I was moving away from my parents' house in Florida to New York, and obviously I was very nervous about the whole thing. Not only was it my first time doing things like these on my own, but also traveling a long distance in general. Fortunately, I came across this company and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I was honestly expecting for my stuff to either get lost or break on the way, but none of those worse case scenarios came true. Thank you so much to nationwide moving services for making this whole adulting thing less difficult.

Long distance move was a breeze with this company. It was on short notice and the service they provided was astonishing. The staff handled and packaged my products with care. I definitely recommend them if you want a fast, affordable, and easy move long distance. Their contact support was fast communicators and responsive. I was nervous about moving from state to state, but they made the whole process easy and unstressful. I relied on this long distance company and I cant wait to work with them again.

Deciding to move across the country was one of the most stressful and, honestly, terrifying decisions I’ve ever made. I had to find a long distance mover in a relatively short amount of time and that’s when I came across Nationwide Moving Services. Not only did it cost far less than I was expecting (I paid a little over $2,300), but they even offer discounts on their website that lower the price even more. But enough about the price. These guys are professionals in their industry and they treated all of my belongings as if they were their own. All of my furniture arrived unscathed, and promptly as well! I can’t recommend this company enough if you are looking to hire long distance movers.

Nothing inspires headaches like trying to commission long distance movers. The hassle, the expense... it is not common that a moving company makes you feel valued. As such, when I requested a quote, and received a phone call shortly thereafter that specifically aimed to cater to my needs, I was staggered. The customer service agent was knowledgeable, respectful, and eager to assist me with my move. Those questions he couldn't answer went up the chain, ensuring that I have control over my move. I have found the company I want to handle my moving needs going forward.

We used this service and were told we would have a large diesel that would have our section clearly marked, they would take credit card payment and all kinds of other stuff that never happened. They claim that we almost doubled our count of items. Even if that was the case they quoted us 6,000 and double would be 12,000. We ended up paying close to 17,000 for an in state 4 hour move for a 2100 sq ft house that we had sold most of the large furniture before the move. They used a third party vendor who showed up in a Penske truck and automatically said it was gonna be way more and couldn’t take credit card. Cash or postal money order. We tried to cancel but Nationwide threatened to keep the 4000$ we put down without doing anything. The third party is rated 2 stars in multiple sites and 2.9 on Google. With tons of complaints. We signed the documents under duress due to their threats of losing money. The 2 man team were nice and I don’t blame them as I went through nationwide. They picked up our stuff but didn’t know how much more it would be and found a way to take a credit card purchase with a 3% charge on top of it. We paid another 2060$. They loaded up and took off. 2 days later they tell us it’s going to be another 10,394$. We called and emailed nationwide to complain as you have to pay upfront and would only take cash or postal money order which have a max of 1000$ per money order otherwise no delivery. Nationwide gave us a manager who was rude and just kept saying “oh well you signed the paperwork”. After a bit I got pissed off cussed her out and hung up as it was going nowhere. The third party manager said we could start venmo or Zelle him personally and he would deposit it in the company bank account. No way I would do that. We found a way we could get the 11 money orders to pay them. If it didn’t have our personal paperwork and family memorabilias in it I would have told them to keep it. Nationwide doesn’t care and lies to you from the start. There customer service is horrible and they won’t try to resolve it. Never use them as they are a scam and just a horrible buisness.

If I can give a zero Star!! Never before and will ever use this company as they are a broker, they call you and act very professional and very polite at first but as soon as you pay the deposit, they get there cut and that's pretty much it, honestly they will never want to deal with you again and won't even answer their phone if you have a question, finally the real moving company showed up in a rental truck gave me different price was $600 more than the broker said. So like I said will never use these Conn's and scammer's ever again. Very unprofessional people!

I called them for an estimate and filled out the inventory sheet. I was given a price and paid a deposit. When the week came to move we were cancelled twice and on the 3rd day they sent a company who looked at my furniture and instantly knew I had more square footage than I stated even though we wound up moving a huge amount on our own.

The movers instantly broke an antique that made its way from Germany unharmed and I was told it was from a previous move. And that isn’t the only piece which was damaged. Idiot! Like I don’t have pictures!

I called Nationwide 3 times, emailed more than that and nothing but crickets! Don’t trust this company or Kyle. He said he is here to help but quit answering me once I said things were damaged!

Call a local mover with insurance. Don’t call Nationwide!

It has been over a month and I still have not received my stuff. They NEVER call you back ! I’ve been told different things by everyone I’ve have spoken to. I was originally told it would be about a week and I’d have my items. I was quoted $1800, after 2 weeks they say they need another $2500, so I paid it immediately. There is only boxes from (1)one small bedroom and (1)ONE piece of furniture. So the cost is totally outrageous!! EVERYTHING I own ALL memories of my parent my sister who have all passed are now lost somewhere. They do not seem to care at all !

Moving long distances is a hassle. I know this, having moved from the Midwest to the east coast and back again. I had heard about Nationwide Moving Services' reputation for being the go-to for long distance movers, and I couldn't have been happier with the choice I made. The price seems steep, but compared to other companies I have moved with, Nationwide is both a less costly option as well as worth the cost for the value you receive as their customer. If I have to move across the country again, I would book with them.

We hired Nationwide Moving Services to transport our valuables 3 months ago. They gave us a very reasonable quote. The movers arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment. The boys worked very fast and efficiently. They spared no details. The whole process of packing loading went very well and then our stuffs were on their way. We received the delivery right on the pre-scheduled date and the inventory list checked out. Nothing was broken or damaged. This move could have taken a serious toll on us but instead it turned out to be so easy.

I used Nationwide Moving Services on Tuesday 3/30 and they were great! From the beginning, they were very responsive, upfront, and on time. When they arrived to my place they were very organized and efficient. I was very happy with their service! It's not easy to find a good mover that you can trust these days. My sister recommended them and I am SO happy that she did. I highly recommend Nationwide Moving Services! I would also ask if these guys are available to do your move.... Thank you guys!!! You were AWESOME!!!

This was the worst moving experience of my life. The boy I spoke to on the phone to book my move, Thomas Brendan, is either a total liar, or just very bad at his job. He misrepresented the items I listed out to him, which left my quote short by $3000 that I had to come up with the day of the move. He told me it would be a direct move, but ended up being a Monday pick up and Friday delivery. He did not disclose that I would need cash on hand for delivery, in fact he told me it could all go on credit card. He stated that all packing materials would be included, when in fact, I was charged over $600 the day of delivery for things to be packed to the movers liking.

I called two weeks before the move to update the delivery location, and he never updated that with the van company. I informed there were four flights of stairs, and he stated there was a flat rate fee of $75/flight. In actuality, I was charged per stair, totaling over $500.

They did not give me a delivery date until 48 hrs ahead of time, leaving it too late to obtain a moving permit, which has also added to my cost. No one ever called to confirm the delivery time with me until an hour before they arrived, and truly left me no options but to have them double park in the city.

When I called customer service at the time of pick up, the woman I spoke to was condescending and rude, and treated me like I was stupid and ridiculous for being upset the move was now going to cost double.

Overall, I have never been more disgusted with a company. They do bad business, and then gaslight their customers when they’re called out on it.

I had to relocate for a new job, from Navarre, Fl to Bend, OR, which left me trying to figure out to move a 3 bedroom house which had accumulated 8 years and 5 kids worth of belongings. Not knowing much about long distance movers, a friend suggested Nationwide Moving Services. I was hesitant at first, but when the big day came and the movers arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. The movers they sent were not only on time, but had all of the materials required to pack, and label, our stuff to protect it, and make sure it was protected during the move. They worked hard, and fast, and they were very professional. I literally didn’t have to do a thing but point and let them know what things were of value to us, to ensure extra material when packing for protection. They had all of our stuff packed in one day and loaded up the next. When our belongings arrived in Oregon, unpacking was a breeze because everything was properly labeled, and packed accordingly. Nationwide movers turned a long distance move that could have been a nightmare into a stress free, easy breezy, experience. It was worth every penny to hire nationwide for my move across the country!

My partner and I had to make a last minute move for work and we were struggling to organize everything within the time frame that we had. Luckily, we stumbled upon Nationwide Moving Services online. It was the best thing about our move. We usually rent a truck on our own time and spend hours upon hours packing and loading, unloading, unpacking. But this time made all the difference, in all the best ways. They were on time, very courteous and considerate of our things, and friendly. I was a little scared to use a service like this, being new to it, but it was very simple and I can't get over how much of a difference it made to our move! I will always use this service now. I recommend it to anyone who wants a quick, easy, efficient move.

Nationwide Moving Services is one of the easiest long-distance moving companies I've worked . traveling nurse and move very often, sometimes with relocation services, and sometimes not. With my most recent move, I did not have assistance from my employer with relocation planning. Nationwide was able to assist me with every aspect of relocating and took very good care of the items from my home. I had no problem paying for quality, as this company offers excellent customer service and is quickly responsive. Many options within my budget were offered so I could make a confident decision. I look forward to working with Nationwide on my next move. Thank you and the team again!

Moving companies will talk themselves up without having much to show for it. They make promises without intending to keep them. I have had some terrible experiences with some moving companies. So, I was elated when Nationwide Moving Services did exactly what they promised during my move two months back. When I called them for a quote, they very courteously admitted that their crew had 3 other appointments on that day and it would be quite late for them to arrive at my apartment. I have never seen a moving company doing this. They usually book you and then show up late anyway. The crew was just fantastic. They arrived right on the scheduled time and worked impressively fast. All my things were delivered on the scheduled time.

A new job meant having to relocate and it was my first. I called Nationwide Moving Services for a quote to move my valuables and their numbers seemed quite reasonable. The crew consisted of four movers. It was really easy to communicate with these movers. They were experienced enough to know what to do and how to do it. They very efficiently packed up all my belongings and then loaded them on to the truck. I wasn’t sure if all my valuables would fit into that one truck, but they quite easily managed to do it. I’m really trying to find something negative to say but truly there were none. These guys were so experienced that my move couldn’t have gone wrong even if there was an earthquake.
