Good Team

Very pleased with how my move went. Jamaal and the other guy were extremely efficient. They took care of all my belongings and told me everything they were doing. They moved my two bedroom apt into a two bedroom home in about 3.5 hours. They put everything in the respective rooms or basement. It was a pleasure working with them and very affordable. Definitely worth it!

Satisfied with this company

This company did an awesome job helping me and my family to move. Due to having to relocate for a new job, I needed a company that would be able to help us move quickly. The staff was friendly and responded to my every need. They were also very careful with all of our furniture. They were professional and made sure I was happy with the way things were going.

They understood my current situation and worked quickly to ensure everything was done in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend Safe Ship to everyone.

Moving

The worst moving experience I have ever had. The promises of low prices go out the window from the first estimate. More of a bait and switch tactic. Best if one just goes with a large moving company. The mover showed up at 2 pm with only one helper. The truck had no lift or ramps to put on a 4 wheeler. We had to search for a local ramp to load the 4 wheeler. It was an unsafe loading putting myself and others at risk. The first day was short only 3 hrs. The next day they showed up with two loaders. The foreman was none concerned about my property pretty much forcing things to fit. I was told the crew would disassemble things and then reassemble when destination was reached. I had to spend over 4 hours disassembling things myself. The mover left without a walk through leaving items behind which he had to turn around and return to pick them up. The mover wasn’t prepared for the move there was not enough blankets to cover things and I was charged for things that didn’t exist. For example a television box that was wrapped with my comforter. There seems to be two entities one has to deal with the brokers then the movers and the ones that have the final say is the mover which dictates the price. Then I found out it was not a point A the point B delivery but the load went to a hub to be handled again to be loaded onto a larger truck for delivery. I would highly recommend anybody moving would stay away from using this company. They are full of empty promises!

Good guys!

I live on a military base and have had problems in the past with unprofessional moves so this time I decided to go with Safe Ship because they are a broker and said that they thoroughly vet their moving companies. They did an amazing job. The movers worked quickly and were very nice.

Thieves

Guys showed up to load my dad's belongings and left after 2 hours.. didn't return until 10am the next day after I called to complain.. same guys continued loading the truck that was just my dad's truck! Same guys drove and delivered the truck and unloaded it. Multiple bins were dug through and incorrect covers were put back on after stealing what they wanted.. Multiple bins missing including my dad's safe box that had our family's jewelry and rings,watches. Do not use this company unless you want to be robbed blind! They are doing nothing about getting our belongings back

. The drivers even admitted they stopped at home in Columbus Ohio

..that's why they were a day late..total crooks..
