Rip offs

Don’t even think about going with this company! They are pros at getting your deposit, then the movers show up and pretend your move is too much. Then, they’ll double your quote for delivery. Our $4,000 move turned into $8,000 with the movers waking in the door. Deposit gone, and no one answers your calls after that. SCANDALOUS.

Highly recommended!!

The two gentlemen who moved us, Jerry and Ben, were fantastic! They were very professional, courteous, and helpful. Everything was packed meticulously, and no damage was done. One item that needed attention, an Ikea TV stand, became wobbly in the move, and the guys worked to tighten and make it as good as new.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

Scheduled a moveon7/20 and the rep asked me to Zelle the money (MY MISTAKE). A week later, I had to cancel the move and have been waiting for a refundever since. They do not answer their phone nor do they respond to emails.

BUYER BEWARE. My next step is to lawyer up.

Unresponsive scammers

Route 66 has had our things since June and have not delivered them nor answered our calls. We’ve kept a tracker and know it’s just sitting in a storage unit in Philly. Only responses have been through a BBB complaint with false promises of delivery. DO NOT book them for your long distance moving needs.

I wasn't expecting to see any damage to my contents since I packed the container very tight per their instructions, Their steel container structure provides tie down opportunity to help keep anything from shifting. The move was pretty great recommended.
