I was very pleasantly surprised with how smooth my move with Sawgrass Moving was. They listened to all my concerns and answered patiently all my questions. They arrived on time both for the pickup and delivery and did a fantastic job packing and unpacking my belongings. They took very good care of my delicate items, furniture and appliances, unpacked them carefully and placed them where I asked. Without hesitation I would use them again and also recommend them to all my friends and relatives. They’ve deserved my trust and respect as well as a good tip. Just keep up the good work, guys!

Sawgrass was quick to go back and forth with me when they wanted my daughters business with her move from Orlando Florida to Washington State , needless to say this has been anything but Convenient the gentleman that wrote the contract could no longer be contacted and Customer service has not been able to do anything to help even track down my Daughters and 1 year old grandsons belongings . I have sent many emails within a 24 hour period once we realized something was wrong to still not get any help with the matter except to be told by the moving company that was contracted by Sawgrass Moving, that I was Mental for wanting to know where thier belongings were and what the timeline was !! This has yet to be determined?? Becareful with this company handling your moves you might never see your belongings again.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $8000

This is a very crooked company. First of all, they quoted me a low price. Then there was a second phone call to verify what I had to move. I added a few things and the price went up 75%. They grossly overestimate the cubic feet for your furniture. I told them I had 30 Bankers Boxes – they estimated them to be 3 cubic feet – I measured mine and they are 1.1 cubic feet for example. During this second call I spoke with Anthony and he is a liar. He made a big deal about being careful about not going over the cubic feet estimate because if I did then it could cost thousands of dollars more. He said that I should purchase 50 extra cubic feet because if my actual cubic feet I need was less than the estimate then they would adjust the amount I had to pay on delivery. This did not happen. The estimate was 569 cubic feet and my actual cubic feet was 450. Anthony did very well for Sawgrass Moving & Relocating and I wouldn’t be surprised if Anthony was making a commission because they over charged me 129 cubic feet – that is a whopping 26.4%. They also charged me $75.00 for stairs. Since Sawgrass is a broker, they hire movers and the movers also charged me their full price for the stairs too. When I called Jaime in customer service, she said she would look into this but has failed to contact me. They are very nice when they are selling you their service, they lie and don’t do what they say, and ignore you when you find out they overcharged you. Please, don’t use Sawgrass or any broker to move.

This place is an absolute scam!!! ALL of my belongings (many pieces that have been in my family for generations) were picked up last Wednesday, November 4th. I was told that it would be 3-7 days and that I would be sent a tracking number THAT NIGHT. I have received ZERO information about where my belongings are. I called yesterday and spoke to them and they told me they would call me back. Never did. Called again and was told that the woman I needed to speak to was busy on the phone so i couldn’t get any information. She said she would call me back that day. Never did. I called again this morning (it’s been 6 days now since they picked up my stuff and I’ve heard NOTHING) and she told me that she doesn’t know where it is because they aren’t the carriers. Now apparently she’s going to try and contact them to hopefully find out where my stuff is. I’m extremely upset as many of these things have huge sentimental value to me and these people seem to not care what so ever. Additionally they clearly do not care at all about the fact that I have to work and therefor need to know when they’re coming. Save yourself the stress. These people are BROKERS!!! TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!

We contracted with this company in good faith. Spoke to Robert that seemed to generally care about our concerns about the move. We paid half which was 531.03. When the movers got there we got a call from Carlos who tried to tell us that we had more sq footage then contracted. My husband works contruction knows sq footage and asked how was he measuring. We had 30 boxes a queen bed and a 66 inch tv and computer monitor. Then carlos stated that the crating the Tv was being charged 150.00. He wanted 500.00 for his expenses. He was told to leave the apartment and lock the door. Instead he loaded the truck up with our belongings and took it. Several text message no contact. Then I was able to contact the office and was told our balance was 575.00 then Friday we got a call from the driver and said we needed to pay 916.00 to have our stuff delievered. This now week 2. They are saying we owe an additional..700.00 which would have cost us 2000.00 which is far from the 1600.00 that was contracted. Then yesterday we got a call from someone on a burner phone. Saying we need to pay 700.00 to move it and more once they get here. When we called back the number was disconnected. We have been waiting since the 30th of October for our belongings and haven't gotten it. We don't know who we are talking to we are not responsible for paying expenses for the driver..that is not our call. They were told to leave our belongings to make other arrangements and they took it any away. Our personal information is in that load.pictures of my mother who has past. My medication..our clothes my office equipment my children birth certificate..everything we had was in there and they are holding them. When I went to text Carlos he denied knowing me even though I had text messages from his phone saying he was the driver and threatened to call the police on me for harassment..then commented call Sawgrass. Everytime we call goes to leave a message you.text them and they don't respond when I went to tge email that gave me the copy of the estimate it tells you.to.click the link of the order number and when you.do it tells. to call customer service. They dont answer. I am forced to take legal action for the stealing of our belongings

I've never been a fan of moving but I used Sawgrass Moving and Relocation, the process couldn't have been easier! They discussed everything and upon getting the bill it was actually lower than the estimate. The movers themselves arrived on time, went over the plan in detail, packed all of our furniture with care and took the same care when unpacking at the new house. In addition the team lead on the job was very nice and the staff in general were all very friendly.
