Thanks guys!

This was our first time using a moving company and we are very happy with the prompt, efficient, and kind service we received. Three movers from Perennial Van Lines helped us move a to of items in less than 4 hours. They were great with packing tape, communicated with us clearly and patiently, and handled our surprise additions to the move with grace and kindness. Assuming our belongings arrive in IN unscathed, this cross-country move will be as painless as possible.

I will be using them again for all future moving need

I moved this past weekend and had the pleasure of working with Jake and Mike from Perennial Van Lines. They were extremely professional, timely, efficient and hardworking. They showed up time and finished everything within their estimated time frame. My move had a difficult staircase to maneuver, but they were able to move everything without any damage.

They were careful with our belongings

We moved from a storage unit and apartment into our new house. These guys met me at the storage unit in the morning and rocked it! They followed me to the apartment and busted that out in about an hour. Our entire move time was 4.5 hours. Our experience was top notch. They had positive friendly attitudes, which I believe is key during what could be a stressful moving situation. We had Joseph, Brian, and Sheldon. After unpacking our things everything is in the same condition as it was when left the previous location.

So far these guys have been awesome

Hank, Fred, and Ben were professional and made sure that my wife and I were happy at all times. They showed up on time, and got everything done in the time they said that they would. I am very happy with the service provided by Max at the front end, and how great Dale has been in the moving process. If I were to move again, I would definitely call these guys first.

Great experience!

I've never had enough things or nice enough furniture to necessitate getting movers, so this was the first time I've used a moving company. Our move coordinator, Daniel, was very responsive and answered all my questions. Our movers moved like there were no tomorrow. They quoted us for 4 hours for our entire move. They got the truck loaded and unloaded in 2. They very respectful and friendly, too. Would recommend and hire them again!

Excellent Work!

Had Ben the foreman, and Jake and Tom the crew members pick up my stuff today at my apartment in xxx. It was uneventful, which is exactly how I like it. Everything went without a hitch and the pickup was finished fairly quickly. All of them seemed competent at what they were doing. I was definitely worried about how today would work out but it couldn't have gone more smoothly.

They were professional, nice, and fast!

I had an excellent moving experience with Perennial Van Lines for the second time. Both times were quick and easy. From making the appointment with Ashley over the phone to dealing with Kenny who showed up at my front door on moving day. The prices are good, movers utilize their timing well and all your stuff reaches its final destination in the same condition it left. Highly recommended.

Amazing service beginning to end

The team of movers from Perennial Van Lines were very careful with my belongings and with the walls. No damage, no chips on the wall. They disassembled furniture, padded and wrapped, then reassembled on the spot. They took the shrink wrap back with them. Team worked hard and fast but were friendly and professional. Worth the cost for the ease of packing and eliminated buying and recycling cardboard.

The crew showed up on time and moved in the time frame

Brian and Jeff were both excellent to work with, they arrived on time with great attitudes and were professional and friendly throughout our moving experience. Both movers took care of our important pieces and communicated with us throughout the move, enabling us to help expedite the process where we could and giving us plenty of transparency around costs and timing. While we didn't move very far, they made the move as seamless and easy as it could possibly be, we would highly recommend Perennial Van Lines for anyone looking to make a move.

Best movers we have ever used!

We hired Perennial Van Lines to move us out of our house, and they were fast and efficient. Nothing was damaged and no walls were dinged. They did an amazing job packing the truck nothing really shifted during our drive down to GA. The two guys were super friendly and helpful they even gave us a little care package with coffee and mugs. Highly recommended!!!!

Would not recommend

I made a lot of mistakes trying to manage my first cross-country move. The first was listening to the slick salesman Larry King at Perennial Van Lines who happened to be the first moving company I was looking for quotes from. He's very congenial and friendly, sympathetic, "Oh please call me if you have questions or need anything" - until you've made your down payment, and then you're basically ghosted and pawned off on what I am assuming is the long-suffering lady in an office somewhere who then has to deal with upset people who stupidly didn't read reviews before making the aforementioned down payment.

After going through a detailed inventory of my 2 bedroom apartment, I was quoted at around $5700. By the end of the move, my small apartment mysteriously weight 3,000 pounds more than their estimate and I'm responsible for the overages. In all, I got slapped with a nearly $9,000 bill for this and a deep hatred of moving companies.

All of this was on top of the contracted company, Secure Protected Moving our of St. Louis I think, forcing us to move our dates of this monumental change in my life around because they 'wanted to squeeze another job in.' They wanted to come get our stuff the day before we were to move in to our new place 1500 miles away which would have forced us to wait two more days (we were driving across the country with two cars and two cats) to move in. Well I wasn't having that and made them come sooner than they wanted. I mean, your scheduling other jobs is not my bloody problem and my contract says you come on the set date.

THEN, while we were visiting the one thing we wanted to see on this longass drive, I get a call telling me they're going to want more money because of the weight of our stuff, AND that they're arriving earlier than they said they would, which forced us to abandon our plans so we could drive fast to meet them - AND THEN they ended up being late. AND THEN, several pieces of art and furniture had damage. They also did not put furniture they had dismantled back together, nor did they actually put labeled boxes in the correct rooms. They just dumped everything in the living room and dining room.

I mean this was a cockup from start to finish - some of which was my own doing - but I would definitely NOT recommend Perennial or Secure Protected Movers. Read your reviews first, get several estimates (annoying as they will not stop bothering you after you do this), and pick a company that's a well-known name. Or better yet, U-Haul it and just hire some locals to load/unload. Moving companies are just scams.

We will use them again for all it moving needs

Tony was the crew leader for us today. He called at 8 an to let us know their arrival time. The guy's loaded up or storage unit quickly, effectively, and carefully. They were so pleasant to work with. When we got to our new house the guy's worked hard to make sure our stuff was in the correct room and damage free. These guys we're friendly, efficient, and careful. They also had a friendly attitude all morning. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I highly recommend using Perennial Van Lines!

My stuff just got picked up and everything went great! The guys, Mark, Fred, Marlon, and Gavin were very professional and friendly. They made my move very easy! They handled my boxes with care and made sure everything was secure and boxed up properly. I am moving to KY from DE and I know my boxes are in good hands. Such professional people to work with. Will for sure work with them again.

Good Moving Service!

Perennial Van Lines helped me move my library from NY to FL. What a great effort these people put in my moving. So stress less and amazing they were. I had to many books and few of them were expensive even. I barely care about the furniture but books were very important. They placed them well in furniture so none of it bends or tore off. I am happier actually to use such a classic professionals for the move. I will recommend them for any future projects which includes moving.

We were very pleased with the job Perennial Van Lines did for us in moving our 43 boxes and personal items in Illinois. The men were friendly and professional, as well as very efficient. They arrived at their destination in the evening at a time that was inconvenient for our son, who was overseeing the unloading of our stuff. They very graciously changed the time to the next morning, and all went as it should.

Incredibly rude salesman

Keith Price gave me a quote for a move. His pitch was very high pressure. We received a significantly better quote from a competing company. We have personal recommendations for the competing company and are working with the same consultant who was personally recommended. I sent Keith a msg to let him know we were going with another company. He called and told me I was being scammed and continued to speak over me in an apparent attempt to scare me into going with Perennial. Interesting sales tactic that I doubt is very successful.

The boys turned up about 20 minutes earlier than the arranged start time and worked very hard .Very happy with the service on the day.We were really impressed by their level of service.The 2 men worked so quickly and efficiently, even though we were in a second floor flat with no lift.The unloading was equally fast and the men took great care with the bigger pieces of furniture. The price was really good value for moving.

Perennial Van Lines was the best

I called them up and within a few hours they came through. I was very conscious if we would finish because of how much stuff I had. Just Super

To all, I know in general in sales and service you don’t usually get a customer response unless its negative.

However, I want to thank all of you and please thank you partner Best Price Movers of Chicago. In each instance along the path of this, from Keith’s relaying why YOUR company is different than competitors and you have all proved it. Great price. Great service, great support, timely updates and calls and today Best Price Movers were excellent. They called a good half hour before arrival. We were told on Friday from dispatch they would arrive today between 1pm and 3pm, they called at 1:45pm with their 30 minute heads up. They moved both my father’s apartment and my mother’s dementia care ward apartment in two hours. All the crew were great, polite, thorough and professional.

Hopefully the drivers will have safe, dry roads and good travel and if they can arrive by this Thursday that would be the icing on the cake.

So far, on behalf of my parents, who are making a difficult move in their late 80’s, a sincere THANK YOU!

Excellent moving company. Perennial Van Lines did an awesome job packing up our belongings the day before the move as they offer packing services. On moving day, they came on time with a large moving trucks and a team of 6 guys. We had a very large sofa that was difficult to move. The men were able to move it down 2 stories with no complaints. They put together all our furniture.

Poor service and Scam

Scam Scam Scam what they tell you before you sign contact is not all the facts. I would of been better off burning my furniture. They don't move you they hand it off to someone else that does a crappy job. They don't give you paper work till they delivery and it is not field out correctly so you can't send in insurance claim and believe me you will need that. I still don't have everything I started out with. I lost in this move a stereo that was handed down to me from my deceased Mom thanks I can ne er replace that. They other damaged or broken or lost things we are replacing. Company gives you excuses every single day for a month a whole month it takes to move. SCAM

Will be using Perennial Van Lines for every move

I've never moved more efficiently than with these guys. Sarah assured me there would be no issues. Carl and his team arrived right on time and were so quick to get me out of my apartment and into my new one. The guys took great care of all my furniture, everything was done with so much care. I scheduled movers for last weekend, and I had to reschedule the movers for a week later due to unforeseen circumstances.
