As always, Roadway made the entire moving process absolutely seamless. From the moment they arrived to carefully pack up my home, it was clear I was in expert hands. Every item was treated with care and precision, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate changes to our moving plans, something I truly appreciated during such a hectic time.

As a busy mom and business-owner, having a moving company I can completely rely on is invaluable. Roadway took so much of the stress off my plate, allowing me to focus on everything else going on in my life without worrying about the logistics or safety of my belongings.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6000

Although they are the first movers I have used who delivered my items without any breakage, they did not deliver two very expensive specimen plants in their equally expensive planters. They are rare enough that I can not even replace them.They insisted on my signing off on everything having arrived before they would even unload the truck. So, I had to sign off despite two plants valued at about $500 each NOT being delivered. This should not be allowed. They were unresponsive when I asked that certain things NOT be packed. They packed them anyway and then could not find them to unpack them even when I discovered immediately that they were gone. In a couple of instances, the foreman insisted I had changed my mind and told them to pack the items. I did no such thing. The foreman, a young guy, had a mouth I could do without. He insisted the scratches on my bed frame were not only there before they moved it out to the truck but that he had pointed them out to me. Not true. When I asked that they not put other items on my bedroom dresser while they were packing because it was an expensive piece of furniture, his response was that I had enough money to replace it. That was one comment which got reported to the company. They were incredibly expensive, and I have to wonder why they insist on a credit card and will not take a check. Would I use them again? Heck, no.

Phenomenal and amazing moving company! I had a wonderful experience with Roadway Moving company, and highly recommend them for your next move, because WOW. To start off, this was no easy feat. This was a cross-country move from Los Angeles to New York. I had everything already in a storage unit so their team arrived on time and early, secured all of my items, took a detailed inventory, and packed it up into their truck. They then went on to transport it across the country. The communications team also maintained great updates with me, and let me know when to expect the delivery. In less than two weeks my items arrived on the truck in NYC, and they delivered everything in perfect condition ( I WAS SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT) !!! Not to mention they also took all of my items up my New York City walk-up/multiple flights of stairs. I made sure to provide them with water and lunch for doing such a great job and left tips for both the pickup and delivery. From the movers to their comms team, I had a wonderful and seamless process. I will definitely be using them next time I move.

I recently moved and had an excellent experience with Roadway Moving. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The movers arrived on time, were very professional, and handled all of my belongings with great care.

I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and efficiency. They packed everything securely and worked quickly without compromising the safety of my items. They were also extremely communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way.

This is the second time we moved with Roadway and I couldn’t be more thankful and thrilled to have used them again. We moved out of our storage unit in NJ and the efficiency of the move was incredible (again)! They moved our items with such care but move at the same time very quickly. Everyone was so nice and helpful, they even placed the furniture in its respective rooms which was such a help. Our move was a total of 8 hours from unpacking our storage unit into the truck, a lunch break, travel to our new place and then unloading the truck. Not to mention I didn’t have to lift a finger. As many times as we moved, there’s no way we could have been that quick and efficient on our own. Thank you again to Roadway! You have us as a customer for life ??

This was my second time hiring Roadway Moving and they did not disappoint once again. They packed all my things this time - I’m talking cups, plates, appliances, clothes, bathroom toiletries etc - and they did a phenomenal job. They also took like 3-4 hours when usually it takes me a week or two to pack everything up. They moved me into my new home and not a single thing broke. They arranged all my furniture back where I wanted it to go and I was just so so happy by the end of it all. If you’re considering movers, do yourself a favor and let it be Roadway!
