This company scams people, especially women. They will cancel your reservation then charge you a last minute booking fee. They will change the quotes after you sign off on them. The manager screamed at me accusing me of entering the wrong phone number and then added on a $225 charge. I physically moved all of my stuff myself to my elevator all they did was load and unload a truck and it was $800. I wrote a more detailed review on BBB. I wish i searched them prior. Do yourself a favor do not hire them under any circumstance. They will lie , they are pro con artits who need to be put out of business and I'd gladly join in a law suit against them to prevent this from occurring again. also THEY ONLY TAKE CASH !!!

I got quoted $75 in April then when I wanted to book they said it would be $85 which I said ok, when they arrived they wanted me to sign off on the charges which inculed a 2 and a half hour ($212.50) upcharge for travel time eventhough my houses are 2 minutes away plus a COVID fee plus gas and $150 per big item...it was going to end up being over $1,000 TERRIBLE attitude too when I called. DO NOT USE THEM STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS I feel like an idiot for not having searched for reviews before, now I'm seeing Im not the only one they have done this too.

I received a written estimate for a 4-stop move on 8/5/21 from sales manager, Mike, for $99/hr. The cost I was quoted was for 1 truck with 2 movers, including packing materials & taxes. On moving day, I was presented with a blank contract to sign (with no charges marked in the "Supplies" section (which was consistent with all prior phone conversations with Mike & written estimate that packing materials were included in the $99/hr price). The two Russian movers began moving my furniture and at NO TIME WAS I EVER TOLD THE PACKING MATERIALS THEY WERE USING WERE AN EXTRA CHARGE.

.....FOLKS! BEWARE THE BUBBLE WRAP & TAPE!!! It was not until the 3rd of the 4th local stops that the movers then presented me with a "NEW" bill which included over $1200 extra for packing materials AND an extra $300 for 2 items claimed to be "heavy items" (over 150 lbs each - even though I had told Mike an entertainment center was to be part of the furniture being moved). If I didn't pay (cash or zelle only!), they refused to unload my furniture. Let's just say, things went from bad to worse & after the police were called, they literally left my house, keeping my furniture as ransom, because I refused to pay their outrageous extra (& never previously disclosed to me until the 3rd of 4 stops) charges. They then bullied me with saying if I did 't pay, they would charge $250/day storage fees while they held my furniture hostage. THIS IS A CLASSIC CASE OF BAIT & SWITCH. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

This company was by far the worst. I got sent two kids who could not move my furniture by themselves, charges a Covid fee when they didn’t wear masks, charged for moving supplies for them trying to wrap my couches to slide them down the stairs instead of trying to actually move them. Charged a heavy item fee for my dad and I having to help them move a couch. Charged double drive time to move two buildings down in the same complex. When I called to discuss this they have blocked my number and won’t respond to my emails. Filing a complaint with FMCSA for a victim of moving fraud. Do not recommend them. Mike from customer service says calls are recorded and I have pictures for proof of what I was put through.

He is rude his people did not show up on time our appt. was at 10 am. They show up at 11:30 when I call to talk to him about the situation all he kept saying is I got a great price and so what that they are late!! When I try to talk to him he hung up the phone on me. if I wasn't moving my 84-year-old mother I would have cancel them when they got there! the two guys that he sent were friendly and very nice so the move happen there are plenty of movers so be a where of Joe

Two Man Moving LLC got my contact from a movers website They constantly call and text until I responded . I was given a quote of $400 max with a 26 foot truck which will hold all my belongings mention and 2 men to move the 4 bedroom single floor home I live at. I ask who should I pay and was told the movers, when they get to my house at 10 am. Unfortunately they didn't show up until 11 am sat in their truck for 15 mins then came with a document partially filled out for me to sign stating they can't move my belongings until I signed, I ask what their final price for the move was once they saw my belongings which was already packed, wrapped and secured in my living room just ready to load on their truck the Yong guy told me that its the same quoted price their manager gave me which was $400 I said ok and sign the documents They then began to move my belongings to the truck one piece at a time in a very slow pace so my dad and I began to help them to move faster upon my surprise not even a hour in they took a 22 mins brake and came back and started to drag my stuff on the concrete outside I spoke to them about it but nothing changed so I called their manager which told me the have insurance to cover any damages, they already packed some of my belongings in their truck so I watch themproceed. Their packing was terrible at the end alot of my belongings didn't make it in the truck because they claimed it was full (the same size truck that I used to moved twice before more than what I now have) i was told they had to make another trip. They left for the dropoff destination which was 3 miles from my house I got there and they wasn't I had to wait another 30 mins for them to send me a text stating they going to get gas. when they finally arrived they told me they need 5 mins to fixed the documents the one from my house I already signed. I was shown the updated document with a filled in price of $1469.16 and they won't unload my items until they're paid in full by cash. I called their manager and explained the situation I was told that he nor them will not release my items until I paid up the extorted amount of 1469.16 other than the $400 I already paid the movers. I then called the police but to my surprise the Police would not accept their report but could not force them to unload my belongings because its a civil matter and told them they were free to leave. In a crush disrespectful feeling I stood their and watch these thiefs left with all of my belongings, my child belongings including her medications, school wear and supplies and couldn't do nothing! The manager of the company called me threatened that he will charge me $250 per day to store my belongings he refused to release and told me he is taking me to court while he keep all my items in a storage until all is done because they wanted the $250 per night and know exactly that it will take no less than 40 days , so it’s good amount of money, they will make sure to keep my belongings because each day I will owe them more money.

These people are a heartless set of criminals. They are extremely educated at scamming. I will be exhausting my options as course of action including the state Attorrney, FDOT, and other agencies. If you encounter these people, RUN! Don’t walk!!

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM! All of these reviews are true! Was quoted $300-$400 only to be charged $1500 in the end! I was told I wouldn’t get my things back and be charged $250 a day until lawyers settled it! They take your things than blackmail you because they have all of your stuff! They also charged me $400 for two boxes to wrap my tv even tho they said all of this is included! Moving is already stressful enough, but to have to call the cops because your being threatened of all your belongings being taken away is not what you need on that day! I paid them for 6 hours for them to drive to me and drive back to where ever their company is located! What moving company does that! It costed me less to move from Philadelphia to Florida, than to move 4 miles away with no couches, no bed frame, and two little little dressers. Boxes and a mattress and two TVs. They will be sued by me!

These guys guys quoted me 297.00 for a simple half of a bedroom move from my apartment to the storage facility which was less than 2 miles away. After we left the apartment and met at the storage facility they told me that I had to pay them before they off loaded and so I asked them how much and they told me 967.00 so I asked them how and why they were charging me 3 times more than they quoted me. They just told me it was due to wrapping. Which I never asked for especially since my furniture was already old. They are a scam company the worst O hope e eryo e reads this and use someone else. They deserve to be sued and their liscence taken away.

Do NOT use!!! We booked on December 2nd confirming with the Representative named Andre that there are no hidden charges and that this would my move would cost only $99 per hour. I again reached out to him one day prior and he reconfirmed. After loading and arriving at the new house, they said no off loading until a much, MUCH bigger amount is paid and they only wanted cash or transfer via zelle to a private zelle account. I texted and called Andre many, many times and of course he did not respond and did NOT pick up his phone. I really hope this helps some one. If you use a movers, DON'T use this company & confirm when the movers com exactly what all the charges will be. When they arrived they reconfirmed $99/hour (by the way I just say their website and it says $75/hr) and nothing about anything else until it was time to off load. Be warned---

I am in Merritt Island, FL. Yesterday, a new guy moved into my apartment complex. He hired this company from Miami. They sent Two guys over.

I talked to the movers and asked a few questions about their services. They said they charge $99/HR + fuel.

They got here at around 11:00 AM. They unloaded the truck and set several things on the sidewalk, right by the stairwell at the main entrance. This was a lot of large, heavy things. The guy moving lives upstairs.

The movers jumped into the truck and left. THEY NEVER CAME BACK!!!

After about Two hrs of waiting, I was outside with another guy who lives here and the guy who just moved in explained the situation to us and we helped him move everything upstairs to his apt. It took us about Two hrs to move everything. In that time, the movers never showed back up!

The guy's paying $99/HR for these guys to leave everything on the sidewalk and drive away!

At first, they did move several things upstairs. But, they broke or damaged a few things. A few things got scratched or dented pretty badly.

The guy who hired them is reporting them to the Attorney General. If I could give them 0 stars or negative One, I would!

This company has unethical business practices and uses extortion as a mean to threaten and collect monies. They conduct their business with the bait and switch system. I sent out and received quotes to see how much it would be to move my daughter approx. 23 miles away. I elected to choose Two Man Moving LLC based on the following text I received from them: "Our company rates, for 2 movers and a 26' box truck with lift gate any assemble and disassemble, long walks, stairs and elevators. $99.00 per hour. Shrink wraps also included and moving blankets, we have very professional team, insured and also licensed.

The mileage from/to her previous residence is Approximately 23 miles/ 36 minutes according to Map quest. Therefore, the total hours spent was between 2.75-4.

They presented my daughter an invoice in the amount of $1329.95.

The worst moving company I have ever worked with. A family member was in need of a move fast due to unfortunate circumstances. A friend and I were able to work together to arrange his move quickly. Joe told us that it would be $300 he sent us a quote there were barely any extras on there we figured probably 500 not so bad for booking last minute. When they got there I did ask them to use extra packing materials because I ran out of boxes so I knew that would be extra money. But $100 for a box???? When I called Joe for an explanation he never let us get a word in edgewise kept talking over us after several times asking him to please stop and we just wanted to ask him questions, he then just proceeded to talk over us about contract contract contract, have to pay, contract contract contract. Joe is a ConMan this company is a scam.Not only did they charge us fuel and port to port without explaining it, the people that came to move us couldn’t really speak English so they couldn’t explain the contract to me. At that point we were desperate we just took it when we got to the final destination to move into the storage unit which all of this took less than two hours $790!!!!!! Wouldn’t give me my stuff unless I paid it I was at a loss and Joe told them to keep it. I. Asked for a copy they got in their truck and they left. I still have not received a copy, after emailing twice and calling four times. Disgusted with this company and I will make sure everyone knows never to use them. Obviously from the reviews we shouldn’t have used them but they were the only ones available at the time and we confused them with two men and a truck. Which this business has only been in for one year I think that was done purposely as well. Do not trust them ever!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before! I’m a single hard working woman that has been going through a lot of hardship. Because of the pandemic my landlord sold the apt. and the new one tripled my rent. So I had to leave the apt I have been for the past ten years. With a very low budget and no one to help on a week day, I googled moving companies and after a couple of weeks,some phone calls and a few exchanged emails, I decided to go with this company since they seemed very genuine. The emails amd phone calls stablished that they would chard $99 per hour plus gas. At first gas was $50. Secont time we spoke went up to $75. I complained, then he said he’d do it for $50 then. My building scheduled me from 9 to 12. Two super skinny young guys showed up at 9:30. Because our time was ticking, they rushed me to sign a lot of pages right away, before starting to pack, which I thought it was weird and wanted to read it but they were very extensive and very tiny letters. And we had a lot of work and not much time. I signed my death sentence right there and then. I called the company and complained about having only two guys. The owner was mad at me (!!!) and asked why didn’t I request a third guy. I got mad right away and said He is in this business and should have the experience not me! ( I did upload all the pictures and told him exactly what every furniture was)

. I had to work like a MAN to help them. I’m a woman and had to bust my ass and work extremely hard as much as they did and after 4 hours (we only had 3!) we finally got it done and headed to the destination, which wasn’t that far, about 15 minutes. When we get to my new building, which they took longer than expected, they called me saying that they would only unload the truck after the payment. I was confused. Shouldn’t they have to finish it all and then we would know how many hours it went by and then be charged? I thought it was ridiculous after all, this wasn’t mentioned on the emails and phone calls. When the give me the bill… $1829.60!!! I knew I was gonna spend $800 at the most! I almost fainted. I swear I lost it. After working like a construction man for hours these Russians were doing what to me? I almost let them take everything with them. I had my ID and passport with me, everything else is only stuff. After a lot of back and forth. They were on the phone next to me mKing me send a Zelle. Not satisfied with the screen shot with the confirmation, they made me call the bank, since because it was a large amount, the bank would take 9 hours to review and then send it. I was on the speaker with the bank representative and I walked away and told her “ I know this call is being recorded. I’m being scammed. They are forcing me to make this transfer”. They were clearly saying :”take a screenshot, do this and that”, and the representative was still on the line listening to it all. I cried my eyes out. It was almost my monthly rent. I don't make much money. After they finally left. I call the bank again and gave them all the details. They will investigate, but if I don't get my $ back, I’m gonna go to the police, Better Business Bureau, and anywhere else I can, but I will not let this RUSSIAN MAFIA do this in the USA. DISGUSTED by todays event. No words to describe how violated I’m feeling.

This is the most unprofessional and unethical "company" I have ever encountered. The original quote was $99 an hour the final cost they charged was 3 times the original quoted price. They have so many hidden charges and the prices they charge are outrageous. They even have a COVID charge of $75 but no one wears masks and trucks are dirt so not sure. When we called to ask about charges Joe was disgusting in the way he speaks to you. He yells and screams at a woman screaming about its a "democracy and his business can charge what they want." he screams and threatens you so you will hang up and give up--oh and also because they hold your personal belongings hostage until you pay their new inflated price. It is criminal. Will be reporting to the news and anyone else I can get to review these guys. Do not use-- especially if you are a woman.

IGOR and his posse are harassing me and will not leave me alone THEY SAID THEY WOULD FUCK MY KIDS AND MY WIFE FOR CALLING THEM OUT, filing with the attorney general against owner named igor and his posse who is sexually and verbally harassing me.I filed the BBB, FTC, and next is attorney general, IGOR. This moving company is a scam and NEEDS to be stopped. They make you sign a blank contract and then end up charging you whatever they want. They originally tell you it's 99 per hour with minimum of 3 hours plus gas. They then tack on 2.5 hours of "travel" on top of that right off the bat for which they charge the same 99 per hour so the 3 hour "minimum" all of a sudden is 5.5 hours. A job that should have cost 700-800 all of a sudden is 1500. Then they hold your stuff hostage until you PAY IN FULL. They drag their feet and have no regard for your items. Dragged the couch on the floor, everything was dirty. Overall terrible experience. This has happened to MANY individuals and is not being stopped. I reported to the police and police said its a common scam.

THATS A LIE It's $99 an hour where you pay for an hour lunch break plus $400 for them to get to your location non of this info was provided until the truck was loaded and they were on their way. The workers carried one item at a time to drag it out for as long as possible. Company billed me $1850 n refused to remove my items

until theywere paid. It was 2 bedroom appartment 45 mins away. These are SCAMMERS BIGTIME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!!

Please do not fall for this like I did! They will draw you in saying that it will only cost you $300 then charge you a ton of other fees once they get there. It ended up costing me $1142 after my quote was $300. They will not get your things off the truck until it is paid in full and the “manager” lied once I got him on the phone saying that I wasn’t intelligent enough to comprehend the conversations that we had about the price. I felt taken advantage of and cried out of frustration. This was the WORST experience on top of an already stressful day.

This company is a complete SCAM! They will low ball the price for your estimate, drive some old beat up truck that’s falling apart to your house make you sign a contract with nothing on it, load up all your stuff, then they will send you a bill for quadruple the amount once they have all of your stuff! Joe is the biggest liar in the company and he refused to give me anyone else’s number and said Hes the only one I can talk to. I have him on multiple recordings telling us one thing then doing another (which was sent over to the authorities for further investigation). They have an F rating with the BBB and they are currently under investigation! They took all my belongings and Joe said if I don’t pay I’ll never see any of my things again! He cussed me out, hung up on me and continued to threaten me! Very rude, very nasty and probably the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with! STAY AWAY!!!! I promise you it’ll save you a headache! The movers were so slow I myself loaded the majority of the boxes, they said they used over 30 rolls of tape when they only used 7 ( I have the empty rolls to prove it) and the worst part is Joe said that all our house would fit with no problem but after about 6 hours of watching the “movers” drag there feet I had to kick them out and I went and rented a U-Haul and loaded the rest of the stuff myself! This company is a complete JOKE!

My move was to a one bedroom apartment where I did not have a bed set, no living room furniture, no dining set, just boxes and a full length mirror. Due to an injury, I could not move this by myself & decided to use them as I was quoted for “$100 for the truck and the two men, every hour” to which I said well alright, is that all you are charging me? Are there any hidden fees? I was assured that yes, this was all.

Dear reader, I WAS CHARGED ONE THOUSAND NINETY FIVE DOLLARS. Yes, you read that correctly, $1,095.00. For that money they broke my vacuum, chipped my mirror, broke my plates AND I had to help them load things into/out of the truck as the driver does not know how to park nor drive. Not to mention they will ask you to sign the paperwork without a final price so they can fill it in later with their surprise and bogus charges. They even charge a COVID fee but not a single employee was wearing a mask.

When you talk to Joe on the phone he will be the nastiest, rudest, and most entitled person in customer service. This manchild told me over the phone “well just don’t pay it. I’ll just take your stuff in the truck and I’ll see you in court.” This company pretends to be authentic when they are nothing but con artists and thieves. They will lie to you, threaten to steal your items, push you to your breaking point & then force you to over pay. Do NOT use this company. Spare yourself the headache.
