Best movers we have ever used!

We hired Perennial Van Lines to move us out of our house, and they were fast and efficient. Nothing was damaged and no walls were dinged. They did an amazing job packing the truck nothing really shifted during our drive down to GA. The two guys were super friendly and helpful they even gave us a little care package with coffee and mugs. Highly recommended!!!!

Thanks Perennial Van Lines for sending such an awesome team

Excellent moving company. Perennial Van Lines did an awesome job packing up our belongings the day before the move as they offer packing services. On moving day, they came on time with a large moving trucks and a team of 6 guys. We had a very large sofa that was difficult to move. The men were able to move it down 2 stories with no complaints. They put together all our furniture.

Poor service and Scam

Scam Scam Scam what they tell you before you sign contact is not all the facts. I would of been better off burning my furniture. They don't move you they hand it off to someone else that does a crappy job. They don't give you paper work till they delivery and it is not field out correctly so you can't send in insurance claim and believe me you will need that. I still don't have everything I started out with. I lost in this move a stereo that was handed down to me from my deceased Mom thanks I can ne er replace that. They other damaged or broken or lost things we are replacing. Company gives you excuses every single day for a month a whole month it takes to move. SCAM

Will be using Perennial Van Lines for every move

I've never moved more efficiently than with these guys. Sarah assured me there would be no issues. Carl and his team arrived right on time and were so quick to get me out of my apartment and into my new one. The guys took great care of all my furniture, everything was done with so much care. I scheduled movers for last weekend, and I had to reschedule the movers for a week later due to unforeseen circumstances.

Real professionals!

We want to very warmly recommend Perennial Van Lines. We didn't know you could move house without stress.. These guys were punctual, responsible and quick - in four hours they packed a family of four apartment, efficiently and very careful with our stuff, and always with a smile. A very nice and polite crew that made a moving day fun (almost..). Thank you Tony, Lee, David and Melvin!

Would not recommend

I made a lot of mistakes trying to manage my first cross-country move. The first was listening to the slick salesman Larry King at Perennial Van Lines who happened to be the first moving company I was looking for quotes from. He's very congenial and friendly, sympathetic, "Oh please call me if you have questions or need anything" - until you've made your down payment, and then you're basically ghosted and pawned off on what I am assuming is the long-suffering lady in an office somewhere who then has to deal with upset people who stupidly didn't read reviews before making the aforementioned down payment.

After going through a detailed inventory of my 2 bedroom apartment, I was quoted at around $5700. By the end of the move, my small apartment mysteriously weight 3,000 pounds more than their estimate and I'm responsible for the overages. In all, I got slapped with a nearly $9,000 bill for this and a deep hatred of moving companies.

All of this was on top of the contracted company, Secure Protected Moving our of St. Louis I think, forcing us to move our dates of this monumental change in my life around because they 'wanted to squeeze another job in.' They wanted to come get our stuff the day before we were to move in to our new place 1500 miles away which would have forced us to wait two more days (we were driving across the country with two cars and two cats) to move in. Well I wasn't having that and made them come sooner than they wanted. I mean, your scheduling other jobs is not my bloody problem and my contract says you come on the set date.

THEN, while we were visiting the one thing we wanted to see on this longass drive, I get a call telling me they're going to want more money because of the weight of our stuff, AND that they're arriving earlier than they said they would, which forced us to abandon our plans so we could drive fast to meet them - AND THEN they ended up being late. AND THEN, several pieces of art and furniture had damage. They also did not put furniture they had dismantled back together, nor did they actually put labeled boxes in the correct rooms. They just dumped everything in the living room and dining room.

I mean this was a cockup from start to finish - some of which was my own doing - but I would definitely NOT recommend Perennial or Secure Protected Movers. Read your reviews first, get several estimates (annoying as they will not stop bothering you after you do this), and pick a company that's a well-known name. Or better yet, U-Haul it and just hire some locals to load/unload. Moving companies are just scams.

We will use them again for all it moving needs

Tony was the crew leader for us today. He called at 8 an to let us know their arrival time. The guy's loaded up or storage unit quickly, effectively, and carefully. They were so pleasant to work with. When we got to our new house the guy's worked hard to make sure our stuff was in the correct room and damage free. These guys we're friendly, efficient, and careful. They also had a friendly attitude all morning. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I highly recommend using Perennial Van Lines!

My stuff just got picked up and everything went great! The guys, Mark, Fred, Marlon, and Gavin were very professional and friendly. They made my move very easy! They handled my boxes with care and made sure everything was secure and boxed up properly. I am moving to KY from DE and I know my boxes are in good hands. Such professional people to work with. Will for sure work with them again.

Will recommend these guys

I got a quote online from them for my moving and storage needs and then called them to figure out what my options were. Their representative was super nice and told me what they were. However, the guy who I talked managed my entire move and sent me a great team who worked for me in a professional way and delivered everything in a great original shape.

They are the best movers here

The thing that I like the most about Perennial Van Lines are their team and the level of ease them provides their clients in order to complete their requirements. The movers are extremely professional and that can be easily seen on their work. They finished the whole move with delivery in just 5 hours and that’s way early than other movers. I was in awe that they made it look so easier.

Thanks a lot Perennial Van Lines!

This was the first time that I am hiring movers but I was extremely happy with Perennial Van Lines. 4 guys showed up on time, clearly had a lot of experience moving and took great care of my stuff. They bring all sorts of blankets, tape, padding and boxes to make sure that furniture arrives in the condition it left in. They un assembled and reassembled my furniture in no time. All in all they did a great job and I can’t complain.

They were very efficient and just kept working

We used Perennial Van Lines to move this week. They told us they would arrive between 9-10 am. The day of the move they called at 8:40 am to say they would arrive in 20 mins. The truck pulled up at exactly 9 am. Once they arrived they quickly took inventory of the items to be moved and started wrapping the furniture and moving everything into the truck.

Thank you for putting your effort in it

Needless to say, it wasn't something we were looking forward to. But when it happened my husband has been singing their praises to all his friends since our move of this company named Perennial Van Lines. In the past , we always ended up with some damage to our furniture or some breakage to our kitchen items. But not this time. There is not even a scratch on our furniture and no breakage what so ever. They ensured that all the furniture was wrapped up in moving blankets and plastic wrap.

They deserve every success!

I have never ever experienced such good service, such polite people and I would never hesitate to use them again. They are a professional, hardworking, non-complaining, very likable team of people. They packed and moved over 100 boxes from a third floor flat within a day with no damage or breakages. Everything was beautifully wrapped, including very fragile ceramics. They were extraordinarily generous with packing materials. They dismantled and reassembled furniture, and arranged a successful same-day end of tenancy clean.

Real first-rate company!

If you're looking for movers you can totally trust, look no further than Perennial Van Lines. Carl and Nick arrived on time as promised, did a walk through to scope our move in detail. Once that was completed, this very respectful team that flew into action. They were very concerned with doing everything exactly as we asked, they strive to take great care of our belongings, and this really reduced the stressful of moving. My girlfriend and I agree we would give Perennial Van Lines our highest recommendation.

I would certainly use them again in the future!

I've moved quite a bit and Perennial Van Lines was one of the best experiences I've had. Scheduling was easy and they called the day before to confirm everything. Paul and Steve arrived a little early and got to work right away. They were both friendly, professional, and hardworking. They took great care of all our belongings. They completed the move a little early and managed to come in under budget. I will always use Perennial Van Lines and recommend them to everyone.

Move from New York to Texas.

This company is the biggest scam I have ever seen. If they give you a quote plan on it being tripled when the move takes place. If you go online and are seeking a quote, run like hell if a guy named Keith Price calls you, he will put the screws to you. This company is a disgrace to other movers who work hard. Personally, I would love to meet this SOB face to face, Lord knows he won’t return a damn phone call. This company sucks.

Professional Movers!

We were looking for movers to move us into our new house last weekend. After the disaster we had the last time, I found this company based on the good reviews, and they made our move stress free. They moved us out of a storage unit and into our new house and made sure everything was set up and working. The crew were fantastic!

Friendly, helpful, sensitive, sensible, and very professional. Moving is such a horrible experience, especially after being in the same place for 10 years, yet they definitely made it much less stressful and less horrible. I enjoyed the experience, just that they eased the discomfort considerably for us. I was so skeptical of all the good reviews - so many! - and now so glad that I took the chance.

SCAM ARTIST

Do not use!! The sales rep will assure you a date-this is not true. They have 5-15 business days to get you your stuff so you can be without it for 3 weeks!!!! But don’t worry-you won’t find this out until you give them your deposit. Which by the way...can’t be a credit card. They like account and debit card to avoid extra fees. Then when you call to check when the pick up date will be. They will tell you that delivery date can’t be assured. They when you raise hell about that bc now you don’t know what to do living in an empty house for 3 weeks with your 2 babies and one on the way. They tell you, you can secure the date but now that’s an extra $3500 fee on top of your moving fees. So you ask for your refund back so you can either drive a truck yourself to assure date or find another company that will be honest upfront. Nope-you won’t get your refund back under any circumstances. They are liers, scammers and thieves. They run you around. You’ll talk to Donna and Jessica all day and when you finally talk to Angela-the only person that can refund you. Which btw you’ll need to call like a million times to get Angela-you still won’t get your refund. Which will then lead you to writing as many bad reviews as possible and reporting them to as much boards as possible bc you are so mad and you are now out $1200 which is EVERYTHING after loosing a job due to COVID and the reason for this move in the first place. They have zero heart. Zero compassion and zero morals.

Six reasons for do not use this company

We moved from California to Texas, 1.- Perennial Van Lines (PVL) promised to move the stuffs in maximum 10 day, took 29 days. 2.- PVL contracts third party movers, this makes the moving with higher cost and dilute responsibility. 3.-PVL gives you an underestimate quote based on volume or weight, just to win the contract. The final cost was 80% higher. 4.- PVL promised that one truck would be used in the move. Finally, my things were transported by several trucks. consequently, several uploads and downloads of my stuffs, with the damages derived from that operation. 5.- Poor handling, a lot things were broken or damage. 6.- The claim was made with evidence, driver report explaining the damage on some Items, photographs and attached all documentation requested. The claim was finally denied.

I would go so far as to say that PVL is a scam and the terrible company to carry out a move, it is better and safer to carry out the move yourself, using a trailer and counting the personnel for loading and unloading. the responsibility rests on oneself and you save 60% of cost.

Excellent Movers

We relied on Perennial movers again for this recent move. And of course, everything went seamlessly. What a relief, especially when we didn't pack until the night before. The movers came in and took over whatever I left unfinished. They even went so far as to take out trash for us. We'll probably move next year and I won't hesitate to, again, use these guys.
