Two Man Moving LLC

I hired this company to move my 1 bedroom apt. Andre quoted me $75 per hour with a 3 hour min. The drivers arrived late, refused to take my belongings off the truck until I signed the paper work and pay the total price for 5.5 hours. (mind you it has only been 2.5 hours ) the price went from $255 to $1,050. They did not reassemble my bed, lost my screws and had the nerve to ask for a tip when they were leaving. Not mention they stole my boyfriends power drill, battery and charger out of this storage container. We tried calling the company but the line just hangs up. This has been the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware of this company, they are thieves literally!!

So before my move was scheduled I looked up the reviews of this company and it was horrible... like I went to look at my quote again and it was completely changed. They wanted me to pay them for the drive to satellite beach.... excuse me but how do I even know your driving form here to Miami. When you look up their business address no building comes up it literally gives you the middle of the road and a view of a parking lot. I’m so glad I backed out of it. It would have been double the price which was not discussed. Andre was so unprofessional as soon as I cancelled my move. Like texting me non stop so I had to block him. Just don’t do it. I saved myself the headache. And yes they showed up in a truck that wasn’t even their logo like what??

This company scams people, especially women. They will cancel your reservation then charge you a last minute booking fee. They will change the quotes after you sign off on them. The manager screamed at me accusing me of entering the wrong phone number and then added on a $225 charge. I physically moved all of my stuff myself to my elevator all they did was load and unload a truck and it was $800. I wrote a more detailed review on BBB. I wish i searched them prior. Do yourself a favor do not hire them under any circumstance. They will lie , they are pro con artits who need to be put out of business and I'd gladly join in a law suit against them to prevent this from occurring again. also THEY ONLY TAKE CASH !!!

He is rude his people did not show up on time our appt. was at 10 am. They show up at 11:30 when I call to talk to him about the situation all he kept saying is I got a great price and so what that they are late!! When I try to talk to him he hung up the phone on me. if I wasn't moving my 84-year-old mother I would have cancel them when they got there! the two guys that he sent were friendly and very nice so the move happen there are plenty of movers so be a where of Joe

This company has unethical business practices and uses extortion as a mean to threaten and collect monies. They conduct their business with the bait and switch system. I sent out and received quotes to see how much it would be to move my daughter approx. 23 miles away. I elected to choose Two Man Moving LLC based on the following text I received from them: "Our company rates, for 2 movers and a 26' box truck with lift gate any assemble and disassemble, long walks, stairs and elevators. $99.00 per hour. Shrink wraps also included and moving blankets, we have very professional team, insured and also licensed.

The mileage from/to her previous residence is Approximately 23 miles/ 36 minutes according to Map quest. Therefore, the total hours spent was between 2.75-4.

They presented my daughter an invoice in the amount of $1329.95.

The worst moving company I have ever worked with. A family member was in need of a move fast due to unfortunate circumstances. A friend and I were able to work together to arrange his move quickly. Joe told us that it would be $300 he sent us a quote there were barely any extras on there we figured probably 500 not so bad for booking last minute. When they got there I did ask them to use extra packing materials because I ran out of boxes so I knew that would be extra money. But $100 for a box???? When I called Joe for an explanation he never let us get a word in edgewise kept talking over us after several times asking him to please stop and we just wanted to ask him questions, he then just proceeded to talk over us about contract contract contract, have to pay, contract contract contract. Joe is a ConMan this company is a scam.Not only did they charge us fuel and port to port without explaining it, the people that came to move us couldn’t really speak English so they couldn’t explain the contract to me. At that point we were desperate we just took it when we got to the final destination to move into the storage unit which all of this took less than two hours $790!!!!!! Wouldn’t give me my stuff unless I paid it I was at a loss and Joe told them to keep it. I. Asked for a copy they got in their truck and they left. I still have not received a copy, after emailing twice and calling four times. Disgusted with this company and I will make sure everyone knows never to use them. Obviously from the reviews we shouldn’t have used them but they were the only ones available at the time and we confused them with two men and a truck. Which this business has only been in for one year I think that was done purposely as well. Do not trust them ever!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before! I’m a single hard working woman that has been going through a lot of hardship. Because of the pandemic my landlord sold the apt. and the new one tripled my rent. So I had to leave the apt I have been for the past ten years. With a very low budget and no one to help on a week day, I googled moving companies and after a couple of weeks,some phone calls and a few exchanged emails, I decided to go with this company since they seemed very genuine. The emails amd phone calls stablished that they would chard $99 per hour plus gas. At first gas was $50. Secont time we spoke went up to $75. I complained, then he said he’d do it for $50 then. My building scheduled me from 9 to 12. Two super skinny young guys showed up at 9:30. Because our time was ticking, they rushed me to sign a lot of pages right away, before starting to pack, which I thought it was weird and wanted to read it but they were very extensive and very tiny letters. And we had a lot of work and not much time. I signed my death sentence right there and then. I called the company and complained about having only two guys. The owner was mad at me (!!!) and asked why didn’t I request a third guy. I got mad right away and said He is in this business and should have the experience not me! ( I did upload all the pictures and told him exactly what every furniture was)

. I had to work like a MAN to help them. I’m a woman and had to bust my ass and work extremely hard as much as they did and after 4 hours (we only had 3!) we finally got it done and headed to the destination, which wasn’t that far, about 15 minutes. When we get to my new building, which they took longer than expected, they called me saying that they would only unload the truck after the payment. I was confused. Shouldn’t they have to finish it all and then we would know how many hours it went by and then be charged? I thought it was ridiculous after all, this wasn’t mentioned on the emails and phone calls. When the give me the bill… $1829.60!!! I knew I was gonna spend $800 at the most! I almost fainted. I swear I lost it. After working like a construction man for hours these Russians were doing what to me? I almost let them take everything with them. I had my ID and passport with me, everything else is only stuff. After a lot of back and forth. They were on the phone next to me mKing me send a Zelle. Not satisfied with the screen shot with the confirmation, they made me call the bank, since because it was a large amount, the bank would take 9 hours to review and then send it. I was on the speaker with the bank representative and I walked away and told her “ I know this call is being recorded. I’m being scammed. They are forcing me to make this transfer”. They were clearly saying :”take a screenshot, do this and that”, and the representative was still on the line listening to it all. I cried my eyes out. It was almost my monthly rent. I don't make much money. After they finally left. I call the bank again and gave them all the details. They will investigate, but if I don't get my $ back, I’m gonna go to the police, Better Business Bureau, and anywhere else I can, but I will not let this RUSSIAN MAFIA do this in the USA. DISGUSTED by todays event. No words to describe how violated I’m feeling.
