Excellent moving experience! This company is amazing!!!! I have moved cross country multiple times and have used this company twice. Both experiences were by far superior to others. They were honest and upfront about all charges. They offered the best prices. They were very thorough, prompt, and efficient; they handled my things with care and professional. The staff in both offices was very professional, kind, friendly, honest and efficient. I highly recommend this company. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

These people will do anything to get a buck from you and I know firsthand. I was told by Kyle that they would deliver on a specific date. I even called back TWICE to reconfirm.

We needed a specific COI and Nationwide farmed out the move to them. I called to get the COI changed and spoke with their operations people. They told me that there are no specific dates for delivery. They could take weeks to deliver. I called back to Nationwide and again I was lied to. To top all this off the company they farmed me out to had horrible review and a nasty DOT records.

Shortly after the call I sent in my cancelation. I received a call from the sales manager begging for me to not cancel. He said give me 30 minutes to fix this. I said go ahead ... an HOUR later he calls back with a fix. He was now going to put us with the world's best mover. They actually moved Steve Wynn from Nevada to Florida! I took the information and told him I would get back to him. I did my research and i sent in a second confirmation of my cancelation and I asked for a full refund due to the lies this company told me.

NO REFUND was ever made.

Today I received a call from a moving company saying they are picking up tomorrow. I asked who they were and was told xyz moving (not the same company the sales manager advised he was going to put us with - again another lie to keep our money). So I told them we canceled. About an hour later Nationwide calls me to "clear up the confusion". I was not happy at this point and told her I canceled weeks ago. She told me I am still on the book for a move. I was then told to send in my cancelation notice. I was so so upset about this and I explained to her I canceled in the first 48 hours and I spoke with Kyle and the sales manager. She said she would look into and speak with someone in billing for a refund.

I received an email saying they will keep 4% of the deposit. I reached back out and they replied that this was part of the contract I signed. I asked about the verbal delivery schedule that I was provided? I went over the lies that we were told and how we learned about them. How we called back twice to confirm the delivery date for our move.

I am being ignored by them at this point.

Do you homework. Ready the contract and if they tell you anything different it's a lie. They point to the contact and not the verbal conversation. Protect yourself and do not sue this company.

Was initially given a 7-10 day delivery estimate, took almost a month after numerous delays and in the end, we didnt know what day our stuff was arriving until day of.

Once delivered, we found multiple of my items arrived damaged.

The one positive is we did receive all of our stuff. But we also received items from someone else's move, which is certainly frustrating for the other party.

Terrible experience, would recommend against ever using their services.

We have moved several times over the years and this is by far the Worst experience we've ever had. Eric, the sales person from Florida lied to us. From the quote, to saying he wasn't a broker, he committed Fraud. Now doesn't return phone calls. Have no idea where our house items are going or when they'll be delivered. Rate quoted is being raised by over $700. Also said we would be the only house on the truck and it would come straight to the final location. Now we are told it's going to storage. Kim the dispatcher from NY doesn't return calls. This place is a Nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to move you. Run away from this place. If there was a Zero rating, that's what I would give.

I hired Nationwide Moving Services because they were referred to me by everyone I asked. They didn’t disappoint me. The crew arrived right on time on the moving day. The foreman was a very strong and experienced man who was always ready to help with a bright smile on his face. He constantly motivated his men to work faster and more efficiently. I have a lot of belongings. So it took the men quite a while to get through everything. But the men didn’t demand a break or even winced once. They packed everything very creatively. I got the proof of that when everything reached my new house in pristine condition.

We used Nationwide Moving Services while moving out of New Jersey because of our long distance driveway, the smaller Cube size was perfect for our situation. We moved to the Atlanta area and had our cubes stored for a month. Everything went smoothly without one hiccup. We were impressed with the professionalism of everyone on the Nationwide Moving Services team. We had no delays, no damage, and no frustrations whatsoever. We couldn't have been happier with our experience!

I didn’t know much about Nationwide Moving Services. A friend of mine had previously hired them and he highly recommended them. So I had to hire them to move my belongings. I called them and it was really easy to book a slot. The movers arrived right on time and they were hardcore professionals. They efficiently packed up everything from my apartment. I am not the most efficient person in the world. So it’s always a shock seeing how fast and efficiently people can work. They made the delivery on time and all my belongings made it intact. Everyone should just hire these guys and relax throughout their moves.

I had just graduated from college, and was preparing to move from my parent's house to my new place for a job. I don't have a car nor did I know any friends that had a truck or anything big enough to cram all of my stuff in to. Thank god I found Nationwide Moving Services Inc. Their service was affordable even for a recent college graduate, and there movers are nothing but professional. What was really great is they had their own storage containers for my stuff. I would have ended up moving it all in trash bags. You will not go wrong with these guys.

I was so sad that I had to leave my old apartment. On the other hand I was happy as well because I got a new highly paid job. That’s why I needed to move into a new apartment. So I hired Nationwide Moving Services Inc for this. They were really friendly. They packed and delivered all my things safely in my new apartment. Nothing was broken or damaged. They were inexpensive and efficient at the same time. When a company quotes so low, the job is usually carried out in a very inefficient manner. But they really gave me a run for my money. They worked hard to make this happen in a short time. They truly gained my respect.

I didn’t want a lackluster move. So I contacted a lot of moving companies. Most of the good ones charge too high. However, although a really well established company, Nationwide Moving Services Inc has prices that are very affordable! I hired them last month for my move and they provided me the royal treatment. Many fancy moving companies won't be able to compete with their professional attitude. Every little piece of my belongings was meticulously packed and loaded onto their vans. I just don’t understand how they can provide that level of service and charge so low!

This is a broker and they do not tell you that up front. Their quote was under estimated so the actual driver came and added another $1200 to my quote! At that point, they have you because my lease was up that day and it was too late to get someone else. Then my stuff went into storage which they do not tell you. It sat in a warehouse for 10 days and then another company picks up. Once it was finally being delivered, the driver over slept the first night so it was delayed a day and then the next day said his truck broke down. Once at my apt., he said If we have to use the elevator in an apartment building, they charge you $150.00, another thing they never said up front. Then it is $100 per every 75 ft. they have to walk to your door. So ridiculous and the dumbest fees I ever heard of!!! When I called my sales person here to complain about his estimate and all the dumb fees, he told me to calm down and not freak out! Wanted to grab him by his throat!!! Do not use, they are a ripoff!!!

I hired the services of Nationwide Moving Services after searching online and reading some reviews. We called the customer service and asked for a quote given the specifics of the house size, number of boxes and furniture. We settled to a very affordable price and scheduled the move. The moving team was very courteous and polite and removed their shoes in both properties to protect the floor when requested. Everything was accounted for and it was delivered in perfect condition. I would certainly use their services again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I was more than impressed by the moving services of Nationwide Moving Services. They were attentive from the very first conversation I had with the sales rep. I was given a detailed quote and that reflected in a very well organized move lead by a professional foreman. He commanded his team like a well-trained platoon and as a result they got the move done on time. I received my delivery within the discussed timeline with goods accounted for. Highly recommended moving service.

They dont tell you that they don't own a truck, or do any moving. They are a BROKER, who rakes off a fee for finding you a mover. Something you could easily do for yourself. Then they hook you up with the dregs of the moving industry...Cobra Van Lines, a fly-by-night outfit who will appear at your house with a Budget rent-a-truck. After they get their fee, Nationwide will offer no help at all in getting your stuff delivered in a timely fashion. I was really suckered.

I used this company 3 weeks ago for my move while I relocated with my family. It was a huge move. They had to pack, move and store all my belongings and they had to lift and move the heavy furniture and stuffs using the very narrow stair ways from the 5th floor. I was ready for some damage but nothing happened like that. Movers did extremely well to move all my stuff at the right place within the allotted time and in one piece. I am really impressed and happy with the service their men and also happy how their rep managed to schedule my move and my thanks also goes to the outside estimator for a very precise onsite estimate. I recommend Nationwide Moving Services to everyone for all kind of relocation needs.

They are really responsible and they took very good care of everything because they know how important each and everything is to my Father. They did everything right. I have relocated way too many times in the last 4 years. I had hired Nationwide Moving Services one week back once and I stuck with them ever since. They are still as professional and efficient. The last time I hired them was a few months back. These movers are so efficient that it never takes them more than 2-3 hours to finish wrapping my entire house. The moving team is always friendly and helpful. There have been situations where they had to adapt to unforeseen situations but the movers always found a way to solve the issues. I will hire them again for every future move.

After doing my research online and asking advice from friends, it was clear that Nationwide Moving Services were up for the task. I went ahead and decided to use their moving services. After the relocation, my family was quite happy to have relocated with such an ease and truly appreciated the moving team for providing a wonderful quality service. Hire them out for having a memorable moving experience.

Poor service with several items destroyed or broken -- we haven't even opened the boxes or totes yet. The driver tried several time to get cash or additional money before he delivered furniture. We asked Nationwide if we needed to call the police at one point. The driver said he was unable to get his truck into the neighborhood which resulted in an additional $781 cash fee (the next day, a similar truck was unloading furniture a few houses down). Hired local day labor to unload and assemble furniture. If we to do over, we would go a different way -- the stress and intimidation and additional money made this move one of the worst experiences we have ever had -- DO NOT USE --- you will not regret it

Nationwide Moving is a moving brokerage company meaning that they do not perform any move and have no control/supervision over the move itself. They simply serve as a middleman who connects you to a carrier company and take a big bite (35%) out of your total moving expenses as soon as you book your move. The nasty part is that instead of serving as a middle man who should ideally work on behalf of both parties, they did group up with the carrier to deceive you into their low quality service.

Their cancellation policy is useless. They only cancel within 72 hours of you signing the contract and even within the 72 hours they do not refund you at all (only a coupon for their service).

The sales agent deliberately omitted a few of my furniture items from the list to bring my total move volume below a limit so as giving me a wonderful price. He then rushed me through signing the paperwork while on the phone and guess what: I didn't catch those few items among a list of forty and get into contract with them. Once I called the agent back to see why he dropped a few of my big furniture pieces, he simply said that's not a problem and they take care of all those things the day before the move so they do everything all at once. The day before the move, he did not answered my call and texted me to call the customer service.

To make the long story short, the day before the move, they doubled my price after adding the furniture pieces! The agent also mentioned the move typically takes 5-6 business days while during the day of move the carrier presented me to sign a paper acknowledging the move may take up to 21 business day. What could I do that time; refusing to sign the paperwork?! They were not transparent at all from day 1 and they deceived me to be bound to their contract.

They finally delivered the items after 27 calendar days (20 business days). A few items were broken and a few items were lost. They also did not reassembled the items they disassembled at the source mentioning that no tools were available. Reassembly was part of the service according to the contract, but on the footnote reassembly was subjected on availability of the tools! The name of the carrier company was Essential Moving LLC. Also, for the broken/lost items, they would reimburse me 60 cents per pound, which is roughly 1/10th of the actual item value. Everything was in their fine details of their contract, which I had to sign during the move day (when I was already bound to their contract I was rushed to sign on the phone two weeks before).

Yes, it was my own fault that signed the contract and paid a none-refundable deposit of (35%) without carefully reading the details. But this doesn't justify their deceitful, dishonest service from day one.

Please take these reviews to heart! This is the worst experience I've ever had with any service! It's going on 6 weeks now and I still do not have my belongings yet. Nationwide Moving is NOT a moving company but a broker. They broker out your move to the most shady places. The people they hooked me up with business address is actually a residential home address. I've recently filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and plan on retaining an attorney as well to get my stuff.

If you still decide to use them, don't say we all didn't warn you. YOU WILL BE SORRY!!
