So helpful!

I recently graduated college and received a job offer in Washington. I had to move all of my belongings across the country, essentially. I was pretty stressed about finding long distance movers because my friends have told me how hard it can be. I don't have a lot of family around, so I really needed a reliable and trustworthy team. Nationwide Moving Services made my experience so efficient and stress-free! I will recommend them to my friends in the future.

None of my furniture was damaged.

Almost a year ago, I needed to move and asked Nationwide Moving Services for a quote. The coordinator gave me all the information and after reviewing the quote, I decided to go with them. The truck guys were very nice and on time. They helped me in the home with all the things, since I'm alone and a lady. They worked very hard and provided very good customer service. Moreover, none of the furniture was damaged.

This company is a scammer!

Don't ever trust this company. Everything the sales told you when they get your deposit is a liar. My sales was Evan Parana who seemed extremely polite, professional and responsive to get the deal done. Once you paid the deposit, you will never able to get hold of him again. Their customer service people would yell at me over the phone and deny anything their sales have promised, and charge me all kinds of fees. They are a broker and they hire a few guys to do the moving with a Penske truck. We agreed for a delivery (at the destination) on Feb.27th. They called me in that evening telling me their driver got COVID and have to reschedule to the following Wed (5 days later) so we had to sleep on the floor. During the next Wed no one showed up and no one called. When I called I was told the new time is that Friday, then it moved to Sat. Finally on Sat afternoon two guys showed up with a Penske truck and only brought less than 1/3 of my stuff. Lots of furniture was damaged and mattress were stained. 3 days later they deliver another few boxes. Today is Mar.26, and no one has called me back telling me when they are going to deliver the rest of my stuff. And I paid almost $10000 for this shit company. I have reason to believe all the positive reviews here are fake. I highly recommend you to stay away from this company! If I could give a zero rating I would.

Long Distance Movers

This company was chosen by my husband to be our long distance movers and storage company. I have to say, they were perfect! The staff were super polite and handled all of our belongings carefully. The moving vehicles and storage rooms were in excellent condition, and kept clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing moving or storage assistance, especially for long distance moves!

Satisfied

We move often and I’ve had many unpleasant experiences with moving companies. However, Nationwide Moving Services exceeded my expectations and were the best long distance movers I’ve ever hired. They were fast and efficient, but careful and considerate with my possessions. I will 100% be hiring them next time we move, and recommending them to everyone I know!

Horrible company… stay away

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Biggest scam ever. They are SUB-CONTRACTORS. They will LIE AND LIE about the price for the move. They sub contracted another horrible company, Jackson movers. First off, the mover showed up 8 hours late and they all barely spoke English. One of them broke my dresser while moving it and still added it onto the inventory list even though I had to trash it. Then they had the AUDACITY TO OVERCHARGE ME $1000 OVER MY ORIGINAL QUOTE. When I asked the guy why, he said I went over “my quoted square footage” and I asked him for proof and he refused to give it to me. I tried to get the answer from the RUDEST customer service department I’ve ever dealt with in my life. All they did was tell me the manager would call me with proof of why I was overcharged, and of course I never got my answer. I was moving from TX to FL, which is only 4 states away, first I didn’t hear from these people for two weeks. After I called after two weeks they said my stuff was still sitting in storage!!! Finally a WHOLE MONTH WENT BEFORE I RECEIVED MY STUFF. After a month went by, I told the company I was not available for 3 days for the shipment, they said they can’t guarantee for it not to be delivered on these days and I would be charged a redelivery fee. The “customer service department” is the RUDEST AND LEAST HELPFUL people I’ve ever had to deal with. Finally after a month with barely any communication, the movers came and were AGAIN 8 hours LATE. MOST OF MY STUFF CAME BROKEN!!!!! Do yourself a favor and get a real reputable moving company because this place is an absolute scam.

I would recommend them to anyone

From start to finish, Nationwide Moving Services provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future. They were communicative throughout the whole process, always answered my emails and calls right away and sent courteous, thoughtful crews for both parts of our between states move.

We had a great move with Nationwide Moving Services! Not only was the service great but the price was fair too. There were no hidden fees or any extra charges. Exactly what Nationwide Moving Services quoted me and told me would be included in the total cost was exactly what we were final billed. The team who helped move everything was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Nationwide Moving Services to anyone!

Nationwide Moving Services is definitely one of the best moving companies. I have used them 4 times, for both cross-country and out of state moves. Professional movers who are employees of the company do their job accurately and it saves the clients lots of money. The movers I have had in the past took great care of your items. They are helpful and polite. Their estimates are always on point. I've had companies provide an estimate to find out they are low balled to get the job. Their manager has provided estimates that turn out to be exact, he knows his business. I always think the highest compliment is a referral. I have referred them to several friends with the same great result.

From booking to completion of our move we have found Nationwide Moving Services to be very professional. They called the reviewed my items before they move. My household items were delivered in the time frame they outlined and nothing was stolen or broken. Their drivers were also amazing. How they maneuvers that huge truck! I would be happy to recommend them to a family member or friend.
