Roadway Moving

2025 is my year! Year of the Snake, baby! I decided to do a major renovation of my NYC apartment, including new furnishings. My old furniture was still in good condition, so I decided to gift it to family members. Of course, I couldn't move the furnishings on my own, so I called my favorite moving company, Roadway, for help. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate my busy schedule, and I was really happy with the smooth and professional service they provided. If you need a moving service, these are your guys. Forget to mention it is my second time to use this company. No stress and no pain !

I recently used Roadway for the third time. We have used Roadway to move from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in NYC. From a two bedroom in NYC into storage for 10 months, then into a 4 bedroom house on Long Island. Finally, we used them to move from our Long Island home to our new home outside of Boston. Each move has been amazing and their attention to detail has been extremely meticulous. They are so fast and efficient and make sure to wrap each item and furniture meticulously. The crew is extremely friendly and take direction very well for what items need extra care. I highly recommend considering Roadway for your move. They made it stress free each time. Couldn't have done it all these times without them!

I have nothing but great things to say about this moving company. I moved from MA to NY and Roadway made it a seamless experience. Steve and Jonathan were who helped me and they were professional, kind, and so helpful. I was also extremely impressed with how quickly they transferred my things from my apartment to the truck and vice versa when we got to NY. All of my things arrived safely with zero damages. I’m so pleased with this experience and will definitely be using them if I ever move again!

I had an amazing experience with Roadway! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. The guys were on time, and they handled all of my stuff with great care—wrapping everything securely to ensure nothing got damaged. Not only were they efficient with packing and unpacking, but they also made the entire process so much fun with their humor and positive attitudes. They were super kind and professional, making the whole move smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely hire them again for any future moves. Highly recommend!

I just had my 3rd move with Roadway Moving, and my experience has always been nothing short of wonderful. The coordination of my move is always easy and seamless. I love how multiple people from Roadway check in on me throughout the whole process to make sure everything goes smoothly.

On moving day, my movers are always friendly, professional, and efficient. They handle my belongings with great care and make sure everything is to my liking. I highly recommend their full packing service which has saved me so much energy and time. My movers packed everything for me so meticulously, and it only took a few hours to complete the whole move from start to finish. I can't even imagine how long it would've took if I attempted the move myself.

I hope to use Roadway for every move in the future!

Roadway Moving made my move exceptionally easy.

Diego and his team arrived and packed everything in less than two hours, and I was genuinely amazed! Roadway moving also supplied boxes for all my equipment and dining ware, which significantly simplified the moving process.

The whole experience was quick, efficient, and well-structured. I am endlessly thankful to Roadway for making this transition seamless and hassle-free. Will book again and again.

Thank you Roadway Moving!!!!

Roadway Moving was absolutely incredible. It was my first time ever using a moving company, and I was blown away by how smooth and stress-free the experience was. The crew was so kind, professional, and hardworking—they treated all my items with so much care, especially my breakables. I’ve done international moves before where I had to part with a lot of my things, so it meant so much to have a team that helped me keep and safely move all my favorite home pieces. I truly couldn’t recommend them enough!

I've moved a lot over the course of my life. SF>Chicago>NYC and within cities. It's my first time using Roadway movers and they have exceeded all my expectations. I always end up having things break or the end price being an a lot higher than the estimate. Roadway was honest and stayed within the estimate and it arrived quickly and safely. Nothing broken. They took everything apart and did not lose one single item from the move. They wrapped and unwrapped everything for me upon arrival. From NYC > SF It took 1 business week and arrived Monday. With all the communication and stress with planning, sometimes it's hard to get in contact with the movers. Roadway movers were so nice and professional, at the office and in person. They texted me everyday with updates about where my items were and when they would arrive and It felt like I had a friend in both cities holding my hand through the entire process. I will now forever be a fan of roadway movers and scream it from the rooftops. SO GOOD. I don't even think moving is stressful anymore with Roadway.

We just completed a massive 4-bedroom apartment move with Roadway, and I'm still smiling! Their team's precision, care, and kindness made all the difference to an experience that is usually quite stressful.

From the moment they arrived (right on schedule, I might add!), it was clear we were in good hands. The crew worked with military precision, tackling our mountain of belongings with ease and efficiency.

But what really impressed me was their people skills. Our kids were bubbling with excitement (and a little anxiety), but the Roadway team took it all in stride. They were warm, patient, and understanding – true professionals!

If you're facing a move, do yourself a favor and hire Roadway. Trust me, you won't regret it!

I couldn’t be more grateful for Roadway during my recent move! During the weeks leading up to my move to another apartment, I felt stressed over the details but after speaking with the team, I instantly felt more at ease knowing that they are pros at what they do.

Their communication is super clear from the start, and every member of the team is easy to work with. They treat you so kindly and are always making sure things are done right. Since my move was at the end of the month (a busy time for movers), the elevator times were limited but Roadway solved that by arriving early that morning to pack everything just in time.

They wrapped up all my furniture and labeled each box so that things were transported with care. The process was pretty quick, which is amazing considering the amount of boxes and furniture I have.

Overall, I highly recommend Roadway for your next move — whether it be a local or long-distance one!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1850

Another seamless, stress-free move with Roadway! Without a doubt, they are the best moving company I’ve ever worked with, and having a team that not only excels at their job but genuinely cares is an absolute blessing.

After a disappointing experience with a previous moving company that left many of my belongings damaged, Roadway went above and beyond—carefully rewrapping everything before transporting it across the country to ensure no further harm. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly set them apart.

From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly professional, proactive, and communicative. I received continuous updates throughout the move, so I always knew exactly what was happening and when. On top of that, they regularly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and was completely satisfied with their service.

Roadway isn’t just a moving company—they’re a team that genuinely cares, and working with them is always a pleasure!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6400

I’ve used Roadway twice for moving (local & cross country) and I genuinely can’t recommend them enough! They make moving as exciting, seamless & stress free as it should be. They’re always friendly and make sure you don’t have to lift a finger. They wrap & pack everything with so much care- my stuff has made it safely every time! They kept me updated constantly on where my things were/when they would arrive. I will never move without Roadway because they make moving feel enjoyable!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7000

I don’t know where to begin with my review. I booked my first long distance, move with Roadway from New York to Texas. The movers in New York and Texas were efficient, professional, kind, and even let me help with labeling my boxes. I loved the way the crew handled my belongings and made the process seamless to pack up my items to Texas. The team was organized before my move, during my move, and after my move. I was told that I would get a phone call when my items are ready to be transported from New York to Texas and then again more communication when I was time to be given a window of my delivery. Once my items got to Texas, the team quickly unpacked all of my belongings and helped me assemble my furniture and place my boxes in the organized rooms I had requested. I am so grateful that roadway continues to be my extended family when I have big life changes like move across the country.
