! I will highly recommend this company!!

We had a great experience with the movers and crew at United American moving and storage. We had a 6 week period between selling our home and buying our new home, and everyone at UAM was extremely accommodating. Johnny came to our home to provide us an estimate for the move and storage which is spot on! On the day of our move Ben and Brian's crew was nothing but professional. They took great care of our belongings and made sure they were loaded with care. When moving into our new home we requested Ben and Brian's crew and again they did not disappoint. I highly recommend!!

We use United American, moving and storage for a local move, from one house to another. We had moved most of our boxes ourselves, but had them move all of the furniture and large heavy items. They showed up on time, did a walk through and got right to work. They were prepared with everything needed to protect our furniture. They did a fantastic job disassembling furniture and setting it back up at the new house. There wasn't a bit of damage to anything. The guys were very nice and worked their tails off. They were in and out in 5 hours and it was worth every penny. Many people had recommended them to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as well. Reasonable rates, great service (office and moving crew) and highly professional.
