When I tell you, I was so very skeptical because of all the research and all the different moving companies and bad reviews that are online… I had pretty much given up and decided to rent a U-Haul, and do the move myself from Florida to Georgia. But then I found Safebound Moving & Storage and read the reviews. They were predominantly positive, so I decided to give them a shot. Not only did they give me the best price for the move, but they had my stuff delivered in a week’s time. And the best part….everything was delivered in the condition it left in, including my $2K OLED TV (I was so stressed the entire time). Each member of the team made sure I was informed of the price and timing each step of the way. Patric was great and walked me through the entire process until my items were picked up. And the movers, Mike and Tavares were excellent. Handled everything with care and made sure it was placed accordingly in my new place. I give Safebound a 10/10 rating. I highly recommend them over any company I’ve moved with in the past.

Imagine hiring a babysitter through an agency for $20 / hour for your 9 month old baby. Once you’re out having fun (and have already paid a deposit), the babysitter calls to inform you that the baby has soiled himself, and it’ll be $5 to change the diaper (even though you have diapers) and $10 if there’s poop inside it. Furthermore, once it’s time to eat, they’ll charge separately for heating the meal you’ve already prepared, feeding the baby, and burping him.

When you call the support line for the agency and argue that you’re paying them $20 / hour and it should be included, a customer service representative informs you its company policy, and their hands are tied. Moreso, somewhere deep in your contract, you’ve already agreed to this fee structure.

Unfortunately because it’s your baby and you love him, you’re forced to pay these exorbitant fees, lest he go hungry, remain dirty, or choke. It’s not the customer service rep’s fault - heck, it’s not even the babysitter’s fault. It’s the company that set these rules.

This sums up my experience dealing with Safe Ship moving. They tell you one thing and promise you peace of mind, but in the fine print, you’re going to pay a lot more. I'd prefer they just raise their rates so there's no surprises.

Trying to work with customer service and various managers has been akin to trying to get a deaf, one-legged dog to clap - it’s impossible, and I feel stupid for having tried. They can’t hear you, can’t understand you, and even if they could, they can’t help you. I would rather attempt to teach a quadruple amputee sign language than to work with this company again.

Do NOT Use This Moving Company

I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with this moving company. From start to finish, the entire experience has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise against anyone using their services. It's clear they prioritize speed over quality and customer satisfaction at every turn.

One of the most glaring issues was their complete lack of transparency regarding insurance options. Throughout the entire process, no one bothered to discuss insurance coverage with us. This oversight meant that when our belongings were damaged, we were left without adequate protection or recourse.

Furthermore, they employ underhanded tactics during the signing process. They rush you through the paperwork, emphasizing that any delay could result in losing the initial estimate and being subjected to higher charges. This pressure-cooker approach leaves customers feeling coerced and trapped into accepting terms they haven't had time to fully understand or consider.

Firstly, the communication from the company was HORRIBLE. They were incredibly unreliable, showing up a 2 hours late without any prior notice or apology. This delayed our move significantly, with the movers not finishing until nearly 11pm, leaving us exhausted and stressed.

Promises were made that our belongings would depart the day after pickup, but this turned out to be a blatant lie. Instead, our items stayed in their warehouse for close to a week, causing unnecessary anxiety and inconvenience. Meaning that our stuff were moved around without care more than once.

The condition in which our belongings arrived was appalling. Despite labeling numerous boxes as fragile, many arrived destroyed, with items inside damaged beyond repair. Worst of all, our 98” TV, a significant investment costing nearly $6,000, was completely wrecked. The company assured us repeatedly that they would handle it with care, but the reality was starkly different. They sent inadequately prepared personnel, including a skinny individual ill-equipped to handle such a massive TV, weighing close to 200lbs. Predictably, it was mishandled and now is unusable. The box where it was wrapped in didn’t even have a “FRAGILE” sign.

When we filed a claim for damages, hoping for some form of compensation, the response was insultingly inadequate. They offered a mere $83 for a television that cost thousands of dollars and was completely destroyed due to their negligence.

In conclusion, this moving company's incompetence, poor communication, and utter disregard for customer property make them a hazard to anyone looking to relocate safely and securely. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss – steer clear of this company at all costs.

Safebound logistics did an excellent job with my cross country move from the east coast to California. Felipe was my sales rep who handled everything. Professional and courteous he went above and beyond. Easy to communicate with and was always available to answer my questions (& I had a lot of them!). The companies they have contracts who were integral in making this move happen, were also excellent to say the least. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always kept me in the loop. I even had a last minute unforeseen circumstance for which Felipe and his team went out of their way to accommodate for me to reduce my stress. All my items arrived without damage. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them without hesitation.

What a stressful time! However, Safebound was more than a life saver. I recently booked with another company who decided not to show up within our contract days. I was in a bind and needed to get out as new renters were moving in. I searched for reputable Florida long distance movers and SAFEBOUND LOGISTICS came up. All I have got to say is WOW! Shawn was completely understanding of my situation and breezed me through the process of reserving a truck. Price was fair, so we went ahead and locked it in. Tommy the driver showed up on the re-scheduled date we agreed upon. What a character he is! He even helped my grandmother move her old furniture to salvation army 3 miles down the road. I thought I was going to be stuck in New Hampshire for another week and with nowhere to live. These guys were efficient and professional. Shawn even gave me his personal contact information since my delivery happened on a Sunday! I hope I don’t have to move again- but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling. Go sox! (Shawn is a Yankees fan) :)



Moved from Pelham NH to Lake Worth FL.

Safebound Logistics moved me from a 1st floor condo into a storage unit then into a high rise condo in 48 hours. The crew worked efficiently and professionally to complete the job with little notice. They took care to disassemble, wrap and pad furniture. None of my items were lost or damage during the course of the moves. The crew focused on unloading my labeled boxes to designated rooms to make my unpacking easier without being asked. Prompt, Experienced and Friendly; SL created a seamless transition during both my hectic moves. I highly recommend Safebound Logistics and will book them again in the future!

Mike, Felipe and their team were phenomenal! My company recently asked me to relocate from West Palm Beach, FL to Atlanta, GA. Both Mike and Felipe were at my home the day I contacted Safebound Logistics to look at the bedroom worth of furniture/personal belongings I needed to move. They got me a quote within 24 hours and the entire process was stress free. Mike and Felipe were professional, knowledgeable and diligent. I highly recommend Safebound Logistics if you are considering a move in or out of state!

From the get-go, I was nervous about hiring a moving company. I researched each company and read reviews and decided to go with Safebound Logistics, although they were not the cheapest option. I am SO thankful we chose them! From Patric to the loaders and transporters..this move could not have gone any better! A 1400 mile move completed flawlessly in 3 1/2 days! I will always remember you get what you pay for and just because someone provides a lower bid doesn't mean they will provide the best service. Safebound provides TOP NOTCH service and customer support! If I ever have to work with a moving company again, Safebound will be my choice!

Finally some individuals who were easy going. Got flooded with calls. I picked Safebound based on their availability to come assess my items onsite. Michael was professional and informed me about all the loopholes in this industry. I didn’t move an entire home, as I rented a small 2 bedroom apartment. Nonetheless, they were awesome. I just wanted someone to handle my stuff with care- that’s all. I’ve read crazy stories all over this internet. It’s one of those things where you have to trust your instincts. Anyways, thank you Safebound and Michael for promising and delivering.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2399

I hired Safebound Logistics after being referred by my neighbor who use them to ship some furniture to Illinois. We didn’t cross state lines but we stayed within the Palm Beach county. I had a 4 bedroom house and was downsizing to my new home now. (2 bedroom ranch). The move took place in 3 separate days.

Day 1- The movers arrived early morning to pack the entire place up. Having had back surgery a few years ago, it’s almost impossible for me to lift anything heavy.

Day 2- The guys came back to finally load the truck. They would have been here until 2am if we tried loading on the same day, so we decided to load separelty. It’s amazing how these guys fit everything into the truck. It’s like a puzzle.

Day 3- We arrived at the new house. 1/4 of the stuff was going into the garage as my sister would be hauling it to her barn in Wellington. They unloaded the rest into the house and re-assembled my day bed along with all my other pieces. I am very thankful for the help.

Overall experience was much better than I anticipated. It’s skeptical having people you don’t know in your home, but they showed me that I had nothing to worry about. If my sister can’t have her husband remove these items from the house- she will be calling them.

Safebound Movers arrived on time, worked very efficiently, as a team, to transfer my full 3 bedroom furnishings and belongings to a 2nd story location.
They handled everything carefully and everything remained in excellent condition.

What a terrible mover. We had two moves coming up and booked Safebound Logistics for our local move before we committed to our long distance move from PA to FL. On the day of the move, one mover showed up at 8:30AM, however the rest of the crew NEVER showed up. Safebound posted an ad on Craigslist for additional help, which they found and arrived at 2:30pm. The crew they hired was clearly not vetted, they were SLOW and careless. We had so many damages to our walls, ceilings, hard wood floors, furniture and appliances.. We discussed the charges with Safebound after the move, since they insisted on charging us for 13 hours when their head mover said that if they had experiences movers, it should of taken 6-7 hours. We have been attempting to work with their Support department for the insurance claim, however they are slow to respond and do not uphold any promises. I would do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY, clearly not a professional company and have no interest in making good on any commitments or providing customer service.

Finally, over a month after the move, they came back with an offer of 365.69 to settle the damages. This is not remotely close to the damages.
