Extremely disappointed.

Here is their scam or "business model." They are a broker, not a mover. They quote you a low price, and then they call you and say "please give us a very detailed inventory of everything." You do so. They give you a slightly higher quote and promise there will be no surprises. But then they have to sell the deal to one of their subcontracted movers so they need it sound like a good deal. In my case, they told my mover we were 50% packed (total lie), and apparently didnt tell him about a marble piece I specifically did tell them about. Mover shows up and says "there's no way I can do that for this price." Then demands A FIFTY PERCENT INCREASE. YES 50%. I called United Pro. They literally pulled out one sentence in one page of a very dense contract that essentially says "our price quote is fake; the mover gives you the final price, nothing is binding sucker." So, if you are on a schedule, your two choices are blow your schedule, or pay a 50% increase. It was the single most disappointing experience I have ever had with a professional vendor.

Great company!

United moving pro's helped me move from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Nashville Tennessee.

I will not lie moving is so stressful. Just getting the quotes was a major headache. But after careful reviewing of companies we chosen United Moving Pro's.

The price was spot on the and estimator did a great job. The actual guys moving out apartment worked hard and deserved the tip they earned. Would use again for sure!

Started strong, finished wea.

Was in a bind over a weekene, needed some movers/drivers quickly fora smaller move, and, initially, UMP were very responsive and stated they could get job done in next day or so. I was was very happy. Sent follow up text inquiring about locking down reservation date w/a deposit (as it was odd I haven't heard back from sales POC to actually lock down the move)... suddenly, no responses. No email or text. Ghosted by a business! Disappointing experience from what initially appeared to be a reputable company.

United Moving Pro Made Moving Easy

I was worried to move because of the horror stories you read on the internet. I'm really glad United Moving Pro came across my search. They were able to move me stress free from NY to FL. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From securing my move for my 3 bedroom home with my representative Joseph to the actual movers, specifically Carlos, it was a hassle free. I would definitely use them again for any move in the future and recommend to anyone looking to move.

Moved from Ca to FL(K56810034)

I recently moved some items I had in a storage unit fromoved from San Pedro California to my home in Margate Florida with United Moving Pro. I called and spoke with Joseph who helped me with my move from the start to the end.

He helped me communicate with the carrier a couple times when I couldn't seem to get ahold of my contact there and was always very attentive

My items all came in good condition and we're wrapped properly and some boxes repacked from my storage.

All in all a great move. I recommend United Moving Pro and working with Joseph again.

Regarding their overall service I have no complaints

After hearing from friends I decided to give this company a try and I couldn't be more happy. Everything went by the book as the workers were timely and professional. The staff at the office were really helpful specially the owner Joseph as they did all they could to make my experience less stressful. Throughout the whole ordeal I stayed in touch and received regular updates about the move. In the end my belongings were transported without any damage and on time. I would recommend them highly to anyone that is considering a move.

Helped me out in a jam

I was in a jam. The moving company that I hired didn't show up the day they were supposed to. They also said the truck broke down and they wouldn't be able to get me for a week. I had to leave in two days. I scrambled and called United Moving Pro. My representative told me they might not be able to do it and wanted to check before we went any further. I was so relieved when he said that they could definitely pick me up and at a reasonable price too. The movers got here and moved me quickly and professionally. It took them a week to deliver me to Florida which was fine. All in all I was very pleased with the final product. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

These guys really made it painless.

Additionally, we appreciated there was no charge for packing, transporting and re-hanging clothes. In the past I've been charged for many extra things but this time it was like a dream come true.

Excellent Movers!

These guys were awesome throughout. I moved from the second floor of a town home to a third floor with very narrow stairs of a complex. Our new building was in the middle of the complex too, and Alex and his team did a phenomenal job. They made sure we get everything delivered to our new house without any hiccups.

Best move so far

They were fast, efficient and careful and nice! They did not waste time and wrapped everything. They took one water break and a lunch break which they said didn't count towards the hourly rate and I was impressed with how they didn't even seem to want to take a break.

Outstanding movers! I will be using them when I move into my new place. It was a pretty straightforward. The clear, thoughtful communications from the office before the move, and with the crew during the move, certainly helped ease things along. Very elegant and nice company and crew!

Totally recommend them!

Victor and his team were very helpful and efficient. They arrived early, were super nice and accommodating, and managed to move the correct subset of furniture and boxes from one old house with narrow doorways and odd steps here and there to another old house with the same architectural quirks.
