Do not trust any of these 5 star reviews. This company was a nightmare to work with. We cancelled the services because of the honest reviews on google 2 months before we were moving (aka well out of the 72 hour contractual cancellation window) and they 1. Haven’t refunded us the deposit (which they tried to make us pay over Venmo) and 2. Will not answer our calls or emails. Sketch AF company, save your time and money and just invest in a pod or something that’s actually reliable and legitimate.

I repeat do not use this company they will scam you hard they raised our rate 50% at the 72 hour no return Mark so now we can’t get our $2000 down payment and we don’t get to have our stuff shipped by these con artists they reassured us that the bill was going to be $4700 time in an time out in time in an time out and I called multiple times to make sure and I wanted it in writing they could never give it to me in writing Tyler is a scam artist and Anna is there accomplice these two worked in together to rip people off they work for the same company but there was a 50% discrepancy they said my products grew in size tables and couches don’t grow they had horrible accountability for their estimate even calling and telling them that they were off several times and wanted reassurance they just kept telling me that it didn’t matter it didn’t matter and then they just wait to the 72 hour mark and then charge you 50% more do not use this company they will rip you off

I was treated so poorly by the staff!! I was called a dumb Bitch! I was cancelling my move with them because, I saw all the horrible reviews. Tyler argued with me and said an estimate is a guarantee. That’s BS!!

To be given a estimate means: roughly calculate or judge the value, number, quantity, or extent of. Guarantee means: a promise that something will be or will happen as stated. When I told him that the better Business Bureau score is a F. He told me. I don’t even know what that is. He said all the reviews were fake and written by other competitors not actually clients. He insulted me several times !! Calling me bitch and other derogatory names. Don’t use this company!!!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1850

This company is a joke! I had my itemized list and quoted one amount and then 2 days before the move the price was doubled and I was told I’d lose my $5000+ deposit if I cancelled. I was also told there would be plenty of room on the truck in case the square footage was more than anticipated with 4-6 guys blanketing my items and wrapping them for protection. Instead there were 2 guys, they wrapped items with Saran Wrap, ALL of my furniture was damaged (I’m still unboxing so the rest is to be determined), AND they left many items behind because the wrong size truck was sent! This move was and still is a nightmare. I’ve moved several times and have never dealt with such incompetence and disrespect. Once they got their deposit they did not care one bit about my items being left behind by the movers nor my damaged items. I’ve had to turn them in to the BBB because they will not call me back to address the issues at hand. I’ve been respectful and professional but have not received the same in return basically being told it’s my problem that my items are still left across the country. So now I’ve had to have those items packaged to ship to me as the movers won’t finish the job I paid them to do and I’m not talking small, replaceable items. I was also told that certain items would not be stacked upon such as my leather sofa and grill in which both items had multiple things stacked on top of them. My dining room table passed down to me is destroyed. Literally the base that they removed from the top is in pieces. I could go on but I’ll leave it at that. I’ve talked to 4 people at the company now and not one has a resolution for me and they say they’ll call me back but do not. Horrible experience hand down.

This company is a big scammer. Most of the five star reviews should be fake based on my experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this moving company.

First, Monika Deihl from sales called me and gave an estimate of 2481.34 and I paid 50% up front and asked me to pay the rest on the destination. The movers canceled the pickup date twice, due to this I have to change my entiere schedule and flight tickets which cost me $3000.00. When the mover finally showed up, there was only one one person with his girlfriend in the truck, he kept insisting on me for help moving stuff into the truck. He broke many items and boxes as he was not able to move them alone. He also abused me and family members during this process. When I asked him to stop that nonsense and unload everything, he didn't listen and just drove the truck with my stuff ,without my signature on papers. I called Monika and customer service several times and nobody answered, after a while someone called and said I need to pay $8000 to get my stuff delivered. I called Monika again and she said she has nothing to do with the delivery. It's altogether a different company called American Home Relocation. I also called American Home Relocation not premier to check why they are charging 3 times more, they said it took more cubic feed than initial estimate. Finally I end up paying 3 times the initial estimated money to get my stuff to my new place.

Once the truck arrived at the new place I took all the pictures and videos, it clearly shows the cubic foot matching the initial estimate, both the companies scammed me to get more money. Delivery driver was nice and mentioned that my stuff was on the floor broken at the warehouse when he picked it up, he also gave a written summary of all the broken stuff. When I called Monica several times about the damages and cubic feet scam, she asked me to create a claim and contacted Alyx Poitier. Alyx Poitier asked me to create a claim at WWW.CSIPROS.ORG. I have created a claim at WWW.CSIPROS.ORG and they rejected saying they don't take claims for Premium Global Vanline, Alyx asked me to create a claim for American Home Relocation, I did so , again they rejected claim registration saying the same reason. After that I tried to contact both Premium Global Vanline and the claim company. None of them are lifting phone calls or answering emails. Now I am working with an attorney to sue a company.

Moving is too expensive to settle for such poor customer service and scammers. Go somewhere else. If the movers are great then you won’t have to deal with this headache…if for some reason you fall in this trap GOOD LUCK and god bless you!!!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5086

Contacted the company to get a estimate for a move from VA to MO. We thought it would be out of our price range but checked anyway. Spoke with John the sales rep who told us to list all large items for the inventory and quote. We told him about a storage unit we also had and he said not to worry as long as we didn’t add a car or a velociraptor that our estimate would not change. The quote came back about $200 more than a Uhaul but they would load the truck for us and the gas was covered. We thought it was too good to be true but John assured us we were getting a heavy discount because this was a back haul and if they didn’t fill the truck they would have to drive a empty truck back. He explained some money is better than none so we agreed to the move. Two days prior to the move Anna called to verify our list but explained it needed to be comprehensive not just the big items. We were to write down anything that would not fit into a box. After producing the list our total was going to be $14,000 for the move! We were astounded because we only added smaller items. Anna seemed to care and said she tried to get our $900 deposit refunded but MGT refused saying the truck was already enroute to our location(48 hours prior). Then they offered to take half of our stuff so we didn’t lose our deposit then we could still rent a UHaul for the rest. Needless to say DO NOT give these people your stuff! DO NOT pay a deposit. DO NOT deal with these scammers. Lesson learned and be warned.

They will promise you the world. I was promised “all in” moving costs for ~$2,100 to move less items than what would be included in a studio apartment. I was assured and reassured this was everything included minus tip. I still have no idea what my final costs will be (& have paid over double my all in quote) bc I keep getting different info from every person I speak to. No one will let me talk to a manager. They work with other parties so you’ll talk to numerous companies and not get the same information twice. 95% of employees that I’ve interacted with are unprofessional, and simply lack any information and skill other than to defer you. I also already had a claim open about the cost of the move before my items were even picked up! They did not arrive for pickup when planned, almost had to change my closing date.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $5300

They have had my things since 4/20/2022. I called them in May and gave them my new address to deliver to. It has now been 3 weeks. I emailed a third party arbitration to try and get my stuff. They could not find Premier Global Van lines or Modest Movers. (They go by both). They are not a legitimate moving company. Do not get scammed by them. They will raise your rates every time you talk to them, and then when the movers get there, they tack on more fees. Customer service after the pickup is also poor. They are condescending and rude when you ask for a date of delivery. They are now holding my things hostage. I'm not sure I will get it back. Every 5 star review on this site is a lie. They hire these people to give 5 star reviews to look good, but if you look deeper, you will find that they also review other moving companies. What a scam.

Phoenix to Charlotte shipment picked on 4/27 and no update till today(6/2). No reply to emails or even if you ask to call back from contact info, there is no response. When you call them, you get only one reply - “we haven’t heard back from the truck driver and will let you know once we get update” , I didn’t get any update for the last one month. They already exceeded the business days committed in their contract for delivery . I am not sure whether my house holds will be delivered also. Will write another review after that. I am going to raise a complaint in BBB

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3900

They sub contract all of their work to avoid being responsible for delivery. When they unloaded my furniture several expensive items belonged to another customer. I did the right thing and pointed this out and tried to return them. Also many of my items were missing so I tried to file a claim. They stonewalled me and refused to compensate in any way. Over the past several years they have also changed the name of the company. My guess is to hide from the reviews like this.

Absolute scam. This company gave me a bad feeling after booking with them, so I cancelled prior to my move & was owed back my full refund of my $1,050 deposit. After no one responding to me for cancelling, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Come to find out, these movers provided an entirely false document of the cancellation policy than what they provided me. Absolute fraud! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. All the good reviews are fake reviews, I promise. Please learn from my experience.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1050

They say they aren't a broker, but they are. I was quoted an amount, then a few days prior to pick up I was quoted a higher fee and agreed to it based on amount of boxes. We agreed to make the estimate a bit higher, instead of getting stuck with a higher fee at pick up. It was scheduled for May 26 pick up and I was told they would pick up and drive 500 miles per day and to expect around May 28-29 delivery to Florida, from Michigan. I rented a storage unit and a personal truck to meet them that weekend. Then all hell broke lose. A company came out and stated they are the subcontractor and that my stuff would be picked up and held in a Chicago warehouse until sorted and ready to ship to Florida. They said typically 2 weeks. They told me the contract I had with Premier Global Van Lines is no longer relevant and that I'd have to sign their contract, which the timeline and fees and terms were entirely different. They immediately charged me an added $400 on the spot for my bedroom armoire, stating it was bulky. I held back several items and about 15 boxes to move myself, but after loading their truck, they said I have 666 MORE cubic feet than what was estimated and they DOUBLED my charges. I called Premier Global Van Lines who said I could file a claim later and they couldn't do anything now. I was upset that all the sticker labels they placed on my boxes were falling off. I questioned it and was worried about them losing my stuff. The one lead mover said "tell her I don't care, I don't care at all". Wonderful. They took my stuff and told me they'd be in contact for delivery. Well, it's been two months and two days, as of today. I've been calling both Premier Global Van Lines and this subcontractor daily. I get the run around that dispatch doesn't have it on the schedule yet. No one has an answer. Today I asked for help and when I begged for someone to get answers, they said they'd look into it but couldn't do anything. I then asked them this: "If no one else is scheduled for a Florida move, will my stuff stay in your warehouse for months and months and could stay there 6 months to a year?" They replied, "that's possible". I'm in tears. No one is helping me. I have all my clothes, furniture, office equipment, kitchen items....the whole damn house...sitting in a warehouse in Chicago. I've been paying 3 months on a Florida storage unit for certain items that would need to go in there. I am at a complete loss for words about this company. I cannot get any supervisor or manager from either company on the phone, just run around from sales employees at both. BEWARE AND NEVER EVER EVER HIRE PREMIER GLOBAL VAN LINES FOR YOUR MOVE. If there is anyone who was able to file a lawsuit against them or got financial compensation for any of this, please contact me. This isn't right. This shouldn't happen to people. From all the poor comments, apparently it has happened to many people.
