Excellent service of Arrow Movers!!

OUTSTANDING service all the way around! Roger is so knowledgeable and so efficient. Packing was seemless and they had all the neccessary supplies!! Roger and his assistant Jackson safely packed and loaded all of my prize possessions safely into boxes and I could never be so confident that they will make it to my destination safe and sound.!! I highly recommend Roger and Arrow Moving Co!! From the very beginning, Roger was professional, punctual, and incredibly attentive to my needs! They handled my belongings with care, ensuring everything was securely packed. Roger and Jackson worked efficiently and with a positive attitude. They navigated my home with ease, carefully maneuvering furniture through tight spaces. It was evident they were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing! Lastly, Roger, had all the paperwork ready and was very knowledgeable and showing me where to sign and made the process quick and easy. I was so happy about my whole experience!!

If I could give SafeShip Moving Services zero stars, I would. This company is a textbook example of a predatory moving broker that lures customers in with empty promises and then disappears the moment they have your money.

I was initially assured that my move from Southern California to Minnesota would be handled professionally, with clear communication and a reliable delivery timeframe. Instead, I find myself SEVEN DAYS past the expected delivery date with absolutely no idea when—or even if—my belongings will ever arrive. The only “assistance” I receive is a robotic, dismissive response that my delivery window is “up to 14 business days.” This is completely contrary to what was promised during the sales process, where I was led to believe I would receive robust customer service and timely delivery.

Once they secured my payment, SafeShip’s so-called ‘customer service’ turned into an absolute nightmare—rude, combative, and utterly indifferent to my situation. They provide no real updates, no solutions, and certainly no accountability. Planning a move with this company is impossible because they make zero effort to be transparent or honest about when your belongings will actually arrive.

Now I am being told that my belongings are still somewhere in California and will only be delivered when it is most financially beneficial for them to do so. Safe Ship seems to have very little communication or influence over the carriers they hire and seem to just take the lowest bidder regardless of quality or care.

At this point, I genuinely fear that I will never see my possessions again. There are many other bad reviews I was unaware of until I experienced my own ordeal. This has been one of the worst business transactions I have ever made, and I regret every single cent I paid to this disgraceful company. If you value your sanity, your time, and your belongings, STAY FAR AWAY from SafeShip Moving Services.

The movers sent to my house had to move more items that what I originally had scheduled, and they did so without any bit of a fuss.. They were kind, polite and FAST!!! It would have took me all day to do what they did in two hours. They were extremely professional and I will most certainly be using this service again. I highly recommend. Everything was wrapped by the movers with care and completely. I have no worries about shipping my furniture, TV and household items from Delaware to California. My move was not a typical move. My dad passed away 2 years ago and my brother has been cleaning out the house. He boxed up everything that I was interested in. There were only a couple of pieces of furniture and about 70 boxes. Everything about my move was handled in a very professional manner starting with my initial phone call. They answered all my questions and made suggestions to make sure everything went smoothly. Then, at both the pick-up in NJ and the delivery in FL all went very smoothly. Movers were very helpful and cleaned up everything when they were through. The best part was the price was very reasonable! It was well below what other companies or shipping units were quoting me. I would absolutely recommend Safe Ship Moving to anyone looking for a reasonable price for extreme professionalism.
