We are moved in! Yay I have internet at home again! As my first act of business I have to drop a huge shout out to my boys Rob & DB who did an amazing job helping us move into our new home. We were so over the whole "beg all your friends to help move" thing and our furniture is extremely heavy, so we researched a bunch of moving companies online. I'm so glad we honed in on these guys, as they were well worth the money. Superior Moving & Storage had great reviews so we decided to go with them. The girl in the office called the night before the move to confirm the details and finalize our payment information. Already I was assured of our choice! The crew called us about 30 minutes before they arrived letting us know they were still on schedule for our pick up time and they were fueling the truck.Rob and DB were very friendly and polite throughout the whole move and were extra careful with our stuff. The place we were moving out of had a tricky configuration and I appreciate that they took the time to figure out the best possible plan to move our items, instead of just trying to shove the furniture into tight spacing, True professionals, definitely no questions that these guys are pro's and very experienced.They were very personable as well, and made instant note of my NY Giants shirt, and told me because of my shirt I should get a discount and a great move. Top notch service. Excellent experience from the first phone call to the last box unpacked. Spoke with Silvia on the phone, received an estimate from Shaina (spelling?) and the group of movers that were sent to my house were phenomenal. Not a scratch on anything, they handled my stuff like it was worth millions. They arrived ready to work and when my stuff arrived to my new house, they were exuberant and anxious to start unloading. definitely saving this company's info incase I ever need to move again.

I usd these guys based on the reviews. We'll all was OK at first. The problem started after load up. First off, communication was VERY poor. Driver would not tell me any estimate of delivery date and told me to contact the office. The office told me to contact the driver. We'll.. you get the point.
So, after they take my furniture I wait at in-laws house until the date I'm told by the office the furniture was supposed to arrive. I was 1000 miles away so I gave myself two days. I get 400 miles out and the company office then tells me it's going to be another 3 days!! Of course I loose it and tell them that's not acceptable because I'm already on the road and almost half way to my destination. Theoffice "manage" tells me the driver picked up some more stuff and had to drop off mine last because of my location. THIS WAS AFTER THEY PROMISED ME A FIRM DATE. The final straw was when the manager said she got permission from the owner that id I pay $1500 in cash then the driver can drive an additional 150 miles to drop my furniture off a day early!! I literally would have killed them if I could have gotten my hands on them.
Bottom line is that they are horrible. Also, several items were damaged and they scratched the wood floors in several places when moving in. They sent me a claim form and agreed to give me a whopping $25.00 for damages and I had to get the form notorized!! Wasn't even worth it to me. To top it off, the owner would NEVER even get on the phone with me because he was too much of a punk and hid behind the ladies in his office.

My family and I recently moved from New York to Florida. Superior Moving did a great job. The truck arrived to pick up and deliver our furnishings on the dates the promised. The moving guys were very nice and did a good job moving our items. They were very careful and definitely knew what they were doing. True professionals and a great bunch of guys. They were very helpful and were there when you needed them. I would definitely recommend Superior Moving to anyone we know. .

This company did an awesome job helping me and my family to move. Due to having to relocate for a new job, I needed a company that would be able to help us move in less than a week. The staff was friendly and responded to my every need. They were also very careful with all of our furniture. They were professional and made sure I was happy with the way things were going. They understood my current situation and worked quickly to ensure everything was done in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend them.  .

We have used Superior Movers several times in the past and decided to get an estimate from them on our long distance move to Georgia. We interviewed 3 moving companies. One we tossed in the trash, it was obvious they were going to cheat us. We did further investigating and that company had horrible reviews. On the DOT website they had a ton of complaints (30) to be exact. No wonder they tried to sell the job so cheap. Superior seemed more reputable. We chose Superior and they were great. The estimate was on point and the exact quote they gave us, not a penny more. The guys were very professional and arrived on time. Success!

Very nice people at Superior Moving and Storage. They helped out the hurricane victims in the northeast and donated moving services to the Greek Church. We signed a contract with them after learning from a friend that they were the company that sent trucks full of supplies to Hurricane Sandy victims during their time of need. We are originally from that area and decided to give back and use Superior. The fellows did a nice job and were very professional. We moved locally into Storage, and then back into a new home. Everything was fine, the furniture was in perfect condition and they gave us a fair price. Good idea to use such a nice company, the office staff were all very pleasant and friendly also.

We needed a moving company really quick, with short notice in our real estate closing. It was Saturday afternoon and we needed a company the same day. We wanted to do a local move within the county. We called Superior Moving & Storage, to our surprise they were open on Saturday and willing to help us out. They were not only way more affordable than the other companies that were open, but they also arrived in less than two hours to move our furniture and belongings. Once they arrived, the move was quick and the guys were extremely professional. They wrapped all the furniture in blankets and plastic wrapped our sofa. Friendly guys, nice office staff, definitely a good choice for a moving company!

I have used Superior Moving & Storage 3 times to move. Most recently I moved my mother into a retirement home and they did a great job. It was hard enough to accept the reality of having to move my mother into a home, let alone everything that goes along with it.

They provided the retirement home with all the necessary insurance documents needed. They guys were very polite, professional, and patient with us.

My mom had ideas about where she wanted everything to go, and of course she changed her mind or two. They put everything exactly where she wanted it. Her antique buffet sustained a small scratch on it during the moving process, they immediately sent out a refinisher to touch up the scratch. Good service and always on time and a pleasure to deal with.

We were very happy with the services provided by Superior Moving & Storage. The 4 guys that came were friendly, fast and very careful with our things. We had them do a local move, including all of our packing. They had pads for the doorways and protected our mattresses, using brand new mattress bags. They never slowed down from the time they got to our house until the time they left. The staff at the office was very professional as well. We spoke to Sylvia and she was very nice and answered all of our questions. The moving team was Robert , Chris, Anthony and Theo. They were all nice guys and took good care of our belongings. I highly recommend Superior Moving!

Superior Moving is the best! I chose them based on their reviews online and even called the references they had listed on their website. Call me a little high-strung but I had to be sure. Everyone had positive things to say though. There were a few bad reviews but nothing extreme or out of the ordinary. I understand that some people will never be pleased, and after dealing with the staff I was more than convinced they do their best to keep all of their customers satisfied. They were very professional and organized. We booked the move and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The estimate/cost was extremely reasonable. The moving crew was on time, handled all items with care and was very well managed. Definitely a great company, I would use them again.

Superior Moving and Storage moved my family a few months ago and did an excellent job….I’m writing this review for my in-laws who took our recommendation and used them as well! Just like we expected, the job was great. For anyone, especially elders, moving is a complicated and tedious task. We also had to do some down-sizing when moving them and took advantage of their storage facilities….spotless.  The guys at this company really know how to make their customers feel at ease. Hats off to them!

 These guys were awesome! Superior Moving & Storage took excellent care of my stuff, and did a great job! Originally on our first move with them, we had them move some very heavy equipment from office to office, up a stairway, and across town -- and they did it smooth as silk. So when it came time to move again across country we had them come in and give us a quote. They were by far the most professional out of all the estimates and the cost was close to the other estimates. We chose them and they were fantastic, everything promised was delivered. We highly recommend!! .

One of the main reasons I chose Superior Moving & Storage was they had an on site estimator come out and give me an estimate FOR FREE. Many companies wanted to do the estimate over the phone, which made me suspicious to using them. Superior Moving gave me everything in writing at the time of the estimate and I really felt comfortable using them. The day of the actual move everything went exactly as the estimator Anthony explained. The movers came on time and packed my breakables and loaded my items carefully in the truck. They gave me one month free storage at no extra cost which gave me time to find the right place once I found my place I called Superior Moving. After I found my dream home in California they were very helpful to set up my delivery for the day I needed. All my items arrived in less then a week. Everything was exactly in the same condition as when Superior Moving did the original pick up. I couldn't ask for a better service thank you Superior Moving, I will definitely be using you for our next move!!

We have moved a bunch of times, and have been relocated by our corporate headquarters over a dozen times in the last 15 years. Being based out of Florida now for over 4 years, we have used Superior Moving & Storage 3 times. They have been great, and do an awesome job. We originally started using them back a few years ago. They were referred by our regional manager and have a corporate account with our corporate headquarters. Our last move was perfect, on time, friendly office staff and really nice movers. We are getting ready to relocate back to Texas and will be using Superior. We are very happy with the service and pricing they provide.

The four movers Superior Moving sent to our home were PHENOMENAL. They spent a considerable amount of time communicating with me and understanding what the job entailed and how we needed it to be completed. Once they got started they got right down to business and wrapped all of our furniture with moving blankets. They were very respectful of our items and got the job done in a timely manner.  The estimate was exactly the price we paid. The truck was early on both ends, and the driver communicated with us the entire time about our moving dates and what to expect.  I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone I know.

Had we had more experience in moving, we would have turned the drivers away almost at the beginning of the move.  They were extremely careless and unprofessional.  Our furniture was not properly wrapped and protected when it left our home.  While they advertised that mattresses would be covered in protective full size mattress bags, this did not occur.  Our king size mattress was exposed during the pick up, the move, and was dirty and torn at delivery.  Almost all of our possessions were damaged including our bedroom set, our dining room set (the chairs were new), our living room and family room furniture.  Our dining room chairs were used by the movers at "door stops" in the building's lobby, damaging their metal frames.  Many of our accessories were damaged, some beyone repair.
 The movers offered to bring in some extra boxes for goods that we were planning on moving ourselves as we were only moving about 1 mile away.  They never indicated that there would be a fee for those.  They brought the boxes up and proceeded to pack those items while we were not watching.  Upon delivery, the movers demanded $55 cash for the boxes that they offered to us earlier in the day.  They would not leave without that payment. Further, we paid a deposit of $285.00 by credit card at the time of accepting the estimate.  While the move was scheduled on February 25, 2013, we discovered that they charged the balance of the payment to the same credit card six days prior to move.  Obviously this was to protect themselves against any dispute over damages that would occur during the move. We filed a complaint with the company and they sent a mover/furniture repair person to witness and list the damage.  At first they offered to make repairs, but then the company withdrew the offering blaming us for having damaged all of our possessions before we moved.  None of our furniture was more than five years old, was delivered directly from furniture stores. and was all in perfect condition. 
We have not received any satisfaction from the moving company to this day.  We highly recommend that you stay away from this furniture company.      .

Great service, Great company. We have used Superior Moving & Storage three times now.  We just got the delivery, and the guys went out of their way to do a great job. Jose the crew leader was very personable and managed the team well.  I have also told a few friends about Superior Moving & Storage some used them and some didn't. The one that didn't ended up with a horror story like you read in the papers. Other than a few mishaps on occasion, mostly minor concerns, everyone I have told to use them seems to be very happy with the service and thanked me. Definitely a good company, that cares about the customers.

I called Superior Moving & Storage and spoke with Anthony, we went over what items we had and that we had 2 separate stops involved in our move.  He gave me a guaranteed estimate and emailed it with a nice presentation (Extremely professional) He asked me to give an update when we were closer to the move date and to confirm the services.  When we booked the move the office advised us the crew would be at our place between 8-9am. They called at 7:15 telling us they would be there in a half hour, which they were. We had 3 movers come who were very professional and introduced themselves. We were very impressed with the attitudes and the way the movers handled themselves.  The 3 guys were very polite, and courteous not only to us, but our belongings. I might as well mention these guys were STRONG. We had granite slabs each weighing over 250lbs which the guys picked up by themselves, and carried them like they didn’t even weigh 10 lbs!  They were very careful with our furniture and our house. We had 3 stories worth of stuff and we moved items also to our storage unit where they were able to fit everything in the unit carefully. Nothing was broken (we had a lot of fragile items) and they also made sure what we needed most stayed to the front of the unit.  They did not overcharge us, break or scratch anything we had. I am so thankful for such a wonderful crew. From start to finish they are gentlemen who are strong enough pick up the most awkward heavy item you have, but gentle enough to keep it safe.  I highly recommend Superior Moving & Storage to anyone who wants a quality job done by very courteous men who care about the quality of their work. We will be moving with them again (very shortly). I chose Superior Moving because they had the highest ratings..and it's not hard to see why. Thanks guys!!

We stored our belongings with Superior Moving & Storage for 7 months when we were in the process of moving out of state. The service is exceptional, the whole place is really clean, very secure, and a very professional set up.  We visited a few other moving companies’ storage facilities, as Superior Moving & Storage had suggested. Don't waste your time, I would never store even junk at some of these other moving companies storage facility. I can't believe some are even in business. I guess it really is buyer beware. Do yourself a favor if you need storage, use Superior Moving & Storage… they are great.  The movers were very nice, clean cut and truly cared about our furniture.  I highly suggest and recommend Superior Moving and Storage, they did a great job. A few minor damages, but they came right out and took care of it and made us 100% happy. Definitely use them if you are moving.

What a fantastic company Superior Moving & Storage is. They guys were absolutely awesome. They did a great job of packing my grandmother’s house and storing her personal items when she moved to assisted-living; then when we came to sort through storage after she had passed away they were very kind and helpful. Some of the items needed to be shipped to another state. They took care of it and made everything very easy for us. They were always very accommodating and friendly. We were referred by the assisted living facility and they told us they only recommend one moving company and have had great success over the years. The office staff at the facility had a lot of good things to say about Superior Moving & Storage and spoke very highly of them.  I have dealt with a few different moving companies, and I must say these guys are the best!  I would recommend them for all of your moving and storage needs!

I used Superior Moving & Storage to move to a new place recently. I called several moving companies and had all of them come by for quotes. Superior Moving was on the ball and quoted me several hundred dollars BELOW the lowest of all the quotes I had. I was skeptical at first thinking they were low balling me to get my business, then they’d hand me a higher bill at the end. That was not the case. Marion and his crew showed up on time, moved me out of my old place and into my new home in under the time they estimated. My total cost came in just under the amount they said it would. I am very satisfied with Superior movers and would use them again. I recommend you call and get a quote and use them!  Thank you Superior moving you did a great job and I will tell anyone I know that is moving to use you.
