Great communication from start to finish. John accommodated the move date brilliantly within a tight schedule. I am sorry that I am late to write about my wonderful experience with Alex, Serge, Andrew and other crews. Unfortunately I have been quite busy with my surroundings. Anyway, Pacific Moving Canada was very trustworthy and on time with my move from Calgary to Toronto. Absolutely no big surprises of hidden cost. The window was perfectly followed. They moved my stuff around as requested. No scratches to our house walls, ceiling or on any furniture. They were the mover, I was actually looking for.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3680

The good: We EVENTUALLY received all our items and very little was damaged or broken. The movers themselves were quick and efficient.

The bad: It took more than DOUBLE the expected time to receive our stuff. We were told it would take 3 weeks (14 business days) to receive our things and in reality it took 7 weeks (35 business days) . The company told us that due to covid they had trouble coordinating our trip out West (which basically means they prioritized their profit over their customer service/ promise and would rather make their customer live like squatters for 7 weeks than arrange for their things to be delivered at the time it was promised)

The ugly: We were left in the dark about the mistake/"difficulty coordinating our trip" for the first 20 business days and we had to ask for an apology/ reconciliation. In the end we hardly received an apology and only got $50 off our amount for the "inconvenience." The customer service was absolutely awful and if you decide to go with this company expect to be left in the dark and to have their profits prioritized over your service.

This is my 12th move in province and across Canada. I’ve come to the conclusion that good packaging is key. Pacific Moving Canada, with care and efficiency dismantle, wrap, box TV’s, cover mattresses , at no extra charge. Most moving companies nickle and dime you for this service. ($50 TV Box).

These guys are really good and delivered on time. (Woodstock to Kelowna). Exceeded our expectations. Supplied status reports along the way. The move for 7200lbs, was half the price of the big name movers.

I will never move again using anybody but Pacific Moving.

We recently moved from Sault Ste Mary ON to Toronto. We spent a few weeks making calls and researching moving companies. The quotes we were getting were so wide-ranging as were the reviews from customers but in the end, we chose Pacific and could not have been more pleased with the service they provided us. The knowledge and professionalism made us feel confident that the move would be seamless. On moving day the crew took such wonderful care in packing and loading our furniture, TVs, boxes. We did have to store the furniture for 30 days until our new home was ready and our Move Coordinator John kept us in the loop every step of the way. The communication between us was excellent. When our furniture arrived at our new home Mike and Andrew were so friendly and efficient and we really enjoyed talking to them as they worked non-stop getting everything placed where it needed to be. So kudos to all involved I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for everything!!!

I used Pacific for our move from Regina to Toronto. Ron and his team were beyond professional. They arrived promptly in the time window that was given. They completed a variety of tasks in a very efficient and concise manner (I.e. marking all the boxes / taking inventory, and carrying items out of our 4th fl walkup). They were all extremely courteous, polite, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend using Pacific's services based on my experience. Ron and his crew all deserve high praises for their job well done yesterday.

I moved from Mississauga, ON to Cold Lake, AB at the end of March 2021 and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Very reasonable prices, no hidden fees and the delivery date was 2-weeks earlier than expected. The sales rep (Jack) and dispatcher (Alex) kept in constant communications and the movers were in and out in no time. I would recommend Pacific Moving Canada but, I think it'd be a good idea for them to disclose that they're affiliated with Centennial Moving (sub-contractor/contractor?) because the e-transfer deposit, moving truck and mover uniforms were Centennial branded and I was confused as to why that was as I had gotten different quotes from both moving companies. Regardless, it was a positive experience overall.

We had 2 pick-ups from our condo in Vancouver on consecutive days and 1 delivery to Toronto so far. Day 1 - Approx 100 boxes, furniture and fragile items.2 men worked magnificently in tandem, they LISTENED to instructions - Top rating. Day 2 - 50 boxes, more furniture, misc items. including many pictures. Same guys, same great result. 10 days later there were 2 "packers" from pick ups along with another who delivered some of the cargo to Toronto, including arranging and assembly of furniture and perfectly matching what went where. 100% sure our family will use them again.

Should have gone with my gut after speaking with these guys (red flags kept popping up) but reviews seemed to indicate they were good. Turned out to be the most DISHONEST people with one lie after another. Was doing a long distance move from NS to BC dealing with the guys out of Toronto and they assure you of everything until the move takes place.

Vague on whether charge would be by cu ft or weight so calculated both. Had every piece weighed/numbered and had weight from initial move there which we had decided to reduce even more items on return. The move was simple as mainly boxes, no furniture, and we had packaged everything ourselves as hubby used to work as a shipper so was on the truck in no time.

First called a few days before to say couldn’t make it on confirmed date and then said they would but contrary to assurances they don’t contract out sent another company. Those guys assured us would be going immediately to the weigh scale and would send us the ticketed weight - never happened. Then after few requests verbal weight comes in 800 lbs more than ours and refused to provide paper work to substantiate that number. Seems with the Covid shutdowns they were going to make up for the losses on our move. Just gave a balance due on delivery, which was $1700 more than initial move, and when asked for a detailed invoice wouldn’t provide. Said if we wanted the load re-scaled would have to arrange on our own at scale within 10 km to delivery location (which wasn’t possible) and if they were right there would be a penalty. So basically the threat was don’t challenge us. Had initial company that moved us do a rescale which they had no problem doing with no restrictions and they were honest enough to say they were a few hundred pounds off and sent a properly detailed revised invoice.

Then they try delivering without confirmation to ship from storage and for the meet up so there would be an additional fee we would be charged. Going back and forth several times did nothing as they refused repeatedly to provide any paperwork to substantiate everything. The load wasn’t worth the excessive cost and they just kept texting with their threats.

In our whole life as seniors have never dealt with such ruthless people. The gov’t has unregulated this industry and these guys are not affiliated with the Canadian Movers Association who when we called said they had a poor reputation in addition to the guys who did the pick up Centennial Moving who they warned to not go near. The Association said they should provide a proper ticketed weight and invoice but if they refuse nothing can be done.

Bottom line is these are horrible people and although some have had an okay experience you take the chance they won’t do a number on you. People like this should not be allowed to be in business.

My father in law and mother in law are at 90s. So we moved to be closer to them. We got in touch with Pacific and their sales rep was great. We had to add something and he was fine with that. They were pretty accurate. I didn’t really anticipate a lot of follows-up, but I see that as a positive thing because this company is trying to make sure that their customer satisfaction is high and what can be done in the future. Moving days went off like clockwork. Everything was swell.

This is the first part of my review. I don't often write reviews, but given that I'm in the hospitality business I felt it was necessary to give 5 stars for the amazing customer service I received in setting up my move. I spoke to Eric in the office, who quickly and efficiently detailed my entire moving quote. We talked through what was included in the pricing and just minutes after we got off the phone I received a detailed document that outlined everything we talked about! The pick-up went off without a hitch and I was very impressed with the disassembly I received from the movers and how they treated my items with so much care. Looking forward to writing the 2nd part with great anticipation upon delivery in a couple of weeks time.

We recently opened another company located in Toronto and we needed all of our extra items from our original office shipped. Pacific was chosen based on the estimate they gave us, the fact that they had a team that could help load on a certain date, and how soon they were able to start the move. They were available the soonest and gave us an estimate that was right up our alley. The teams were spot on when it came to service! Many of the things we were shipping were software, computers, expensive items that needed to be handled with care. Their movers listened to everything we had to tell them and handled themselves professionally.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. All my pre-move questions were answered and were kept informed right up to post-move. Mike was outstanding. He was friendly, supportive & made my worries fade. He understood how exciting it is to move house, alleviated the stress of the move & just made it so easy for us. The movers were fantastic, Ron & Alex. They made the move fun, easy & had excellent communication. Nothing was too much trouble & they showed genuine enthusiasm for their work. I loved the banter & laughter – it gave off such a fabulous vibe on the days which made what is usually a stressful day into what it should be – an exciting & fun experience for everyone. I would highly recommend Pacific Movers to anyone needing to move out of the province.

I moved from Kitchener ON to Richmond BC on the busiest time of the year and I couldn't be any happier with how the move went. From the moment I contacted Dave, I got the best customer service ever. He provided me with all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had. On the day of the move, the movers came in on time and were efficient and careful with our belongings. The delivery and transit time was quite fast as well. We got everything and there were no damages.

I want to thank Dave and his team for the excellent service they provided. We are grateful that we found them!

We looked at more than 10 companies before we decided on a moving company. Pacific Move was the most reasonable and affordable one. Dave has been our designated communicator throughout our move. I could reach out to him both on the phone and email and he would most likely respond within a few hours. He has kept us updated on the progress of our move, which was super helpful while getting things organized. We were able to get a clear estimate and price, and no hidden fees. The movers were very kind and efficient both from our old place to new place. They also tightly sealed and packed all the fragile or breakable items (e.g., furniture, mirror) and informed us how and why they did so. Overall, great service and thank you for making the move as smooth as possible.

Thank you so much for the amazing service. From start to finish everything went smooth and quickly! We were extremely impressed with the movers and how fast they were able to pack our things with care and then show up just over a week later with our belongings. Everything arrived intact, nothing was damaged and the same crew who moved our things dropped them off! These two guys did the work of 3-4 and did such a great job! You made this a very easy and manageable situation! We are so happy we chose you as our mover.

Moving consultant did a great job organizing my move of household goods and a car across the country, and storage of my things -- he always let me know what to expect, answered my questions supportively, and checked in along the way. I felt well taken care of. He coordinated with a couple of third parties for the car and TV, and they were very easy to work with as well. One team packed my things securely and protected my furniture from damage during the move. I was impressed by the packing as I was unpacking. And another team did a good job unloading and assembling my things.
