Superior Moving and Storage

We were very happy with the services provided by Superior Moving & Storage. The 4 guys that came were friendly, fast and very careful with our things. We had them do a local move, including all of our packing. They had pads for the doorways and protected our mattresses, using brand new mattress bags. They never slowed down from the time they got to our house until the time they left. The staff at the office was very professional as well. We spoke to Sylvia and she was very nice and answered all of our questions. The moving team was Robert , Chris, Anthony and Theo. They were all nice guys and took good care of our belongings. I highly recommend Superior Moving!

I'm really impressed by Superior Moving; they're on the ball! I called to get a ball park price on what it would cost me to move 2 large self storage units. The girl on the phone was very nice and said that she had a manager in the area where my units were located, and would dispatch him to meet me at the cube smart storage facility to look over my units. Marion arrived on time and looked at the units for me and left some basic information on Superior Moving . I received an estimate via email the same day, the price was fair and the estimate very professional. I hired them, the truck showed up on time and did a great job. The guys were very nice, and helped me put my beds back together. All in all a great experience. I would definitely use Superior Movers again and recommend them without hesitation.

Recently, I moved from Delray Beach to the Tampa Bay area and needed to engage a moving company that I felt was reliable and would be fair in their dealing with the pricing aspect of the process.  Having shopped around a bit and it becoming somewhat frustrating a bit to me, Shayna came out to see me and I immediately felt comfortable and the pricing was much more competitive than the other quotes that I had received.  Shayna was thorough in explaining the entire process to me breaking all aspects down.
 
 
 
Everyone at Superior Moving & Storage was courteous and extremely helpful.  Otis, Cambrell, and Mike G. did a great job of picking up my belongings.  They were pleasant and I could tell immediately that they took pride in their job.   Stacey and Silvia were wonderful and very helpful to me whenever I called their office. 
 
 
 
Otis and Diesel moved my belongings up to the Tampa Bay and again, a job well done.  Same as before, courteous and helpful.  Otis even moved some furniture around differently for me.

Great Long Distance Moving company!! We have moved long distance 4 times in the past 10 years. Superior Moving & Storage was so considerate and professional it made our move a great experience. We have had good and bad moves, but this was by far the best move we ever had. From the start, the office was very professional, and considerate of our schedules. The estimate was hands down the most professional. The owner of the company personally called and followed up and thanked us for the opportunity to present an estimate. The movers went above and beyond and did everything we asked with a smile. We had changes and asked for items to be moved from room to room and they smiled and said we are here to make you happy. 100% happy and satisfied with the moving services Superior gave us. Couldn't have asked for a better move.

The movers arrived on time and were very professional and efficient. They packed many different items including personal pieces and very fragile items that were wrapped and packed. Everything was packed, transported, and unpacked very professionally and arrived in perfrct condition. I would recommend Superior Moving and Storage to all. They were very helpful keeping things orange zed and in my specific order and nothing was damaged. Staff was very helpful and friendly in addition to being professional. Great company.

These movers are great.  I used Superior Moving & Storage recently for moving services. The movers were great and the staff in the office were very professional and friendly.  I checked out a few moving companies over the internet and Superior Moving seemed to have the best reputation and was in business for a long time. They had much better customer feedback then any other movers. We chose Superior and they did a great job. The price was honest and fair pricing, I am very happy with there services.

This was our second time using Superior Moving & Storage for our move and we could not be happier with their service. 
 
Prompt, professional and very accommodating, this moving service is 5 stars all the way. Made our move seamless from booking until moving day, we highly recommend and will definitely use again for any other moves.  Dee  and Marcus were the movers that were sent to move my mothers house, and both of them were great! They made the entire expierence headache free and put us all at ease. All of my grandmothers antiques were handled with extreme care and precaution. They were neat, careful and unlike many moves we have done in the past NOTHING was damaged when superior handled our move. Also, something that stood out to me,  I am 6 months pregnant, and was attempting to help my mother carry some bags from her car and one of the movers saw, ran over to me, stopping what he was doing to make sure I did not lift a thing. You can really tell this moving company only has the best employees who care about their clients. Moving is never fun, always becomes a stressful time but with Superior working the move this was by far the best moving experience. A Highly recommend.  .

These days, I find that people are often quick to criticize, but tend to neglect praising exceptional service. Most of us think that we don't need to talk about companies and employees that go above and beyond, but I feel it's even more important. I have been a loyal and extremely satisfied customer of Superior Moving & Storage in Pompano Beach, Florida for over a decade! My Grandmother had recently passed away and I needed to move out of my townhouse in Boca Raton, Florida to move to Delray Beach, Florida to help my parents out. It was not a planned ahead move due to the circumstances. I had gotten a few quotes from other local moving companies, but their rates seemed rather high and I wasn't very impressed. So, upon recommendation from one of my employees, I called Superior. The gentleman that was sent to my residence was very professional, thorough, kind and had a good personality. He gave me a quote and went over all the specifics in detail. The quote was the best one I had received. I researched the company and was impressed, so I chose to use them and it was definitely the right decision! The movers were punctual, friendly, professional, personable, careful with my belongings and a huge help! I needed some of my household items brought to Delray Beach and the rest were to be held in their storage units. I am still dealing with the company to this day. Every employee I have ever spoken with has been wonderful! I would highly recommend them for all of your moving as well as your storage needs whether they be short or long term! Very impressive!!

We used Superior Moving for an out of state move from Coral Springs, FL to Centennial, CO. From the very get go they were extremely professional, and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). I spoke directly to the owner Anthony, and he was great! They went above and beyond to prep us for the move. The day of the move, they called us first thing to advise us of their arrival time. Then they showed up on time! (my past experiences are that they never do). Once they were there, they took great care with all of our things, and wrapped everything up. Once everything got to Colorado, we had no problem getting all of our stuff, and they got it to us quickly. Nothing was damaged in the move, and they were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them!!

On February 3, 2016, I moved from a home that I had lived in for 13 years. I didn't sleep at all the night before the move because I had such anxiety over how the move would go. That being said, at 9 am, promptly, my saviors arrived in the form of Superior Moving and Storage. 3 of the nicest and professional men anyone could ask for. They were efficient, courteous, helpful and just an overall joy to work with. Additionally, as I neglected to inform Superior that I had to move a piano, they didn't come with the equipment needed to pack up the piano. But as with everything else with Superior, they immediately dispatched the proper equipment and an extra mover to help with it. You would think that with the extensive move that I undertook, the expense would be exorbitant, but to my surprise the entire move cost 2,500 dollars!! I can't imagine how Superior makes money with these rates and the incredible quality of their staff, but I was amazed. I would not only recommend Superior Moving and Storage, I would implore anyone who is making a move to look no further. This company is truly the best.

We are Park's Taekwondo South Florida's largest Martial Arts schools in South Florida, we had to move one of our dojo into another location and called several movers. I got several quotes that were very high due to the short notice but Superior Moving did not take advantage of my situation. They showed up on time and did everything professionally. The guys were organized, very careful and took their time to make sure everything was done properly. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews but I had such a pleasant experience with Superior Moving that I wanted to share. I had a few LARGE pieces of furniture to be moved from a downtown storefront in Delray Beach. I was concerned because of the busy street and the size of the furniture. Dwayne, Janine and one other mover were there 20 minutes early and the execution of the job was seamless. They were so professional and helped the store employee move other items to get the furniture out the best door possible. Couldn't believe how fast we got out of there. Then once to my townhome they made it up the stairs so quick, made it looks easy. I was nervous of damage because of the size of the pieces but not a scratch. They helped me take some old furniture to my trash bin and were just so nice and accommodating. I would recommend Superior Moving and Storage to anyone looking to move.

Superior Moving and Storage was the BEST!! They packed up the entire contents of our home as well as stored all of our things ( for 3 days) and delivered every thing to our new address in PERFECT condition. They were extremely professional and HONEST! Don't hesitate ..They are the BEST!! They called before during and after the move to make sure I was completely satisfied. Which we were. The people who packed us took extra care in making sure things were packed properly and the driver as well as the actual movers were GREAT!! NOTHING was damaged or broken. They even padded our stair case ( at my request) as not to damage our new home. That wasn't even necessary. They were FANTASTIC!

At 11 pm, we concluded the move with several items still at the old house and others broken or pulled apart. Ours was a two truck move, but only one truck arrived (yes, Superior had a complete inventory list) since a driver called in sick. The crew was exhausted and had been going for 14 hours. There was also marijuana involved giving the fragrance wafting from the truck. And the best news is we had to pay the complete bill despite the move not being completed and damaged items! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH MOVE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I had a prior comment of which I was informed by Superior Moving & Storage that I must delete/modify it or I will be sued for “false statements”. Nothing in my prior comment was/is false but I agreed to indulge in their fallacy of what they interpret as “false statements” and made modifications as noted hereunder.

My experience with Superior Moving & Storage is with mixed feelings. On one hand there was excellent customer service, but days after delivery of my furniture some damages were observed, and I relayed my observation to the company to make amends on a “Fair Market Value” of which they have failed/refused to do to this date. Based on my experience you may want to be extremely careful in doing business with this company, because there is always the possibility you can have a similar experience.

FACTS – their customer service representatives were courteous and professional.
FACTS – their moving crew arrived promptly at 9am
FACTS – their moving crew damaged my furniture which overshadowed the aforementioned “FACTS” – (see photo(s) attached hereunder which verifies my point).

I recently moved from Downtown Fort Lauderdale to Parkland, Florida and a friend of mine recommended Superior Moving. They did an exceptional job..I have used many movers in the past, but Superior exceeded all of my expectations. The movers were very punctual and super friendly. They had to carry all my things down 2 flights of stairs and had a smile on their face the entire time. The price for the move was VERY reasonable and the people at their office made it easy to schedule everything. Also, most of my belongings are stored in one of their storage vaults and I love that theunits are air conditioned, unlike many other storage places. I have already recommended Superior Moving & Storage to many of my friends and they also had very positive feedback. Thank you so much for making my move easy Superior!

Worst experience I have ever had.
All of what you read here and other internet sites about this company are true to the detail.
Attempted fraud by additional billing
Totally inexperienced driver.
Not a moving van, we got a freight van that smelled awful.
Anthony never available when I called.
He threatened to put our belongings in storage and tie it up in Broward courts for a couple of years.
Demanded payment in advance and then billed my credit card an additional $5,000.
CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!

I contracted with Superior Moving & Storage (MC #370277, DOT #837931) based out of Pompano Beach, Fl. During my move I had several negative experiences with the company including multiple times when they were in breach of their contract. On August 6, following our conversation I was sent an updated Order for Service (binding agreement) which included the following information:
* Pick up Date- August 6-12, 2011
* Total Weight- 3,000 lbs.
* Total Cost- $2767.18
Both of the binding estimates above included the following statement in a list of services included:
* "Blanket and Stretch Wrapping/protection of standard furniture.
Whereas my contract stated that the latest pick up date was August 12 I contacted Superior on August 10 to inquire about the status of my move as I had not heard from the company. I was notified that the truck was broken down and unable to pick me up but that it would arrive August 13 or possibly August 14. I contacted Superior, and spoke with Ben, on the 12th. I was told that they had rerouted another truck and that I would be pick up by the 14th at the latest. August 15 I contacted Lauren at Superior Moving and was told that she was unaware that I had been told that the truck would arrive over the weekend. Lauren stated that the truck was near and would arrive by 1:00 p.m. At 2:30 pm I called Lauren. Lauren clarified that the truck would arrive by Wednesday at the latest. I explained that I was required to vacate my property on August 12 and that I had already negotiated to make accommodations for the extra two days. The evening of August 15 Lauren called to notify me that a truck would pick up my shipment the morning of August 16.
August 16, Rob with Superior Moving arrives to load my shipment. When reviewing the provided paperwork I had several questions and called Lauren to clarify before signing the documents. Specifically, I inquired about the Full Replacement Value Liability coverage and was explicitly told that coverage did not exist and the only option available was the $.60/pound option. I also noticed that the weight listed was 5,000 pounds (up from the originally quoted 3000 pounds). Prior to signing the documents I made note on the documents of our conversation and its' discrepancy from the paperwork.
At pick up all furniture was blanket wrapped and taped. All items were loaded into a 27' box truck and the process went smoothly.
When truck arrived August 28, furniture was no longer wrapped and had experience significant damage. August 29, I called Superior to attempt to resolve the dispute. Superior offered no explanation and simply stated that they would mail me a copy of the claim form. I was told that the claim form could not be sent electronically and must be received hard copy. When explaining the situation to the representative on the phone I was told that I must be lying and that the furniture was likely unwrapped on the truck as it was being brought in. I spoke with a male and also with Lauren. When speaking with the male he informed me that the maximum replacement cost would be the $0.60/pound. I explained that would not be sufficient due to their breach of contract. I was told, "There was no breach of contract. You told me your side of the story. I am certain when I speak to the driver they will tell me the real story. I am not just out to screw people." I notified the representative that I would be disputing the charges through my credit card company and he responded, "You will fail. In 10-12 days I will have my payment. I have been in this business over 20 years and nobody has ever been successful in doing that. If you don't like it then you'll have to come to Florida to file legal charges." I requested that the appropriate forms be sent and ended the phone conversation before being further berated.

I received a response from Superior on 9/21 that stated that they would only pay $180 for the damages. The claimed that after speaking with the driver I am lying and that all items were wrapped. Despite the fact that the driver signed the bill of lading on which I stated that items were not wrapped. They refuse to offer any additional funding and completely deny violating their own contract while trying to hold me accountable for it. I also filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the response sent by Superior Moving was completely falsified and contradictory to all documention I possess.

This is the 3rd time we are using Superior Moving & Storage. We have moved both locally and long distance with this company. This last move we could not have asked for a nicer crew to take care of our move. The guys were professional and courteous, and worked very efficiently to pack and unpack everything. Nothing was broken and I still can't believe everything got loaded onto the truck in such a timely fashion. The estimator did a great job and was very professional, advising us of how the move would take place. These guys did a tremendous job, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and personable. Very pleased with the whole moving experience from the start to the end. I highly recommend Superior Moving & Storage.

I searched on Google and interviewed a few moving companies. I decided to use Superior Moving & Storage in Pompano. Out of all the companies, they had the most positive reviews and have been around for a long time, over 20 years which was impressive. I found my customer service rep, Lauren, to be very professional and helpful. I had to change my move date several times due to work commitments and she was understanding and courteous each time. The movers were better than anyone could ask for. They were super-nice guys, very helpful, and they seemed to have a lot of experience moving. I was very impressed with all the services Superior Moving provided for me. I will definitely use them for any future moves.

Superior Moving & Storage in Florida made moving a lot easier. The trucks put at our disposal were big so we had no problem fitting in our large items or the amount of stuff we have accumulated over the last few decades. The staff was polite, efficient, and friendly both on the phone and when they came to our house. They took great care of our items, none of them broke or had any damage when we unpacked. Last, when comparing the costs to other moving companies we contacted before choosing Superior Moving, I honestly believe I got the best bang for my buck. Not only did we get a great price, but we received top notch services. I would definitely advise anyone moving to use Superior Moving!!
