Superior Moving and Storage

I would like to take this time to share my experience with this moving company.  I have always been afraid to let other people handle things that were valuable or meant a lot to me. However after living in a home for many years, you find yourself with a collecion of very important things. When it was time to move, I seriously had written off the idea of hiring a moving company, and would handle the move on my own. After beginning the process of packing my things, realizing how long this was taking me, then realizing that I was not going to come close to finishing by my dealine. I had to break down an look for a moving company in Pompano Beach Florida. After calling a few, I took a liking to Superior. Let me tell you, Superior Moving and Storage was a real eye opener for me as far as moving companies. You can imagine how nervous I was with this decision. However, Superiors' employees won me over pretty quickly with being punctual, fast acting, very professional, and most of all..they took their time padding and carefully moving each peice of my furniture. I first I was watching everything, making sure they didn't drop anything, or scrape a wall..anything! After 3 hours of watching people carefully handle each piece, I was able to relax. Anyways, in closing, I whole-heartedly suggest Superior Moving and Storage to anyone looking for Movers in the Pompano Beach area.  A.

I absolutely had to take the time to write about this company. The team they sent was BEYOND incredible. I moved with Superior Moving & Storage last year, and it was a positive experience, which is why I hired them again. For this move though I have to tell everyone Dee (Diesel ) and his crew surpassed my expectations and it is mostly because of them that I am going out of my way to write this review. I have moved a lot of times over the years and never have had such a pleasant experience. Dee from Superior Moving was professional, accommodating and very hard working. Not to mention beyond polite. From start to finish they were just great!

When I chose a college in Florida, I was so excited to move out of the town I grew up in. But then the reality of moving out of my comfort zone set in and I was so lost! I had no clue how I was going to move my stuff via U-haul to a dorm room and how the heck I was going to move all my stuff by myself. I did a ton of research aboutmoving companies and movers in the area.
I had a ton of stuff and no help, I knew I needed movers. Superior Moving was the company for me after reading some great reviews and seeing that they specialized in large and small moves. I had never moved before so I had no clue how it was going to go. Superior Moving was great from the first phone call I had with them to get an estimate. They made the whole process sound so easy and simple, totally stress free and efficient. I had packed up most of my stuff before they arrived, but it was helpful that they called about a half an hour ahead of time because I was still packing until the second they got there.
The movers were very friendly and easy to talk to which made everything less stressful than I thought. Turns out lots of people are still packing while they're loading the truck! I felt really safe withthem, and knew my stuff wasn't going to get broken or misplaced, which probably would have happened if I moved it all myself. Once we got to my new place it was really easy to move in. I had labeled some stuff, but they always asked where things were to go instead of just setting it all in my living room and leaving me with a heap of stuff to sort and put away.
They even assembled the bed and arranged the couch for me! I was really worried about setting up the television and hoping it wouldn't arrive broken and they took extra care to wrap it and keep it pristine for me. I'm totally using these guys again if I ever move again!

I wanted to write and tell anyone who is looking to move that superior moving is by far the best moving company I have ever dealt with. I have used them twice already and will be using them again in the near future. They moved me for over 7 hours and that was only half my house and basically put my entire house together for me piece by piece, my dining room table which seats 10, had to be reassembled and they stayed at my house until 10:00pm making sure everything was in its place and working properly. They didn't even look tired and were eager to make me happy. The men were professional and courteous and prompt. All of the paper and bubble wrap was taken away for me, no debris left behind, none of my furniture was damaged, and I couldn't be happier. The best perk is there pricing, very fair and affordable, there truck was in excellent condition, looked brand new and the inside was immaculate. That is important to me since I am putting my mattress in it as well as baby toys and cribs. Customer service was also great, always responded to my emails immediately!!

One of the main reasons I chose Superior Moving & Storage was they had an on site estimator come out and give me an estimate. Many companies wanted to do the estimate over the phone, which made me suspicious to using them. Superior Moving gave me everything in writing at the time of the estimate and I really felt comfortable using them. The day of the actual move everything went exactly as the estimator Anthony explained. The movers came on time and packed my breakables and loaded my items carefully in the truck. They gave me one month free storage at no extra cost which gave me time to find the right place once I found my place I called Superior Moving. They set up my delivery for the day I needed. my items arrived in less then a week. Everything was exactly in the same condition as when Superior Moving did the original pick up. I couldn't ask for a better service thank you Superior Moving, we look forward to our next move with you.

Recently I used Superior Moving and Storage out of Pompano Florida. I was looking for an affordable, dare I say cheap (in terms of price, not quality) mover to get me out of my apartment a few months ago and had another company cancel on me at the last minute, which was annoying to say the least as I was on a time crunch. Superior Moving & Storage definitely came to my rescue. First, this isn't some fly-by-night operation that just popped up.. not only did they do a fantastic job moving me, but they called to confirm the time the day of the move, and even gave me a follow up call AFTER the moving was finished to make sure I was satisfied. I had never had an experience like this. I know it's cliched to say a company went above and beyond what I expected, but when the owner calls you directly after I've already paid them to make sure I was satisfied, you know you are dealing with the best company possible. Definitely get a quote from Superior Moving if you are moving and compare it to the others you get. I am sure they will satisfy you like they did for me. They were great, and I really appreciate the moving service they provided me!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Superior Moving & Storage. I had a three man crew (Robert, DB, and Ramon ) and they arrived right on time. They were courteous and careful with my things, wrapping up all the furniture in shrink wrap and blankets. They moved me out of a third floor apartment with no elevators with EASE. I moved into an apartment on the first floor (much easier since there were no stairs involved) and they had all my furniture and boxes in my new apartment , and arranged it exactly where I wanted it. I have a full 2 bedroom apartment, amazing time frame they did it in. The entire process took right at 6 hours, and that included the driving across town which took them about 20 minutes. Superior Moving was the most professional moving company I found (I called around) and I will recommend them to everyone I know. They made my move stress and hassle free, so I could focus on the fun things like decorating my new place. I am very satisfied with the work by Superior Moving & Storage and will use them for any future moves I have and will recommend them to others I know moving. Best service around, and I have moved often!

These guys are pros and definitely priced competitively. And they were really nice.. Superior Moving & Storage really impressed us. We have moved numerous times over the years, and have never had such a great experience. They did the complete packing of our home and moved us, and not once did not complain or have show any signs of being negative. Instead of wrapping each fork individually, they wrapped the entire utensil tray. Instead of taking everything out of our nightstands and wrapping each item, they just stuffed the drawers with paper and wrapped the nightstand so that the drawers wouldn't open. I'm sure they would have wrapped each item if we wanted it that way, but that just wastes a lot of time and paper. This was a great way to do it and it made unpacking much easier! I would recommend Superior Moving to anyone and everyone. They were great and worked hard to save us money.

We were in a bind and needed to move fast. We had already set up a moving date with another company, but things fell through. We called Superior Moving and they were available and put together a crew immediately. I mean IMMEDIATELY! We called at 4:00 pm and the next morning at 8:30 am the crew was there at our doorstep, ready to move us. They didn't try to overcharge us due to the short notice and they were professional from the very first phone call. Their service was great and they were really thorough. They made sure we were comfortable with everything and that they would arrive when scheduled. They were really great to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with the overall service. On time, professional, and really nice guys. What really impressed us the most was a glass shelf in my china cabinet got broken and they actually took it with them and bought back a new glass shelf a few days later. Short notice and did a great job!! We sold our house in 2 days, we were running around besides ourselves. We contacted a few moving companies. Out of the four we contacted, I would have rather rented a truck and did the move myself vs. use one of them. The other would not even come out to our home to do an estimate. The two we compared and chose Superior Moving & Storage they were by far a lot more professional and the estimate presentation really impressed us. They booked the move during the estimate and called the office right from our home and put a crew together and moved us the very next day. What a great service, estimate was professional, they did exactly what they said for the price they quoted. The guys arrived on time and were pleasant, clean cut and did a fantastic job. We will definitely refer Superior Moving to all of our friends and anyone that needs moving services. A Service and staff.

We needed to move our household items to two separate locations.  I called Superior Moving & Storage out of Pompano, Florida after reading reviews. They seemed to be a very professional well established company. Even Angie's List, gave them a great rating.  The estimator from Superior Moving, met me exactly as scheduled to provide an estimate. Their truck and men showed up precisely as requested right on time. They loaded my 30 x 13 garage storage in 2.5 hours and our furniture from a 10 x 25 storage space in 2.5 hours. They delivered and unloaded our possessions and re-assembled everything. They were very nice and accommodate all of our wishes. We were unsure of where items were going and moved them from room to room several times. I felt like a pain, but we are not capable of moving heavy items. The guys did it with a smile on their face and never complained. Everything exactly like clockwork. We have moved cross country several times and have seen both good and bad movers. Superior Moving & Storage is truly a top notch organization that strives to do exactly what they say they are going to do - deliver a quality safe job for a reasonable price. We could not have been any happier with their service. I will recommend this company to anyone.

We could not have asked for a nicer crew to take care of our move. Superior Moving in Pompano, Florida sent such polite guys and we could tell they were very experienced movers. The guys they sent us were professional and courteous, and worked very efficiently to pack and unpack everything. Nothing was broken and I still can't believe they finished as quickly as they did. If we would have done the move ourselves it probably would have taken three times as long. These guys did a tremendous job, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and personable. We have moved several times, some good experiences and some bad. Moving is usually a headache….my whole family hates it but this was by far the best moving experience we have ever had, from start to finish. Very pleased and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to move.

Superior Moving & Storage did an awesome job. I was surprised they sent me a crew on Sunday. The guys showed up on time and were amazing. One of the guys has been with the company over 10 years and throughout the move, he talked and joked with my family. Superior moving seems like a great company, they did a great job moving us, and they retain long term employees. I got 3 estimates and liked them the best out of the others and I am definitely glad I picked them.

Superior moving and storage was amazing. I was referred by an assisted living facility in palm beach county. The facility spoke so highly of the company that I didn't even bother calling any other movers. The director of operations said that Superior was the preferred vendor for all moves into their facility. They helped me get my mom moved in and did a great job. It was a 2 part move..they moved my mother from West Palm Beach into the assisted living facility and also helped move some items long distance for me as well. Both moves went great. The guys were very caring and had a lot of patience. When dealing with elderly people sometimes things can get a bit frustrating but these guys obviously had a lot of experience with these types of moves. I am very impressed with Superior Moving and Storage!

I was inundated with postcards from moving companies in the mail when we listed our house for sale. I picked 3 that looked the most professional. I did a little research online and eliminated 1 of them completely. Superior Moving was the most professional out of the 2 estimates we received. After researching them online and checking with BBB we chose Superior Moving & Storage to do our move. They did a great job, they were on time. Everything they promised us they did. There was some minor damages, 1 piece of glass was broken and a cabinet got chipped. After the move they did a quality assurance call and sent us a claim form. A professional furniture repair company came out and touched up the cabinet and Superior replaced the glass. We are totally satisfied with their services and would highly recommend using Superior Moving. They did a great job. We are very happy overall.

We didn't realize what an arduous task moving really was until a week or so ago. It was really stressful thinking about packing up our entire life in boxes and basically uprooting our life and my family. We owe many thanks to Superior Moving and Storage, they gave us a professional estimate and really went out of their way to provide us with much needed information. From the girls in their office answering phones to the guys who packed our stuff, exceptional service all the way! They gave us great direction for anything we possibly needed related to moving. We must have called them a dozen different times, with questions on everything and they were always ready with an answer. They were an encyclopedia of knowledge when it came to the many questions we asked. They are up front and honest about everything right from the start all the way through completion. The guys were on time, very polite and really took care with our items. I would recommend Superior Moving & Storage to anyone who needs to move. I know for a fact that if we ever move again, Superior will be the first phone call we make! They really did take a lot of the stress of moving off of our shoulders! Thanks again!

My experience with this last move and all previous moves has been that Superior Moving and Storage exceeded my expectations. No worries about price bumping, damaged goods or missing items, it is always a pleasure for me to work with Superior Moving and Storage. My estimate was on target and the driver and movers professional and courteous. I have also used their storage services in the past and again, all items were returned to me in the exact same condition they were in before storage. They arrived right on time, had me packed up and ready to roll as per our estimate and by nightfall, I was in my new home with all furniture and boxes safely delivered. I also refer my clients to Superior Moving and Storage as I work in real estate. As you can imagine, the last thing I want is an angry client and I never hesitate to refer them to Superior Moving and Storage as I know they are going to be treated fairly and receive great customer service. It is my pleasure to post this review. Companies like Superior Moving and Storage are a gem to find and I highly recommend their services.   .

I had previosuly used Superior Moving and therefore thought of them when it came time to move this time. Though the individual persons handling my furniture did an exceptional job I didn't find the overall experience as good as I'd expected.
I got the feeling that finances weere an issue with the company. They onyl dealt with credit cards (in advance), no checks of any sort (personal, money order, cashier, etc). Final payment had to be part cash and part credit card. It was a bit of a concern but so far nothing has happened on my cards.
My move was handled in two phases. First I had to move out of my sold home into storage. Once we had purchased a new home in another state we then had the goods reloaded on a truck wehre the y sat for two weeks before being delivered. That wait was of concern to me btu seems that all went well.
The only thing lost was a 2 wheel dolly which I think somewhere on the way the movers thought was theirs, so they kept it.

I contacted Michael at Superior Moving and he came out and gave me an estimate within 24 hours. I was moving from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to outside of Charleston, SC. Mike mentioned to me that if I was flexible he had another truck going to SC and so could give me a good rate if he added my furniture. I agreed and the price reflected this. Since my husband and I had decided to pack most of our belongings Superior gave us some moving boxes. The movers arrived on time, packed our lamps and pictures and helped us load the wardrobe boxes they gave us. Then when it was time to unload they were also on time. Everything went very smoothly and the movers were very courteous and accommodating. I would recommend Superior and would definitely use them again.

I cannot begin to say how awesome these guys were! They moved my familyi from Miami to Austin Texas, and everything was perfect! Usually with moving companies, they are either late, unprofessional, or lose items, but not with Superior. The estimate they gave me was spot on, and the movers were on time when they said they would be there! They were in and out of the house in little time, and were very friendly and courtious to myself and my family. Besides being friendly, they were also very professional, knowing exactly how much to estimate and asking where to put certain items. I highly recommend these movers, 5 stars!
