It was an easygoing experience for something that can be stressful - moving in the rain. We asked them to do a few extra things in our two locations which they were extremely kind to do and were terrifically accommodating. They didn’t charge any extra money. I will recommend them to everyone for an easy move.

They were careful with my belongings and nothing was damaged. I had some bulky things like couch, large mattress, BBQ, kitchen table but they handled everything with relative ease. If and when I have to move again, I will for sure make the call to Trinity Relocation Group.

These are the best movers in the country

Before they move they ask you thorough questions and they send you reminders. They pack items very carefully. Upon delivery at the point of destination, there was not a single item broken, not a single scratch to be found. I am very satisfied with the service and I will use them again when I move back to Florida.

Recently did a move from FL to AZ. Man it was an easy transition thanks to this moving company! Nothing but great services from this company, great prices, no hidden fees, and no overcharges as promised. The movers came to my apartment to move my things into my new house. I would come back to these movers.

Easton was extremely courteous and helpful, and he made sure to keep me informed of everything as we went along. I was concerned about them being careful. Everything in the house is new - wood floors, walls, wood molding etc. They did a good job not bumping into anything or scratching anything.

Trinity mover didn't show up and refuse to refund my deposit

Trinity required well over $2K deposit to secure my moving day, but nobody showed up on moving day, and I called mover and trinity multiple times and no response. I told trinity to cancel this contract and refund me the deposit since no service provided, Trinity refused to refund me deposit.

Made the anxiety process easy

Despite the fact that my unit was on the second floor, the mover was able to transport all of my belongings to my flat. These are rather huge things, but they do their job well.

They are the genuine mover and is unquestionably the finest in the industry. This relocation went off without a hitch. You also went out of your way to ensure that we understood the estimate and what to expect throughout the relocation.

Brokers with poor customer service

I would not recommend to use these guys. When things are moving along fine, very pleasant...but will leave you without support and little advocacy with the carrier. It is not clear that their screening process for their partner carriers are sufficient to cover what they conveyed in there binding estimates. Shipment was over 2 months late.
