New Way Moving Services

I had the quote scheduled a month ago from San Jose to Kansas with Debra for $920. When the date arrived they didn't have drivers and mentioned they can't provide assurance to ship . I had it changed to Dallas or Austin because they were not shipping to Kansas and now they say it will be $1200 -$1400. Elizabeth is a rude representative who aborted the call while I was trying to figure out which would be the viable option.Would never suggest this for anyone who are in rush to transport their car.

On April 19, 2022 @11:26am, I sent $225 deposit by Cash App to New Way Moving Services for transporting a car from Marietta, GA to Gaithersburg, MD. Pickup date was set on or about April 28-29). Two days later (April 21) the car was involved in an accident and a total loss. I immediately contacted New Way with this information and asked for a refund of my deposit. The agent advised me the billing department was closed until Monday April 25. I called at 10am on April 25 and left a message. I called back at 10:30am and female agent proceeded to scold me for calling too many times. She was very aggressive and rude. I asked her to transfer me to the billing department. She rudely said "here is the extension, 102, call them yourself" and hung up on me. I made many calls to ext 102 and left my contact information to no avail. On Wednesday May 4, 2022. I drove to the office at the address listed on their contact information. There was no signs posted to indicate the name of then business. I located suite 212, still no signage on door. I knocked and someone responded "it's open". I observed a black, heavyset female wearing a bonet and flipflops. I asked if this is New Way and she responded "how can I help you. I proceeded to explain the situation when she abruptly interrupted me to explain that her office is sales , not billing and billing in another state therefore she cannot help me. I told her no one is returning my calls and the email I sent to the email address listed and I would like to speak to a supervisor. She responded you are in the wrong place, I cannot issue you a check. I suspected she was the same person who scold me for call too many. times.

They have the worst customer service, it's been 3weeks and nothing. The person answering the phone calls you back talking crazy. They add extra money for what wasn't agreed to and the worst part don't want to give back the deposit when the vehicle wasn't picked up at all. You asked for the address they hang up on you. Very unprofessional don't ever use them. You will not get your stuff or your money. She also called back and cursed my husband out.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. We arranged to have our car towed, and they took our money and said it would be completed in 2 days. We are now 8 days out and our car has not been towed. When we've tried to contact them, Rachel (the manager) has been incredibly rude, unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful. It is impossible to complete a sentence with her on the phone to even ask a question before she starts yelling and then hangs up or transfers the call to a voicemail. When the job was not completed after one week and due to unresponsiveness from their company with no word as to when (or if) the job would be completed, we called around to get quotes from other companies (but never paid, confirmed, or scheduled with any other company). Today we tried to reach them again, and Rachel said we "breached the contract" by contacting other companies. Now they are keeping our money, not towing our car, and not responding to our calls. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

New Way Moving Services Inc clearly have a lot of expertise moving vehicles. As a first-time vehicle exporter, they did a good job of explaining the nuances of my circumstances and put me in touch with the relevant organizations to arrange my carnet and arrange customs clearance at destination. They did miss some details pertaining to my vehicle size, however on my insistence they reviewed the charges and took personal as well as financial accountability for putting it right … you can’t ask for much more when mistakes happen.
