I will use them again

It was a 3 man team and they moved us. Nothing broke. They were super friendly and kind. They were humble and respectful and wrapped all my furniture and packed, delivered, and unpacked completely undamaged.

SCAM

Like other users have said. They were quick to take your deposits but when time came to deliver service they were no showed. Do not hire them if you want to miss work/meetings/plans because your move will be delayed. Still waiting for my refunds!!!

Every company that we spoke to outside of them rushed us through the process without explaining details, but Moving & Storage movers were different. They never questioned anything we asked and they got the job done on time, safely and efficiently. We met our deadline and stayed within our budget we could not be happier than this with the move.

So happy with the move

They were great

They were very professional, efficient and friendly. They carefully wrapped all our furniture in blankets and shrink-wrap. They removed bulbs from our lamps to prevent breakage, handled fragile boxes carefully, disassembled our bed, opened cabinets/etc. to make sure no items were left behind, etc. Recommended!

I'm a senior citizen and a U. S. Marine Veteran. They took $2,000 deposit and I never had them move me. They won't return the deposit. They took down all of the negative reviews and replaced them with bogus ones to boost their one star rating back up. Mover BEWARE!

They stole my valuables

They ghosted me for 5 weeks and then refused to unload my possessions unless I paid them an extra $500. Turns out they stole our nintendo switch, laptops, gold jewelry, and kindle, amongst other things. They also broke a lot of our dishware.
