My move with Pacific Moving went very well. I moved from Toronto to Vancouver, British Columbia. The moving consultant Dave set up the time and answered all my questions. When my items were picked up, they were reweighed and I actually got charged less than estimate. It took a little longer than I initially wanted so Pacific moving compensated me for that. The movers came on time and my furniture was delivered without any damage or scratches. It was very quick and efficient. I would recommend them for moving and will be using them for Future moves.

Great job done

Pacific was fantastic. From the beginning to the end in Toronto ON, this move was just a delight. They took great care to make sure all the furniture was wrapped and appropriately dismantled and put back together. They were particularly careful in bringing everything into our brand new house, making sure the floors were covered, the front door protected. They helped us place appropriate pads underneath all furniture that would be placed on the hardwood floors. They are a great team. Never once did anyone complain and it was a very cold day in Calgary when they were loading. These guys worked hard. They got the job done! Excellent service all around!

Couldn’t be happier

Ron and Markus moved us from Vancouver to Toronto. It just couldn't have gone more smoothly! Specifically, they arrived on time at both houses, and had our Vancouver home loaded in four hours (a lot faster than I thought it would take). When they arrived at delivery, they listened carefully to where things should be placed and efficiently and carefully moved everything in. They put together our bed and table and neatly stacked boxes in our garage, as requested, even leaving aisles so that everything was accessible. In short, they did a perfect job. Nothing was broken. I couldn't have been happier.

True Pros

A few years ago we moved house. Movers stole some of our clothes, damaged some of our artwork, my favourite chair arrived without legs. With the covid-19 situation and the previous experience, it was very hard to organize another move. We were very negative about it. But Pacific convinced us that move will be stress-free and without delays or problems. And they really kept their word. Everything was handled with care and they were very communicative about their arrival time. Showed professionalism! Thank you!

Strung out

I was so strung out about moving from Calgary, because I did not have a clue who to contact or how to prepare .I gave Pacific a call and they were very helpful from the very start of my inquiry!. They were on call for me from the beginning of my long distance relocation to the very end. Everyone I came in contact with was very respectable and professional in answering all my questions. The movers are very well trained and they treated my things with such care. And most importantly they were punctual at both ends! Arrive in shape

Working with Pacific on our long distance move to Toronto simply could not have gone better! I never thought it was possible for my items to travel so far and arrive in such great shape. If anything they arrived better because the way they put my bed and dining table back together was far better than I had done! I Hate DIY!!! Great rapport

We went with Pacific Moving and with Alex's crew from Fort McMurray to Toronto. Movers showed extreme care with our glass cabinets and chinaware. We just left them to it at both addresses. The way they handled our furniture and wrapped our most expensive pieces in plenty of padding was a real delight to see. They were friendly and we had a great rapport throughout the pickup and drop off day. There was just a slight miscommunication on the arrival time but in the end they got the jt delivered when we needed it.

Time mashine

Great experience received. Thank you for helping our family move cross-province. I was dreading the day when we had to move from our home in British Columbia. We had been there so long and had amassed such a lot of stuff. The thought of some random guys handling everything made me feel faint. But once I met the movers and a quick conversation all my fears disappeared. Everything was wrapped in cotton wool and arrived in the exact condition it left. Sound relocation

It was my second time using Pacific so I thought what better than to tell others that they are the real deal for moving long distances. Like clockwork

Pacific provided us with a polished transition on our way to North York from Calgary. They helped me move our belongings which included a pool table and a grand piano — everything went off like clockwork and arrived in great shape. The crew and office were very helpful and thorough before and during our relocation. Their price was cheaper than some of the other movers I contacted in Ontario, and I highly recommend their service to price. They are really nice to work with, and I am so grateful to Pacific for their services.

Truly impressive

Moved from Calgary to Niagara Falls, 5 bedrooms plus worth of stuff, smooth coordination, the team in Calgary was outstanding, they went above and beyond, stayed on to finish, the team who delivered in Niagara Falls outstanding service as well, not a scratch on the walls, not a mark on the floors, they covered and cared for everything... in stark contrast to the new furniture delivery that preceded the movers at our new residence, who left holes along the wall and stains on the carpet in the master bedroom.... I must say Centennials team was truly impressive. And Thanks again!
