I started working with a phone call about our downsizing move. danny was most helpful in providing me with a quote, (that was accurate when the move was completed) and continued to work with me up through the day of our move. They packed some fragile items and kept the move going swiftly and safely! I can’t compliment all of these movers enough! First of all, I rarely take the time to write a recommendation. This is the exception. Of note, this is the second time I contracted with United American moving and storage. The first was in 2014 when they emptied an entire temporary Charter School; provided safe storage for four months; then placed everything into a newly constructed educational campus in central Florida. The second time was personal. A two day process to move my family to central Florida in 2020: 1. Collect Residential Furniture and Office with accompanying equipment from multiple locations in south Florida then; 2. Transport and place in central florida. Crews with multiple trucks were punctual and professional. They were diligent in the task and please with their overall performance. I highly recommend United American moving and storage for your moving and logistical needs

From start to finish this company was a class act. We have moved 9 or 10 times in the last 15 years all over the country and United American, moving and storage does things right. From our initial conversation with the owners all the way through job completion we were very impressed. We received pre- move tips, expert consultation to protect our floors, notifications, timeframe communication, etc. all prior to the job which has never happened before. Upon completion they asked for feedback and the crew was top notch. If you are reading this don't waste your time shopping, hire them.

United American moving and storage has consistently provided excellent service for my last two moves. Their care for my belongings was exceptional. Throughout my years of working overseas, I utilized their storage services, periodically accessing and returning items as I traveled between posts. However, as I recently relocated back to the US permanently, I decided to move everything out of storage.

Their responsiveness has always been impressive. Whenever I requested access to my storage crates for retrieval or sorting, they accommodated my needs, scheduling appointments at my convenience. When the time came to fully close out the storage service, the process was efficient and without significant delays. I was highly satisfied with the entire close-out procedure. Billing has never been a concern, and they promptly addressed any questions or inquiries I had. Their well-functioning processes, supported by a user-friendly app, added to the overall positive experience.

In the instances where I encountered a minor issue with the app, a simple phone call to their customer support resolved the matter swiftly. I appreciate the tools and technologies they employ, as they enhance the overall moving and storage experience.

I recently had to move my belongings to NE and I was really worried about the whole process. The weather forecast predicted heavy rain for the day of my move, and I was really concerned about my belongings getting damaged in the rain. I had also heard horror stories about moving companies, and I was worried about the company I had chosen.

To make matters worse, the last time I moved, I had a really bad experience with the moving company. The manager was unprofessional, and the movers were careless with my belongings. So, needless to say, I was really worried about this move.

When the moving day arrived, it was raining heavily, and I was worried about the movers canceling on me, but they showed up right on time. They were very professional and courteous from the get-go. They took extra care to wrap my belongings in plastic to protect them from the rain and were very careful with the boxes during the move.

I was really impressed with their professionalism and dedication to their work. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they were very respectful of my belongings. They even helped me set up my furniture in my new home.

Overall, I was really impressed with this moving company. They completely changed my view on movers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional moving company. They truly exceeded my expectations, especially given the weather conditions. I used United American moving and storage to move our family into a new home CA to TX They were the most professional, courteous and friendly movers I have ever used. They went above and beyond helping us get everything where it needed to be placed, even if things needed to be adjusted or relocated to a different room in the new house.

Also they were pleased to help make sure everything was perfect before they completed the job, which was also finished quicker than I anticipated. The owner who worked just as hard as his employees in the organization and packing and then with the unloading and placement also set us up with the pool service he personally used which saved us $.

I would highly recommend them!

I had such a nice experience with my movers I felt it was necessary to share. Being skeptical of movers is something I feel everyone goes through so when I was choosing my mover I wanted to meet with someone face to face before I signed up. Charlie did a video conference and had me do a walk through. He had his sales department contact me to go over the move details. The estimator was so nice on the phone giving me all the details and they were very reasonably priced. Then the crew

came out on the day of the move with a foreman to oversee everything. His estimate was mostly accurate except some of the packing material That he estimated but they used a bit more. The delivery was also very nice, clean, and quick.

I was so worried because you hear all these horror stories about going with moving brokers, this company advise me the only work with three major carriers nationwide. Something in my gut instinct told me to trust these people, and to go with them. So that’s why I’m here today with this review! Since I've been in the moving business for a while, I must state that this business is at the real deal!!! I appreciate how simple you made my relocation! From delivery to packaging, they handled everything. They even assisted me in unpacking my items and setting up all my furniture room by room, one at a time. they arrived on time and safely! I would like to share my review of the moving service I received when relocating from Florida to Pennsylvania. I decided to hire this company to assist with loading my storage unit in Florida, as I was already in Pennsylvania and had specific deadlines and timeframes to consider. To ensure everything went smoothly, I flew into Daytona Beach airport, and the driver even called to confirm the timing of my flight. When I arrived at the storage unit, the driver and the team arrived promptly, just five minutes later. They took great care in wrapping all my furniture with blue blankets and improving the arrangement of my boxes. In around two hours, they completed the task and departed. I was impressed by their dedication to ensuring the safety of my belongings, as they packed the truck meticulously.

It took them four days to transport everything back to Pennsylvania, which pleasantly surprised me with its efficiency. Upon arriving at my new home in PA, they went above and beyond by reassembling my furniture for me. They also took the time to bring my labeled boxes and bins into their respective rooms. I hadn't expected such comprehensive assistance, especially since my furniture was already disassembled when we placed it in storage back in Florida. However, the movers understood my need for help, particularly when it came to assembling bunk beds from Amazon for my kids' room. I will definitely recommend this moving company to all my friends and family. I sincerely thank the team for providing me with such a positive moving experience.

They were punctual, expertly positioned the truck for optimal efficiency at our apartment complex, and never wasted any time. Mark and his crew were absolutely fantastic! They got us moved out of a one-bedroom second floor apartment and moved into a third floor two-bedroom apartment in just a couple of hours. They were incredibly professional, careful, and attentive with everything they moved. They were also very friendly and willing to do whatever they could to make the move easier on us. My partner and I will absolutely not only use United American Moving again, but if possible, we would love have Mark and his crew again the next time we move.

I needed to have a couple large items moved locally, a large 361-pound gun safe and a family heirloom hope chest. I was looking to have them moved within a couple days from the date I called. I worked with Matt at United American Moving. I called on a Saturday and he was able to get my move scheduled for the next day and work within the budget I had planned. When they arrived, they were very efficient and timely in moving the items from the house to the truck and getting them to their final destination. Two weeks ago, I hired United American Moving and Storage to help my mother-in-law move back to Texas. Since I couldn't be there in person, it was tough to sort out all the details, and I needed a lot of help and flexibility. United American Moving and Storage really stepped up and made things much easier for me and my mother-in-law. We're really thankful for the moving team too. They went above and beyond to make my mother-in-law feel comfortable with four big guys moving around her home. They even assisted with some things she was leaving for the neighbors. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Dan from United American moving and Storage took a job from us picking up our house stuff on 5/22/2023 and we had delivery estimate given for August 3 2023 . Its been more than a month now our stuffs are not with us. They handed a job to a company called Care Free Movers now upon contacting no one from United American Moving and Storage or Care Free Movers are responding my call. Every day we hear that our stuffs is in IOWA . We now felt like we have been as a part of scam where they took money from us and as well as our stuff and there is not sign of items being delivered. We have been sleeping in floor for a month with small kids . This move has give us so much stress and i feel so much depressed. Don't know where to go and what to do. They were responding my text until last week and they said that cant get hold of the company they assigned my job and who has a possession of all items and i am trying to call them and message them every movement but no response.

These guys will lie and misrepresent themselves than low ball an estimate to get you in. Then after the cancellation period will jack it up and brow beat you. I refused to add any more and was handed off to another moving company who showed up 2 days late after I flew to NV to meet them causing me to cancel 2 flights. They would not give me an estimated delivery date and now 17 days after pick up I'm being contacted by a 3rd company telling me they just received my items in Idaho and still will not give me a delivery day. My temp housing here expires this weekend. I still have to go back to NV, rent a truck and move the rest of my stuff because of these liars.

We just wanted to write this review for the team at United American Moving and Storage! James was our representative that took our call and helped us in a very stressful situation! We had a company booked for our move and come the day before the move, they were no where to be found or anyway to get ahold of!! They gave us a couple numbers, which are all disconnected!!! Still to this day, there numbers are still disconnected! We were SCAMMED!! Then I remember a text from James explaining that if for any reason our move didn't work out or we changed our mind to just give him a call and he would be able to help....well it was a shot in the dark and wouldn't you know they actually got us a truck in our driveway within 24 hours and got us out of a VERY and SCARY and stressful situation in less then a day!! James and Daniel were extremely understanding and helpful and Roxy who is they're dispatcher was with us through out the entire process! We probably drove them crazy with the calls and questions but they were extremely polite and answered every call and every question and concern that we had, which you can imagine, being scammed, we had a lot of them!!! We are now in our new home, they even went above and beyond and set up our furniture room by room for us on drop off. The team they sent were just awesome and even helped us get a few pieces of heavy furniture that we decided not to take, helped us get it to the side of the road!! Amazing company, with amazing people that actually care about they're customers! Thank you again guys, you are life savers!!!

They were knowledgeable about the moving process, and my relocation coordinator, Diego, was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for planning.

The movers were punctual and did an excellent job packing and preparing everything. Luckily, I had no broken items, loss, or theft during the move. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with United American Moving & Storage, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with their services. My interaction with this company left me feeling misled and taken advantage of, with a significant increase in the moving cost that was not only unjustified but also unprofessionally handled.

The trouble began when I was initially contacted by Dan, who claimed to work with United American Moving & Storage. Dan requested an inventory list of my large items for a move from California to Texas. I diligently provided the information, including an overestimation of medium to large-sized boxes as per his request.

The quote I received for my large items and the agreed-upon 25 boxes seemed reasonable at $1,797. However, just two days before the scheduled moving date, I received a call from a dispatcher named Roxy, informing me of a supposed discrepancy in my inventory list. According to Roxy, there were more items listed in the contract than in the list I provided. When I questioned this inconsistency, she mentioned that when they say "large," it could mean all items.

This sudden revelation resulted in a staggering 50% increase in the original cost, bringing the total to $2,631. I attribute this to Dan's questionable sales tactics, manipulating the process through vague questions and unclear terminology.

To make matters worse, attempts to reach Dan for clarification or resolution proved futile, as I could only communicate with Roxy. Despite feeling misled and slighted, when I requested a refund of my $700 deposit due to the discrepancies and dissatisfaction with the process, Roxy flatly denied my request, citing the proximity to the pick-up date.

The lack of accountability, unresponsiveness from key personnel, and the overall lack of transparency in their sales process make me strongly advise against using United American Moving & Storage. The seemingly "too good to be true" initial quote turned out to be exactly that – an illusion that ultimately led to an unpleasant and costly experience. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.
