Once the movers arrived, they took stock of the layout of my house and went to work. They were just as helpful and friendly. They worked hard as if it was their move. My stuff appears to be in excellent shape.

They did everything to make my move easy

I booked these movers after I compared prices with other moving services and these movers was the most reasonably priced company. The service was outstanding. I was able to contact the representative at any time and all the workers of Trinity movers were very responsive, answering my questions via phone/text at all hours.

Cooperative and kind

It was an easygoing experience for something that can be stressful - moving in the rain. We asked them to do a few extra things in our two locations which they were extremely kind to do and were terrifically accommodating. They didn’t charge any extra money. I will recommend them to everyone for an easy move.

I had to move on the next week and I was clueless that what should I start first than my friend recommended me this company for moving process. I called them the man who talked to me was very polite and kind who answered all my questions promptly and cleared everything. Then on the next week they shifted all my luggage.

Provided false information

Beware of this company, they provided false information about how the move would go and the time frame in which items would be delivered. They are not a moving company, but a brokerage company which will set you up with a different moving company that has completely different timelines for moves and will charge you waaaaaay more than trinity initially quotes you for. I dealt with Neil who not only provided me incorrect information, but when I questioned him he avoided my emails and phone calls and never contacted me back. When I booked my move I asked how long it would take and they would not tell me any information, but they said that if my "soonest available delivery date" was the same day my items would be picked up then my items would go directly to the final destination. This was a lie, when my items were picked up I said my soonest available date was that same day, but rather than my items going directly to my final destination (Maryland) from Oregon, my items were taken to an undisclosed storage facility in California. It took more than a month for me to receive my items after calling the moving company every single week. When I had initially spoken to trinity they said to not say my first available date was earlier than my actual date because my items could get there beforehand and then I would have to pay for storage (even though the say storage is included in your price for 30 days) and also would not tell me how much the storage would cost. When the movers came to pick up my items they informed that everything has been delayed for weeks and that Trinity should have told me that, they didn't. Had they supplied this information I would have had my items picked up sooner so I did not have to live on an air mattress for a month. Additionally, the company they set me up with not only damaged some of my items included my Peloton bike and bed frame, but also entirely lost some items because they did not follow the inventory that was written out and agreed to.

This company had done a great job in the moving process. Their services were great and they provide us their best services and I liked their hard work. How professionally and efficiently they had done the moving process they are super-fast and had done all the work safely.

They gave us a reasonable hourly rate, arrived early, worked carefully, but efficiently and didn't add any surprise fees. They were also the cheapest quote we got from among well rated movers. I am happy that I chose Trinity Relocation Group.

Unnecessary middle men and scam artists

We were given a low ball quote, that was then increased 50% on the of the move. When I objected, the staff from the contracted moving company said my only option was to cancel the move (for $2000). Their claim was that my items were all "oversized" despite there being fewer items than on the inventory. When I called the company about this they were hostile and accusatory. It seems customer concerns are passed back and forth between Trinity (the broker) and whatever local con artists they hire to do the actual moving. The move ended up costing $2000 more than my last move for fewer items Update at two weeks: my things have yet to arrive and the company has gone from saying 7-14 days, to 7-14 days after you are ready to receive your things, to 7-14 business days after you are ready to receive your goods to "legally we have 21 business days" (a month!) I would recommend them!

Moving is stressful, but the folks made it much less so! The guys were very respectful of our belongings and made sure every piece was safely wrapped before moving to the truck. They were quick and efficient and at the same time attentive and careful.

Recommended!

They were careful with my belongings and nothing was damaged. I had some bulky things like couch, large mattress, BBQ, kitchen table but they handled everything with relative ease. If and when I have to move again, I will for sure make the call to Trinity Relocation Group.

These are the best movers in the country

Before they move they ask you thorough questions and they send you reminders. They pack items very carefully. Upon delivery at the point of destination, there was not a single item broken, not a single scratch to be found. I am very satisfied with the service and I will use them again when I move back to Florida.

Surely recommend them!

Easton was extremely courteous and helpful, and he made sure to keep me informed of everything as we went along. I was concerned about them being careful. Everything in the house is new - wood floors, walls, wood molding etc. They did a good job not bumping into anything or scratching anything.

Booked them on my friend’s advice. I had some busy days so the packing wasn't completed till the moving day. The workers were stopped by on exact time and after knowing the situation they provide the extra hand for wrapping which make the work done in easier way and earlier time.

Highly recommended!

A tremendous job done by the mover's company. My sister has got all the books and her academic shields and trophies in an original condition without any tiered pages and any damage to books. The shields and trophies are fragile that's why packed in separate wrapped cartons.

Great Work!

The movers at this Company wasted no time! They were super quick finished my move in like 2 hrs. The movers themselves called 15 mins prior to arriving and showed up right when they said they would. Extremely helpful and professional! Will recommend them and use them again in future!

Brokers with poor customer service

I would not recommend to use these guys. When things are moving along fine, very pleasant...but will leave you without support and little advocacy with the carrier. It is not clear that their screening process for their partner carriers are sufficient to cover what they conveyed in there binding estimates. Shipment was over 2 months late.
