Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, efficient and fast, definitely very professional All of our antique furniture (some hundreds years old) were packed individually with plastic wrap, blankets and scotch tape, and arrived undamaged. It could not have been more worry free.

It was a 3 man team and they moved us. Nothing broke. They were super friendly and kind. They were humble and respectful and wrapped all my furniture and packed, delivered, and unpacked completely undamaged.

They give you the salesman treatment. Take your down payment. Then the truck never shows up and you don't hear from them. You can't get a hold of them.

BEWARE!!!! Scam Company!

I booked a move with this company and gave a $941 deposit. They were no shows/no calls for five days. Now won’t return my phone calls or refund my deposit even though they never picked up my items. STAY AWAY!!! I’m not the only one!

Like other users have said. They were quick to take your deposits but when time came to deliver service they were no showed. Do not hire them if you want to miss work/meetings/plans because your move will be delayed. Still waiting for my refunds!!!

Disappointment

They started off strong, in terms of responsiveness, completeness of quote, good price. We had to cancel, again they were great at communications, got the notification my refund had been processed - never received. And now can't get them to even talk to me about it either through email or phone. Too bad, seemed like they had their act together.

Contracted for a move from Ga to CA in June . Company failed to show up for pickup citing driver trouble. Requested a refund of deposit and they stated they would comply. Still waiting for refund and have reported to Wells Fargo fraud unit. This company is a total scam.

This is the second time I used them in the past 4 years and they were absolutely great both times. They were very easy to schedule. The quote was very reliable. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and nothing was damaged. I can't say enough good things about them.
