I decided to hire this company to assist with loading my storage unit in Florida, as I was already in Pennsylvania and had specific deadlines and timeframes to consider. To ensure everything went smoothly, I flew into Daytona Beach airport, and the driver even called to confirm the timing of my flight. When I arrived at the storage unit, the driver and the team arrived promptly, just five minutes later. They took great care in wrapping all my furniture with blue blankets and improving the arrangement of my boxes. In around two hours, they completed the task and departed. I was impressed by their dedication to ensuring the safety of my belongings, as they packed the truck meticulously.

It took them four days to transport everything back to Pennsylvania, which pleasantly surprised me with its efficiency. Upon arriving at my new home in PA, they went above and beyond by reassembling my furniture for me. They also took the time to bring my labeled boxes and bins into their respective rooms. I hadn't expected such comprehensive assistance, especially since my furniture was already disassembled when we placed it in storage back in Florida. However, the movers understood my need for help, particularly when it came to assembling bunk beds from Amazon for my kids' room. I will definitely recommend this moving company to all my friends and family. I sincerely thank the team for providing me with such a positive moving experience.

When moving day arrived, I met Mo, who is hands down one of the hardest workers I've ever seen. He led a team of five movers who worked quickly and diligently. Three days later, my belongings arrived in perfect condition! They even set up my new home and put my beds back together. It's like I never moved at all, but I did! Given the challenges of moving within an apartment complex, they had to occasionally block other vehicles. However, whenever another resident needed access, they swiftly moved the truck and repositioned it within just 5 minutes. Mark and his crew were absolutely fantastic! They got us moved out of a one-bedroom second floor apartment and moved into a third floor two-bedroom apartment in just a couple of hours. They were incredibly professional, careful, and attentive with everything they moved. They were also very friendly and willing to do whatever they could to make the move easier on us. My partner and I will absolutely not only use United American Moving again, but if possible, we would love have Mark and his crew again the next time we move.

I needed to have a couple large items moved locally, a large 361-pound gun safe and a family heirloom hope chest. I was looking to have them moved within a couple days from the date I called. I worked with Matt at United American Moving. I called on a Saturday and he was able to get my move scheduled for the next day and work within the budget I had planned. When they arrived, they were very efficient and timely in moving the items from the house to the truck and getting them to their final destination. They handled my items with care and made sure all items were placed as I requested. I would highly recommend United American Moving Movers. Thank you!

Two weeks ago, I hired United American Moving and Storage to help my mother-in-law move back to Texas. Since I couldn't be there in person, it was tough to sort out all the details, and I needed a lot of help and flexibility. United American Moving and Storage really stepped up and made things much easier for me and my mother-in-law. We're really thankful for the moving team too. They went above and beyond to make my mother-in-law feel comfortable with four big guys moving around her home. They even assisted with some things she was leaving for the neighbors. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Dan from United American moving and Storage took a job from us picking up our house stuff on 5/22/2023 and we had delivery estimate given for August 3 2023 . Its been more than a month now our stuffs are not with us. They handed a job to a company called Care Free Movers now upon contacting no one from United American Moving and Storage or Care Free Movers are responding my call. Every day we hear that our stuffs is in IOWA . We now felt like we have been as a part of scam where they took money from us and as well as our stuff and there is not sign of items being delivered. We have been sleeping in floor for a month with small kids . This move has give us so much stress and i feel so much depressed. Don't know where to go and what to do. They were responding my text until last week and they said that cant get hold of the company they assigned my job and who has a possession of all items and i am trying to call them and message them every movement but no response.

These guys will lie and misrepresent themselves than low ball an estimate to get you in. Then after the cancellation period will jack it up and brow beat you. I refused to add any more and was handed off to another moving company who showed up 2 days late after I flew to NV to meet them causing me to cancel 2 flights. They would not give me an estimated delivery date and now 17 days after pick up I'm being contacted by a 3rd company telling me they just received my items in Idaho and still will not give me a delivery day. My temp housing here expires this weekend. I still have to go back to NV, rent a truck and move the rest of my stuff because of these liars.

We just wanted to write this review for the team at United American Moving and Storage! James was our representative that took our call and helped us in a very stressful situation! We had a company booked for our move and come the day before the move, they were no where to be found or anyway to get ahold of!! They gave us a couple numbers, which are all disconnected!!! Still to this day, there numbers are still disconnected! We were SCAMMED!! Then I remember a text from James explaining that if for any reason our move didn't work out or we changed our mind to just give him a call and he would be able to help....well it was a shot in the dark and wouldn't you know they actually got us a truck in our driveway within 24 hours and got us out of a VERY and SCARY and stressful situation in less then a day!! James and Daniel were extremely understanding and helpful and Roxy who is they're dispatcher was with us through out the entire process! We probably drove them crazy with the calls and questions but they were extremely polite and answered every call and every question and concern that we had, which you can imagine, being scammed, we had a lot of them!!! We are now in our new home, they even went above and beyond and set up our furniture room by room for us on drop off. The team they sent were just awesome and even helped us get a few pieces of heavy furniture that we decided not to take, helped us get it to the side of the road!! Amazing company, with amazing people that actually care about they're customers! Thank you again guys, you are life savers!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with United American Moving & Storage, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with their services. My interaction with this company left me feeling misled and taken advantage of, with a significant increase in the moving cost that was not only unjustified but also unprofessionally handled.

The trouble began when I was initially contacted by Dan, who claimed to work with United American Moving & Storage. Dan requested an inventory list of my large items for a move from California to Texas. I diligently provided the information, including an overestimation of medium to large-sized boxes as per his request.

The quote I received for my large items and the agreed-upon 25 boxes seemed reasonable at $1,797. However, just two days before the scheduled moving date, I received a call from a dispatcher named Roxy, informing me of a supposed discrepancy in my inventory list. According to Roxy, there were more items listed in the contract than in the list I provided. When I questioned this inconsistency, she mentioned that when they say "large," it could mean all items.

This sudden revelation resulted in a staggering 50% increase in the original cost, bringing the total to $2,631. I attribute this to Dan's questionable sales tactics, manipulating the process through vague questions and unclear terminology.

To make matters worse, attempts to reach Dan for clarification or resolution proved futile, as I could only communicate with Roxy. Despite feeling misled and slighted, when I requested a refund of my $700 deposit due to the discrepancies and dissatisfaction with the process, Roxy flatly denied my request, citing the proximity to the pick-up date.

The lack of accountability, unresponsiveness from key personnel, and the overall lack of transparency in their sales process make me strongly advise against using United American Moving & Storage. The seemingly "too good to be true" initial quote turned out to be exactly that – an illusion that ultimately led to an unpleasant and costly experience. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

I want to give a five-star rating to the crew from United American Moving and Storage. Huge thanks to the skilled professionals of the moving company, and a special thanks to the boss for providing personal, professional, and friendly service. Despite the rainy weather for the past few days, these guys courageously helped me with the move. However, during the process, I misplaced the disassembled screws for my king-size bed in the master bedroom. Unfortunately, the movers couldn't assemble it after the move. The next day, I found the screws and quickly called the owner of this company. Despite the rain and working late into the night, the owner arrived at my house to help me assemble the bed. The owner has an excellent work ethic, and I'm truly impressed with this moving experience.

I spent hours researching and vetting companies, struggling to find one with a decent reputation. Finally, I discovered United American on consumer advocate websites, where they were recommended as a top moving company in the U.S. Even after this, I double-checked. They are an actual moving company, not a broker, a positive sign compared to other brokers. The team they sent was great to work with, going above and beyond. I'm pleased I found them and would recommend them for anyone planning a move.

The move with United American Moving and Storage, was a bit pricey. The challenge arose when discussing storing my belongings with them. They explained it's like two moves – first to my home in Virginia, then into storage, and when I wanted it in Pittsburgh, it's like a second move with an additional cost. The truck drivers in Florida and Pittsburgh were excellent. This company was flexible, but I wish they could have handled storing my stuff instead of me keeping it in the sold house. Despite that, they were accommodating, which was positive.

This time, I couldn't afford any issues or hidden fees, so I chose United American Moving And Storage, highly recommended by others. They were knowledgeable about the moving process, and my relocation coordinator, Diego, was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for planning.

The movers were punctual and did an excellent job packing and preparing everything. Luckily, I had no broken items, loss, or theft during the move. The team of three guys not only protected my furniture but also helped clean my carport. The bait and switch, got a quote, I made it clear a moving company moved my stuff into storage in a 24 ft truck, 1 load. They gave me a quote based on that. When I had left the state and they sent someone lo load my stuff they called and said we need $2500 more. What are you to do? your at your house in another state waiting for you belongings so you pay it. I made it clear one truck and do not put my stuff in a warehouse, they assured me it was coming direct. It did not, they showed up in a Enterprize rental 24 ft truck at ^:30 at night until midnight unloading. a few days later I noticed a tall heavy wrought iron candle stand was missing. After many calls it was in the warehouse in LA. I was told they would ship it, 2 months later still not here. Today I was told they would ship it if I paid the shipping through FedEX,, are you kidding me. Reported to the BBB. I will make it my mission to put as many reviews I can to inform others to not hire this company.!!! Other items were missing i am not pursuing, just the last gift my brother gave me before he died, My unique Candle stand
