I have used Roadway for my last four moves in NYC, and they have been exceptional every single time. The movers arrived right on time and were able to wrap and move everything out of my old apartment and into my new one, swiftly & efficiently. All of my belongings arrived at my new home safe and sound. The team communicated expertly with me about where to place furniture, and even rebuilt my bed and kitchen table for me. I would absolutely recommend Roadway to anyone seeking a reliable moving company!

Roadway Moving is hands down the best moving company I’ve ever worked with. Every time I’ve used them (this is now my third move!), the process has been fast, easy, and completely stress-free. This is my second move with Roadway. And yes? I’ve tried other companies before and it was STRESSFUL! Extra charges for random things, movers complaining about heavy items, and boxes just dumped in the middle of the room. Roadway was the total opposite. They showed up on time, shook my hand, and were positive from start to finish. No hidden fees, no attitude, just people who genuinely wanted to help.

They took care of items I didn’t even know how to pack, and instead of leaving everything in a pile, they put things where they actually belonged. It made settling in so much easier.

What stood out the most was how much the crew respected their company and their CEO. One of the guys told me how he started Roadway from nothing, still jumps in to help on moves, and takes care of his employees. You can feel that in the way they work.

I’ll never go back to another company. Roadway made moving actually feel manageable, which I never thought I’d say.

We had the most amazing experience with our movers from Roadway moving company. They showed up with smiles on ready to help in anyway possible. They handled our entire move with care, were extremely efficient and I loved how perfect they were for our family with 4 young children and 3 french bulldogs they were dog and kid friendly to the max! They wrapped everything so well making sure nothing would break and even saw we had a few more things to get packed up and didn’t kind lending a hand. They are truly like magic, I kept telling them the whole time how lucky we were to have them. We couldn’t have picked a better moving company to help our family move to our forever home!

This was our second move in under a year and Roadway made BOTH moves so seamless and stress-free, I cannot thank them enough! They helped us partially pack this time around and wrapped not only fragile items, but carefully wrapped plastic spatulas and spoons - the care & attention to detail is incredible. We're hoping to stay in this house for longer but we will definitely be calling them for the third time in the future! Thank you Roadway, we love you guys! Can't recommend enough xx

I could not have made the biggest transition in my life without Roadway moving. After going through a divorce and needing to relocate from a 5 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom apartment in nyc, as a single mom with 3 kids I dreaded this massive move. Roadway quite literally took the stress out of my move. I have never witness a more professional crew, from helping me pack up everything I couldn’t possibly have packed up myself to safely transporting my belongings both to an apartment and the rest of my stuff in their storage facility, I have never breathed a bigger sigh of relief. I will be once again relocating in a few months to our forever home and am so thankful I will be working with Roadway again. I will forever be grateful to Roadway for helping me at a time I needed all the help I could get!

We just moved to a new apartment this weekend and used Roadway Moving again for the second time! And just like the first time, we had another seamless and stress-free moving experience.

Special kudos to Elmer, Ovidio , Mario, Raul for really taking the time to pack our furniture to make sure they are fully covered and well-protected. They also made sure that all of our things were placed where we wanted them to go. They made us feel at ease throughout the whole moving experience!

Even though it was already wrapped, they took the time to unwrap, inspect, and rewrap every piece to make sure it was extra secure for transport. Everything was straightforward from start to finish, and they even rebuilt + placed each item exactly where I wanted in my new home.

I’m so excited that Roadway Moving is finally open in Chicago! I’ve always seen people using Roadway and now I completely understand why! it was hands down the easiest and most seamless move I’ve ever had. Julien, Edgar, and Miguel were absolutely amazing. They were kind, efficient, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. Moving can be so stressful, but thanks to them, our move day felt calm and completely under control. We honestly miss them already! They handled all of our belongings with such care, I even let them take my VERY sensitive plants with them in the truck! We live downtown in a high rise, and they were excellent and efficient with the 2-hour freight elevator time block that we were given at both our new and old apartments. Wow I am blown away by Roadway! This was my second time using them, they moved me into my LA apartment three years ago, and they were the first people I called when it was time to move again. Not only were the movers incredibly kind and helpful, they were very thorough in protecting items that were important to me and making sure they were transported safely to my new place. The move was incredibly efficient — I was shocked when we finished everything in 3 hours (I was only moving down the street but wow)! Everyone at Roadway is incredibly professional — the pre-and post move out process was a breeze, and their team consistently followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered and everything went well. Hands down I will use them for every move!!!

Roadway Moving was SO helpful with my local move in San Francisco! They arrived on time and got straight to packing up my things. Making sure to layout mats to protect the floors first, then wrapping all my items and carefully carrying them down a flight of stairs. The wardrobe boxes came in so handy for all the clothes in my closet. I didn't have to lift a finger and they were able to move my stuff to my new spot in just a couple hours! Super efficient and friendly staff ???

I've used Roadway for my last two moves so at this point it's a no brainer. They moved my whole two bedroom apartment in the blink of an eye and were able to assist with any extra scheduled services I needed. The main reason I continue to use a roadway is because the men they employ are genuinely so nice and make the whole experience something that doesn't need to be questioned

- they just get it done. Not one missing or damaged item.
