Superior Moving Systems are my new friends. I was online checking out moving companies that did state to state relocations without all the hassel and I came across Superior Moving Systems. I called and was greeted by a friendly and profession staff member. I told them that I had a sick son who has an array of fragile breathing machines that has to be carefully handled. They insured me my items will be safely removed and placed at my destination. They did just that. All their staff has an upbeat personality It was like Im having a conversation with an old friend. They even took out time to make my son feel special by asking him questions about his likes and dislikes. Superior Moving Systems is a family oriented company and I will mame sure I tell everyone I know about their genuine and sincere hospitality. You Guys Rock.

Superior Moving Systems are very good at what they do. The name says it all. I came across many moving services but they are the best till date. Their customer service is awesome and they are so friendly. They moved all my stuff without any damage in just one day. To add to it they even packed my stuff, loaded and unloaded all the things, I literally had nothing to do. I would recommend this to all my friends and family and if I plan on moving things again I am definitely going to ask them to do it. I am for sure their repeat customer.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $900

I contacted them to move my dead mother's belonging from her home in West Virginia to North Carolina. I agreed on a price and we set a moving date on Friday July 28th. When it came closer to the date, I arrange for a hotel and the travel to meet the truck and come back. About a week before I got a call from another representative and we revised the contract because I had more items to add to my inventory. It would cost an additional $1000. I agreed. So they debit my checking account for $1300. Okay, I can handle it. I was told, I would be called 24 hours before the truck arrived and that they are going to come on Thursday, July 27th. I said, "I thought you were coming on the 28th." They said that they are contracted for the 27th or 28th. I looked at the contract and it was right. So I bit the bullet and changed my reservation and took another day off of work. So I am driving from North Carolina to West Virginia on the 26th and I don't get a phone call letting me know when the truck is coming. So I call them. They answer "hello" and they didn't address or announce who they were and what the company it was..very unprofessional. I asked when my call was coming and the boy said that I would get a call from Cynthia about when the truck would come by 9pm. It is about 4pm at this time. So I waited. I text the man that I spoke to a few days ago and the man that took $1300 from me. No answer and when 9pm comes.. no answer. There is an answering machine which is not set up professionally but I leave several messages. I would think they would have an oncall system, but no. Since I didn't hear from them the next morning I go to my mom's house at 8am -- stressed out because I don't know when they are coming. I call several times and finally get someone in the office to answer about 1130am. There is confusion at first because "i was suppose to get a call from the driver" I express my dissatisfaction and my desire to talk to a supervisor. they said they would give him the message. I wait..an hour maybe more.
I called back. I get a semi- helpful person and she arrange informs me that the truck won't be till Friday the 28th. I was pissed off. I requested a discount which I deserved. No one gave me a straight answer. I was called and told the driver would call me. I was upset because I missed a days at work. So I went and did something I had to while I was up there and waited for a call. Guess what?? They didn't call. So I am calling and cussing and didn't hear from a driver till the next day at around noon. He sounds like an A - hole. he told me that the truck got into a wreck and can't come today (Friday the 28th) I was telling him there is a breach of contract. He said he doesn't take care of that. I tried to call the office. I corrected the one young man at the office who kept answering the phone "hello" I asked to talk to the supervisor/owner or anyone but these peons and no one ever called back. It was infuriating. THEY ARE Such as sham. So the only one that I had the number of that would pick him up the GD phone is this driver. He said that he would call in the morning for Saturday the 29th and they would be there around 8 in the morning. In the morning around 8am no call. So I called him. I woke him up. He said he had not heard from the drivers. (I thought they would have gotten the truck fixed and drive through the night to come from Florida (where the truck was wrecked it's about 14 hours a ways.)) No they didn't do that. This guy said that he thinks they got the truck and then got a hotel room. I am thinking ---what? How are they going to get to WV by night time Saturday let alone 8am. But it didn't matter. He could not get a hold of the drivers. They were not returning his calls or texts. He said, "I am about 5 or 6 hours away I will just come and load you." I asked, "where are you at?". he said, "South Carolina." I said, "On a good day, going about 95 mph you may get to my mom's house in WV in about 10 hours not 5 or 6." He argues with me Said his GPS said 6 or 7 hours. I called him a liar which he was. I told him never mind coming. He said you will lose my deposit off $1300. I said I would get a refund because this "Superior" company (sarcastic) breached it's contract. And then I hung up on him. I attempted to call the office number and guess what? NO ONE ANSWERED!! FOR SEVERAL CALLS!! How can they operate?? Anyway, Guess what? The driver called back and he said he would come and be there at 11pm Saturday and load and drive to North Carolina that night. I asked him do I have pay you the entire $3000. He said, "yes." I said, "nope I rather carry the stuff on my back instead of giving any one of you guys one more dime." I attempted to call the office several times. Guess What? no answer. I ended up getting a u-haul and taking it myself. I should have done that in the first place. I attempted to contact a lawyer but it would cost way more than $1300 to get my money back. I hate it but this is going to have to do. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are horrible.

I used Superior Moving Systems to move my family from Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey to Lexington KY over the summer. In a nutshell, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had, not just with a moving company but in my many dealings with companies in the service industry. I was promised a whole lot by George my account rep., and given a reasonable estimate (when compared to others). I was told that Superior would be doing the whole move, using their own trucks and personnel, and nothing would be contracted out. I was told we would have our own truck due to the size of our move. None of that proved true. Our pick up date (which had been agreed upon) was delayed which forced us to delay our moving out of house. When they did show up, they came with a truck that was too small, which meant they had to make two trips to load our stuff into a warehouse (loading took 12 hours). When we arrived in Lexington, we waited over two weeks for our stuff to arrive. Pretty inconvenient I would say. I made multiple calls to George and customer service with no return correspondence whatsoever. When I did finally reach someone they were of no help. We were told we had to wait. Luckily we had family in Lexington or we would have been living a hotel for 14 days. When Superior got our stuff to Lexington their truck broke down before it got to our house (OK, that can happen), and when they finally got to our house there were two guys from Superior. They waited 4 hours for others to arrive to help, and no one showed up. So they contracted 4 guys off of Craigslist. Not professional movers. Not from Superior. Nice guys, but c’mon. Not bonded or insured. And obviously no background checks. The truck finally was unloaded. And when we went over everything, there were many many damaged items (ie cracked 47 inch flat screen TV). We estimated about $3000 in damage. Since the move we have made several attempts to contact Superior through many venues to recoup the damages. No one will respond or help. My estimate was around $8K. In the end they charged me $14K. Once they had my stuff I had no recourse but to pay. Please do not give this company your money. The money we spent is lost, as are several of our items. These guys are scam artists. Find another mover. Don’t be fooled.

Superior Moving Systems was suggested to me by a friend for my move. I moved from North Carolina to New York. They arrived right on time and immediately began to carefully pack all my belongings. Even though I can be pesky about some of my items, they were very easy going and took care of everything. They paid attention to all of my specific instructions. Superior Moving Service will be my first call for my next move. Everything arrived safely and on time. Thank you for you wonderful service!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3275

The only reason this is a 1 star review is because you can't give it a zero. First off, Jake is the worst. He won't answer your calls after he receives a deposit. He said the deposit had to be from a bank account. I'm currently holding the contract which says I can pay in credit. I also called customer service over 35 times to figure out where my movers were when they were late. No answer. I was told this morning they'd be here by 7am, nope, 10:30. I was also promised by the aforementioned Jake my stuff would arrive in DC on Monday. Now I'm being told it could be up to 14 days. I was also up charged an outrageous amount after I literally brought everything downstairs and outside for the movers before they even arrived. I'm hoping my stuff actually makes it to dc. Never use this company. Customer service is God awful, they ignore you and don't keep their promises. I'm never using them again and neither should you. Be sure to read all the one star reviews because they're the only real ones on here. All the others are certainly bots trying to boost the companies rating.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $2950

My move with Superior was pretty seamless. They came Tuesday August 1 and delivered to New York by that Friday.
They were helpful with packing up the kitchen utensils and dishes. Nothing broke along the way. The also packed up all the toys, and when they got to the new house, they put everything where it was supposed to go. They assembled the beds and moved the kids dresser into their room, and our dresser into our room. We didn't have to move heavy stuff after they left, especially the beds.
