These people were great! They really know how to move, and do it better than the competitors. Their movers were friendly, and brought the furniture in where I want, as well as being courteous and respectful. Most places will just simply say "Well, here's all the stuff shoved into the room" and drive off, meanwhile here? They made sure I had everything and just- I can't say it enough, they were excellent. If I have to move again, I shall go with them.

This was the first time hiring movers and I started with many questions and uncertainty especially because of Covid. Thanks to Nationwide Moving Services Inc moving team who was able to answer all my questions and made the move very smooth and easy. The moving crew was very efficient and professional. They were careful with handling all the furniture and made sure everything was disassembled and re-assembled properly. I have no complaint with the move and would definitely recommend the company.

These guys were great! On time, efficient, friendly, fast and careful, these guys know how to do it right. I almost tried to do it myself with some local laborers, but these guys were professional and I am so glad I go them for my move. My belongings were treated carefully and moved without losing anything, and no damage at all. We got from point "a" to point "b" exactly how we wanted. The guys with their crew did better than we could have done I think with anyone else. I would recommend Nationwide Moving Services anytime.

We recently hired Nationwide Moving Services Inc to move us into a condo while our house is being renovated. The entire process from start to finish was great. I spoke to three other movers but I was not happy with the customer service experience even just booking the move. Day of the movers showed up on time, took great care to carefully wrap all of our things and made our move completely stress free. They were also really fast! I will be hiring them again when we move back to our house. No hesitation recommending them.

I contracted this company to move my family to California. They purposely gave me a low-ball estimate to get my business and my deposit. They also showed up two days late and strung me along the entire 2 days pretending they were going to show up. After that deposit was paid everything went down hill from there. The movers that came were very unprofessional. Came in a rental truck. Wreaked of alcohol. Had no blankets or pads with them, and no boxes. They werent even movers. They said they would go to the store and get boxes but it would be extra. What kind of movers don't even have materials with them? I tried to explain that it was already on my contract but they didn't care. They tried to charge me triple my estimate on the day I had to be out of my house, and the day the new owners were coming in. When I called the person I booked with, his name was Alan Herzog, he refused to give me back my deposit, and even refused to move me unless I agreed to pay three times more with ZERO explanation. I kept asking Alan "do I have more stuff? Do I need more boxes packed?" but he refused to answer. His whole attitude had changed and he just kept saying "Thank you for your business I have to go now" over and over again very dismissively. After doing better research on this company after the fact I realize now they are just a shell company and not even a real moving company.

I contracted with this company Feb. 2021 for a move to another state April 2021. Received my furniture a week ago, 6 days after packing. Deceitful, refusal to take responsibility company that contracted with Insta Movers who broke more items than in any moves and I had to give driver cash that she said she had to give local moving company to shuttle from semi. Was informed by 3 dispatchers that no one looked at contracts because they had so many, when I had to explain to everyone that packing was part of my contact. My service rep gave me his cell phone number, email to keep in touch, keep him updated with inventory. I moved 2 years ago, I knew what I had. Faithfully kept him updated room by room, # boxes I packed myself. Good thing, nothing of my antiques that I packed were damaged. Closer to move, less response from service rep. Packers, mover arrived on final day of contract. Did not know they were packing, Took 12 hrs and at midnight, gave me "new" price $2300 more. I received email inventory from them a few days before. Unable to print(my printer), transferred to safari. Then when I tried to send to supervisor with complaints, unable to open any list, Message box said message expired, company not active. ????? Calls were met with rudeness, each company(Nationwide & Insta Movers ) would not assist in anything. Each said the other was responsible. I believe I was deliberately mislead on estimate. It was not the lowest or highest that I received. At midnight on the night of my move, it was the highest. I did my part and kept the service rep updated with my inventory. In fact he told me to email it to him so that I would have a record. He is the expert, not me. He gave me an estimate that was 900 some cubic feet and I ended up with 1450 cubic feet. He should have changed estimate with my list. I was still within their cancellation phase. When I saw the initial moving truck to take to a warehouse in a different state, I said the truck that I used to move 2 years ago was that size, and it had another load in it! I was told that there is always trouble with these brokers in FL. I feel their scam is to give you an estimate, never change it and then when your furniture , belongings is left hostage on their truck, you pay or you will not receive anything. I want to warn people to not use this company, do not use moving brokers at all. It was a horrible costly mistake for me.

This company is scam on all levels, they will try to talk nice to get your deposit, once they got it, they will transfer your move to horrible crappy moving no name people to ship your stuff. You will end up paying $2000 or more for your move. Thats how they got you to signed up and get your deposit. Then your stuff will never arrive in 2 months, when they arrive they will arrive damages because your belongings have been dropping off and on several times during that time. Please DO NOT USE THEM, Listen to the bad reviews. The bad reviews they will sneakily try to remove them.
