I have never had such horrible customer service in my entire life. At this point I would have preferred to move each item from Georgia to California one by one in my Honda Civic than to ever go with this company again. They hired a different company to do the actual pick up and delivery and they don’t tell you that when they’re trying to get your business. The company that came packed up my things and then charged me for special packing that they used to cover the Mirror without telling me first. They just expected me to pay the $150 extra. They also stated I took up more square feet than originally quoted but they didn’t pack anything well at all. I could’ve packed the truck better by myself. And when I said ok take the ikea dresser out, I’m on with donating it- they laughed. You shouldn’t plan on just charging people extra without notice. I’ve called multiple times for an update and every time the man I speak to- who seems to be the same snarky man just says how is he supposed to know where my stuff is and I’ll get a call the day before when the driver is in the area. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my stuff. I got a call yesterday that the driver should be delivering today and would call me to confirm delivery. At that point I FINALLY got my driver’s name and number. No call from the driver by 6 pm so I called the number provided. No answer. There’s not guarantee the driver will even show up and I’ve been sitting around all day waiting for them. I’m so upset. I paid $3200 to sleep on the floor for a month. I could’ve just donated my things and bought a new bed for that price.

(Shady) BROKER - not a moving company


Despite the name sounding a moving carrier, they are just a broker and take 15% fee for booking the move with a sub contractor. The one we got placed with was rated low in reviews, and never showed up.

They have honest sounding representatives explain everything before giving a deposit. Once you pay that, they become completely unresponsive. They talk as if they are the moving company, and never say over the phone they are brokers.

Looking at the contract, it does say they are brokers in tiny print at the bottom. I told the manager of training that they should disclose proactively that they are brokers and his response was "I'm not going to do that because I don't have to."

Advice: Run away! These guys are not legit.

This company is not upfront about being a moving broker, not a moving company. The movers they contracted were 4 hours outside of the original time frame given. Their arrival at 6:15pm to my storage unit meant it was dark and cold as they worked; it also meant I was frequently checking the time as the unit closes at 10:00pm. Matters were made worse when the movers locked themselves out of their truck, spending at least 45 minutes trying to open it. I asked repeatedly what their plan was and how long before they would be ready to load the truck, but just received the response that they would try for several more minutes. Though the movers were able to open the truck, I don't trust my belongings are safe in a truck they were able to break into.

Additionally, I believe the company intentionally gave me a much lower estimate than was realistic, as the estimate was just over $1,000 less than what the movers charged. Though there were extra boxes, this represents a 50% increase from the original estimate--and I do not have 50% more things than represented in the estimate. I chose this company because they offered the most competitive price, but the cost is now significantly higher than any other quote I received. Payment is typically cash or money order, which causes me to question the legitimacy of this business. On top of this, I was given no estimate for when my belongings would be delivered.

When I talked to customer service, their representative dismissed rather than addressed my concerns, would not connect me to a manager, and would not give me an assurance that anyone would follow up with me, period.

I don't trust this company at all.

This company low ball the prices. (They would offer the most competitive price) The price that they quoted for including full service, means packing and moving the boxes. I told them this is an apartment and it is on 3rd floor with out an elevator and they agreed upon the request.
Guess what? The day they were supposed to move, the moving people said, we need to box and pack and getting down through stairs it is an extra of $1575. I tried so many time to contact the moving company and no one answered the call. I tried to call the next day and the person I talked to was very rude and when I asked why is it extra? He replied "Would you carry this luggage for free". I asked for the quote ahead of time.

They made me to pay a initial non-refundable deposit and I don't know if there is way to get $1140 back.

Please don't fall for this.
